We cater all events ourselves, offering unique menus designed by our chef. He works with each client to make a meal that will be a culinary highlight of the day. Using ingredients from local farmers, his dedication to offering the top of the line affordable menus to our clients is unmatched by any other caterer. His expertise in many different styles of cooking allows him to custom design every single event. No two parties are ever the same and your guests will know the difference. He is flexible to work with every budget.

With a different experience to be had in each of our four spaces for private parties, M Restaurant at The Morris House Hotel offers the most original settings for parties of 6 to 100. With our garden in full bloom 4 months a year, it is a spectacular backdrop to host many different events.

We have plenty of on-street parking in the Wash West neighborhood but if want to park in a lot, you will receive 15% off in the Parkway lot across the street. The entrance is on 8th between Walnut and Locust. You must ask to get your parking ticket validated by your server at M Restaurant.

The Market Frankford Line is 2 blocks away, at Market and 8th. The north south Septa 47 line runs on 8th Street, and Patco high speed line is one block away.

We host Live Jazz every Wed and Fri from 6:00-8:30 All jazz sessions will be in our cozy bar or our lovely garden!! (weather permitting). Come unwind in our garden and treat yourself to discounted drinks and our new bar menu, as well as our unique dinner menu. Book our historic Chef's private library for parties of 6-22 guests. The historic library with a working fireplace has awesome views of our spectacular garden and is a true gem. It is a romantic, intimate setting that was restored in 2000 to bring it back to its original glory when it was first built in 1787. Perfect for dinners and business seminars, it is truly a one of a kind room in Philadelphia.
