   Mac’s Bar & Grill is our favorite place to dine for dinner. Can’t go wrong when Nicole is our server. She is personable and professional, pacing the meal to suit us perfectly. Her suggestions are always welcome and helpful. We highly recommend Mac’s any time on any day.

   I usually give high marks for both food and service, but this time the hostesses started out our evening on a low note. I made the reservation weeks in advance and there was no special event or holiday. I always ask for a window table away from noisy children. This time the hostess took us to a table in the back with no window. When I told her that I had requested a window table, she said those are reserved. I said yes, by me. She said that's all they have and walked away. The only thing that salvaged this evening was the excellent service by our server, Zoe (who by the way was double sat by the same untrained hostesses). The food was great as well. Please train your hostesses better and tell them to smile and be friendly.

   Our waiter, Caden was excellent! He knew the specials, he was always coming to the table to see if we needed anything, and very helpful. He had a wonderful smile on his face and was very sweet. I always get the salad with grilled chicken. Mac's makes the best grilled chicken ever. I am always impressed with this restaurant.

   Been going to Mac's since before the pandemic. The chicken fried steak is my usual choice and it has never gone wrong. The restaurant is usually busy and crowded but never had to wait long to be seated and while the noise is fairly loud it is not as bad as other places we've gone to.

    Pleasant experience. Our server was very nice. She needs a little more experience. I ordered gumbo and salad and had to ask for salad twice. Not a huge deal and overall had a good experience. Will return.

    Noisey place. Food was okay but over priced for the portions. Waitress upsold by saying did you want the salad or something different with that? Made you think it came with the entre….I was very disappointed in the apple cobler…it was not cooked totally and was not sweet as a desert should be. Overall, we give Macs Bar and Grill a C. Very sad because for Mothers Day you want something special for a special person…!!!!

    Mother’s Day lunch. This is our go to place because the food is ALWAYS great. No just good but GREAT! White tablecloth place but not stuffy. We find it hard to try new things because we love what we have tried before and want it. Sunday brunch is great because of the fruit and mini cinnis that they provide. Would highly recommend this restaurant for any occasions.

    Our reservation was for 2:00pm, but they were able to seat us at 1:30. Scallops were amazing. It was noisy from a crying baby and large tables from mother's day. The bread was hot and fresh. The chicken fried steak was a little hard around the edges. Overall everything was amazing!

    This restaurant has consistently good service and good food. It is one of our two "go-to" restaurants for special occasions. We celebrated the 43rd anniversary of our engagement with prime rib that was wonderful. My only complaint at this restaurant is that it is sometimes difficult to hear one another at the table to have a conversation. They have hard floors and no acoustic tile in the ceiling. So sound bounces off everything. If you're a bit older and need hearing help, you might not get a lot of talking done, but then again, your mouth will be full of fine cuisine which should probably stop you from talking anyway. For quiet conversation, we go to Chamas do Brazil, but when we have a hankering for either prime rib or wonderfully cooked fish, we come here. I highly recommend this restaurant.

    First time ever I was not happy with meal. And that’s over dozen visits. Ribeye was chewy / a little tough. Would still rate them an excellent choice for restaurant.

    My wife prefers the ham/Canadian bacon on the Eggs Benedict be thinly sliced. I wish that Mac's would reinstate the breakfast salad buffet on Sundays.... we really miss that option.

    We had a salad, filet mignon, and fried shrimp with wine. Wine was ok, salad and bread excellent, filet was mediocre, and the shrimp small but good. The cole slaw was too spicy for our tastes. Good service, nice table, but too noisy.

    Had an extra person show up for brunch, and they were kind enough to accommodate us! Food was outstanding! We have been to Mac’s many times over the years, both for lunch and dinner, but this was our first time for Sunday brunch! We will be coming back!

    Had dinner with friends on this occasion. The food here is always great and I love the attention provided by the wait staff. On this occasion I had the pork chops and my wife had the chicken fried steak. Both were excellent. Would always highly recommend this restaurant to anyone that ask me.

    Date night with my fiancé. We came towards the end of the evening yet The staff still greeted us with energy. The drinks are great and food was amazing. I would recommend this place to everyone.
