The food was delicious but the service was really slow and not attentive.

Macaroni's is one of our favorite places. This night we were joined by friends who had never been there. They loved the food, outdoor space and overall atmosphere and dining experience.

Awesome place

The sea bass was divine! However three of us got the filets and they were not as tender as they have been in the past. Otherwise, the service and presentation were perfect!

First time here with a positive experience. Seems to be a local favorite with large following. Service was attentive. Food had a great home cooked feel and taste. Bolognese full of flavor. Great house wine pours.

Macaronis' food is always excellent. They make the best al dente pasta I've ever had.
Every dish shows great care and attention to detail. And the service is always carefully attentive without being intrusive. I highly recommend their sea food and pasta, their kobe meatballs, the eggplant stack and the incredible veal chop, though I've never had anything there I did not like.

Just a great place in NE Philadelphia to grab dinner and drinks. When you enter the P2 lounge you feel like you have been transported to a trendy downtown restaurant. The food is always spot on and we recommend to all of our friends and neighbors.

This was my first time to Macaroni's and it will not be my last. The food was outstanding, I had a filet that was cooked perfectly and my date had the Frutti Di Mare which is a seafood combo that she loved. Our waiter was fantastic, very attentive and was very helpful in choosing what to eat. This is a great place for a date or any special occasion. Just the bread that they give you is a reason to come back, made fresh and it was delicious. I'll be coming back for sure.

Good food, was pretty busy and loud but it was a Friday night. Great service from Klyde, def ask for him he was so aware and pleasant! Little pricey, but everything was really good.

Went here to celebrate my birthday and I was disappointed. The food was good but the service was not. Our waiter didn’t check on us once and had to ask multiple times for a drink.

It was very good but not as good as previous dinners. The item I had was off the menu but available but not as good as it used to be. Prices here are high and just not sure if it is still worth it. i had pasta with crabmeat but it had less crab and the pasta was not as good and the sauce was lacking.

Well..It’s Covid time right? Food was good. Service was good. But, I personally don’t enjoy being stressed out watching the staff disregarding Covid protocols so blatantly and just sit there stress free. We even had “outside” dining which is very loosely “outside.” And, if you really want a restaurant that is Covid friendly outside dining, I don’t think this is their thing. Once Covid is behind us or spring brings more open air dining we will try returning. For now, To each their own as they say.

This is a great hidden gem in Northeast Philly. The indoor area has a great italian restaurant atmosphere - great for a date night. The outdoor area feels like a completely different restaurant in the best way possible. Reminds me of a beach bar with the relaxed vibe, bar, and seating area. The food was great and came out so fast especially considering it was a Friday night during Lent. Definitely recommend.

Friendly staff greeting us as we entered. The wait staff was attentive. There is ample seating, inside and outside. The beverage/wine list was quite good. My party of 2 ordered only appetizers and we were both pleased. The restaurant is snuggled between Winchester and Grant avenues in a "neighborhood" which I liked about it. The building was nice looking from the outside and we did have ample parking. A good experience and I will be returning again.

We absolutely love going to Macaroni's. Been going for the last five years and they never disappoint. This fabulous restaurant is a keeper. Can not wait to go back. Love, love being outside or in the atrium.

MACARONI'S WAS EXCELLENT AS USUAL. NEVER DISAPPOINTS

Everything was perfect and delicious except the mashed potato that came with the veal were excessively salty and we did not eat that part. But everything else was perfect!

My boyfriend and I were supposed to go last weekend to celebrate an anniversary. We were unable to make our reservation and we went this weekend instead. Our server was awesome, loved the outdoor seating bar area, and the food was great as usual.

Absolutely loved our lunch! Great friendly service!!!

It's just not a place for me, too pricey, food choices were very low and they ran out of certain meals. I understand we are in a pandemic but I wasn't impressed
