    The odor in the restaurant was so bad we had to ask to move. It smelled of sewage and it was so terrible the other tables around us also had to leave. When we told the manager she rolled her eyes and had a complete attitude and it was no issue to move us to the other dining room because there were open tables to do so she was already aware of the odor and had done nothing about it and continued to seat people in that room. We have been staying at old Edwards for years and were shocked to have that type of treatment!

We’re addressing the issue in that dining room and speaking with the team to ensure it doesn’t happen again.     A perfect place to celebrate our anniversary. Beautiful setting and superb food. Excellent service and attention to detail on all.

    Went for lunch. Atmosphere/ambiance was excellent. Our meal was delicious, however, the staff was below expectations. They clearly were not trained properly.  our server clearly struggled with his ability to communicate. we were not asked if we wanted dessert. When we asked our waiter if we could see a dessert menu, he came out and put one menu on the table for four people.  then, we tried to explain how to split the bill between the two couples and he ended up double charging both of us. Luckily we caught the error and the manager had to correct it.

    Wonderful food and very good wine list. The hotel, restaurant, and service is first class. Don’t hesitate to enjoy a meal at Madison’s.

    We enjoyed our dinner at Madison’s. The food was delicious. We started with the crab dip which was phenomenal. Everything else was just as delicious and our server was the best! Highly recommend!

    Nice evening for 2 couples. Waiter was a little too attentive and consistently interrupted our conversation . Wine sommelier was informative and offered a very reasonable alternative to a wine not in their cellar. Food was exquisite and perfectly portioned.

    Excellent service from the time we entered the restaurant till we left. The food was delicious and plentiful. The restaurant has beautiful views of the town and and love the decor.
