I have been here several times and have always enjoyed it. Not so much this time. Although the service was outstanding, the food was disappointing. The chopped salad was more like a sad little sliced salad, poorly presented and there was not much of it, very average, like you'd get at a takeaway sandwich bar. Although the tuna in the ahi tuna entree was nice, the accompanying Korean BBQ veggies were SO salty, I couldn't eat them. I skipped dessert and went home. Not sure I'll hurry back.
Awesome! Chef Adam has created a wonderful and unique menu. Thanks chef Adam!
We visited on our vacation trip twice in one week and was not disappointed in any respect.
Service and food were excellent..
While the inside of this Venetian Village eatery is bustling, there are a handful of tables outside along the railing overlooking the water which are very quiet and lovely. Our server was excellent with great menu direction. For us, the entree selections were all a bit fussy—we wish they’d add some grilled fish and steak. But that being said we’d still return.
Patio tables over the Bay with dolphins performing on cue below on a perfect weather evening. Washington State cab by the glass lovely and good value. Mussels shared, most shells empty, small mussels fell into watery broth. Never experienced a bowl of empty shells anywhere in the world. Kitchen - is there a kitchen watching? $45 veal chop very good if heat level and presentation ignored. Cafeteria style mashed potatoes buried underneath and a few odd pieces of asparagus scattered in sauce. A real chef would be embarrassed to see such a dish leave the kitchen but I'm sure no one looks except the heat lamps. Table turnover is the mantra in Naples in season and restaurants don't try to hide it.
Great view & the service was fine. Food was delicious but very expensive & portions were moderate
We’ve eaten at a number of very nice restaurants recently and this one is right there at the top of the list. Great food and great service. I highly recommend it.
My only regret is that we didn’t discover it sooner.
We all really enjoyed our lunch..atmosphere, view, service, all excellent..our friends said it was one of the best “burgers” they ever tasted...a good time was had by all
We have dined here many times. This time we were in the enclosed porch overlooking the water. Lovely location but the noise level was horrible. We could not have a conversation with person next to me. It really ruined the experience. The food was really good as usual. We will go again but will never sit on the enclosed porch again.
We visit M Waterfront Grille once or twice a month and enjoy it. The last time we were there (last week) was truly a disaster. We brought our grandchildren for a "special, fancy dinner." My meal (short ribs) arrived cold. When one menu out of four arrives cold and has to be sent back, it ruins the dinner. Do the other three people wait and let their food go cold and do they eat and the fourth person eats alone. The dining out experience is ruined. My husband always orders the buccatini pomodori. My granddaughter ordered a similar item, with marinara sauce, from the children's menu. My husband has ordered the same dish approximately eight or nine times. It's the only thing he ordered from M Waterfront Grille. First they served Lily's. The sauce didn't look like marinara. It large large chunks of tomato swimming in oil. Then they placed my husband's dish in front of him. The portion size was not much more than the child's portion. It had the same oily, tomator sauce. My husband and I often go to Carrabas, a less expensive restaurant. I always order a dish with tag pic pac sauce. The sauce on my granddaughter's and husband's meals looked identical to the sauce I get at Carrabas. I wondered if the chef cooked at both restaurants. My short ribs did get heated up but, by then, my family had finished or partially finished their meal. The manager then came over and offered to give us dessert, on the house. Sorry, not good enough. The bill was $135.00 without alcohol and included two children's meals. The manager had a chance to make this better and the only way that was going to happen, was to comp our half or uneaten meals. Instead, we paid our bill and walked out. Never to return. At the end of the day, this restaurant is serving sub standard food in a great location. Major fail M Waterfront Grille. Major
My wife, daughter and I were all very impressed. Service was outstanding. Food was very good. Would definitely recommend for a nice evening out.
We went out for an anniversary celebration. This was noted on the reservation and sure enough at the end of the meal, the waiter arrived with complementary pie. The food was delicious, there were 4 of us and everyone enjoyed their meal. We had a nice table overlooking the water. Wait staff was very attentive, but did not rush us at all.
This place is wonderful. From the moment we stepped up to the door we received a warm greeting and smiles. We had I beautiful cove view land the service was excellent and food was fabulous! Well worth any wait. Will definitely be back ASAP!
Great service , great food and beautiful view
It was very good, but a small menu.
Absolutely fabulous food. Sat in lounge and ate off lounge menu. Highly recommend the spring rolls and meatballs.
Dinner was delightful and the choses for entrees was excellent !! The appetizers we’re great !! However, the choses for desserts was less tempting. You should take into consideration for people who are lactose intolerant !!
Dining alone on a business trip and was seated by a water view table. Very attentive server to the fact that I was dining alone and did not want a long leisurely meal. Food was very fresh and top quality. Very solid dining experience and I have already recommended this soot to two people.
I was pleased in every way. Staff very nice and accommodating.
Everything was cooked to perfection & delicious , including dessert. The service was wonderful and sat overlooking a beautiful marina. Best meal we’ve had, ever.
This used to be our favorite restaurant, but the last two times we have eaten at this restaurant (since November 2017) it has not been good. The food and service is not as good as it was in the past.
Sit in the front outdoor area - really nice under the ceiling fans.
Very small portions if you go with the salads.
Pleasant experience. Unfortunately the rain kept us inside, which makes this restaurant special. Very beautiful views of the water outside. Not so special inside. Still a good place and would recommend it.
Dinner was wonderful! Claudia was a wonderful server! Hostesses were welcoming! Raphelle was welcoming as well! Great night! Love the phone call today! Thanks! All was great!!!
The seating was awful. I am 6’1’ 260 and we’re we’re scrunched in to a tiny 2 top more suited to circus midgets. Since it was only lunch, I allowed it.
Came in town late and happened upon this place about 9pm, we were the only people in the restaurant. Food was great and obviously attentive service. Expensive, but will go again. Merry
Absolutely amazing as always! Great food, very attentive service and wonderful atmosphere. Will be back soon.
Our server was very friendly and interactive.
My daughter and I had a wonderful meal. She enjoyed the seafood bouillabaisse and I had the scallops. Both were excellent. Our waiter was attentive and friendly. It was truly a wonderful experience. It was our first time at this restaurant and I will certainly be returning!
M Waterfront Grill has a lovely menu with fresh locally sourced ingredients. Our server was exceptional as was the hostess staff. The location on the water at Venetian Village is very nice but the interior needs a little updating.
Went with 8 people who had not been before. Raced about the overall experience. Just a great place on many levels!
First time here, lovely setting outside along sea wall/railing. Service and Food were very good. Would definitely eat here again.
Excellent meal with exceptional service. We were seated promptly at an outside table per our request. We had a lovely view and quiet table making it easy to converse. Our server could not have been more pleasant or attentive. Would highly recommend this restaurant.
Food was delicious but served lukewarm. When you pay that much for dinner you expect the food to be hot. Server was attentive and nice. View of the water was beautiful.
We have dined here on several previous occasions, but this will be our last.
Very accommodating to our party of six who asked for a change of seating to be nearer he water.
Outstanding in every way.
Love spending my birthday with you!
