   The best food I’ve ever had in Evansville, IN. Would definitely go back again. It is a wonderful special occasion restaurant. It was a bit expensive but the food, service, and ambiance worth worth what they charged. In other words, it was NOT overpriced!

   The food was excellent and the service was pretty good. It was quiet, which made my wife and I feel like we had to whisper almost as we were talking. Not pointing this out as a bad thing, but just a note on the atmosphere.

   The blackened fish was spot on . The filet mignon I had it cooked medium, it was almost perfect. It could of use alittle bit of a sauce but I put some of the patio butter on it and it brought the steak to life. The Madeline's salad I couldn't get enough of. Ending it out with a bourbon banana pudding, it was awesome. Price was alittle high but overall worth it for experience , I plan on a return visit.

   We had the beef tips for an appetizer, and they were phenomenal! All mixed drinks we had were perfect! The chicken and the fettuccini were amazing entrees. Overall, everything was perfect! Not a single complaint.

    Wonderful ambience. The food was delicious. The Caribbean jerk chicken was juicy and was paired with herbed rice and fresh fruit salsa. The gumbo soup was like I was at Louisiana fresh and right off the dock! The bread was delicious warm and the best part was the strawberry whipped butter! Will be back again. So blessed to have a place like this in my home town!

    My wife and I ate in the second floor dining area. It was quiet. We could to change the music to whatever we wanted to hear with Siri (because we were the only ones up there at the time). The waitress was top notch. We had the weeping tiger for an appetizer; New York Demi Glace and the Caribbean jerk chicken for entrees; and cheesecake and chocolate mousse for desert. Everything was fantastic. We could not have been more pleased! Perfect.

    We had a date night and had a wonderful experience. Our server Amen was very attentive and helpful when trying to decide on our entrees. We had the deconstructed crab rangoon, Cesar salad, steak, seafood stew and dessert. All of our food was delicious and the ambience was perfect.

    Overall the experience was wonderful. However, the charcuterie board was very minimal compared to the cost ($24), and should have included more food. The only other complaint I have is that my fish was undercooked in the middle, and although the dish was $34, I did not complain as I had more than enough to eat without finishing it. They decorated the table for a birthday which was lovely, and the service was outstanding.

    My wife and I went to Madeline‘s for the first time to celebrate our wedding anniversary this year. When we showed up for a reservation, they had decorated the table for us and throughout the night all the details were really nice, from the teapot to the silverware to the plating. Our server did an excellent job as did the chef. I recommend you try this place on any special occasion that warrants a higher budget for dinner. It is worth it

    We had a lovely time at Madeleine's. We made a reservation and were seated immediately. Our server was wonderful and very accommodating. Definitely get the deconstructed crab rangoon. The steak and mashed potatoes were great as well. We skipped wine and went for martinis instead. Delicious! No room for dessert but it sounded delicious.

    Amazing! Make sure to try the cast iron chicken and the chimmichurri steak! The staff was super friendly and efficient. We dined around 5 pm and it was perfect of the course timing and no long waits. When we sat at the table, there was a bowl of cranberry orange butter but I am allergic. I asked the server to remove it just to be safe and she was very graceful about it. She came back to the table and discreetly asked about my allergy to make sure that it was safe for me both in being around it and that it was not in the food I ordered. 100% recommend this place! It is a tad pricey but the food is worth it for sure!
