Great brunch. Wonderful service. We will be back again soon.
Service was superb and food and drinks were delicious! Always a great experience.
Very friendly staff and food was delicious.
Delicious food, beautiful presentation. 5 stars!
We went for the coolinary offer and could not be more impressed with the value and the food offered with this promotion. My wife are octupous for the first time and talked about the dish for the next 3 days. Jerome our server was very efficient and made our night even more enjoyable. I would recommend m bistro to anyone going to New Orleans.
The food was incredible good, the presentation outstanding, the service could not asked to be any better.
Loved everything about.
The food and service were superb! All carefully crafted and presented.
Seafood Remoulade, Wedge Salad, Cauliflower & Leek Soup, Bouillabaisse, Redfish & Beef Filet all A++
The restaurant needs a serious update and better signage as to the location within the hotel's 3rd-floor lobby and public rooms. (you enter through Davenports Jazz Lounge)
The formality of the presentation of the food (by servers in unison) belies the restaurant's name "M bistro" where one might expect a more casual approach to service and a cozier atmosphere. Only an observation, not a complaint.
Had breakfast here. Super quiet and relaxing. Delicious French toast w bananas foster sauce.
It was great.
Excellent service and food
Great service and the brunch was plentiful and tasty. Healthy options as well as traditional Southern cuisine.
Not the fastest service.... but it was OK. place is beautiful and the food was good.
Enjoyed lunch at M bistro. Gumbo was amazing and beignets divine. Service was top notch.
Great food and service. Would definitely recommend to friends
We are regulars here dining before shows at the Saenger theater.
Have been very happy, as return diners, with food quality.
This time kitchen was a little off. We will return knowing this was merely a blip.
The amuse bouche - great
The deviled eggs - great
The grilled cheese -crouton tough toast
Excellent service and food.
A little loud.
Tasty Southern cooking in a romantic and elegant setting. After dinner, patrons can move with their drinks to the adjacent Davenport Lounge, where live jazz plays almost every night.
Overall food level was somewhat disappointing. Days started well with full breakfast buffet (chef cooking to order). Room service breakfast was also just fine, hot, correct and on time. A room service cheese and cracker plate was dreadful ($20). Dinner service was mixed. One plate of salmon served hot and as requested cook-wise. Bouillabasse however, not at all as expected...several pieces of dried fish on a dry plate, with small small shrimp on top of a baguette. All in all, somewhat below usual Ritz standards.
There are no “romantic” tables, so ambiance is lacking for a couple looking for such. The service was top notch. The food was terrific, but much of it can be had at other local restaurants for a lower price.
Poor service. Waiter seemed inexperienced.
Perfect food, service and atmosphere. Party of 8, business dinner, had the opportunity to be in one of the cheater rooms. Could not ask for any better of a dining experience.
Delicious meal-well presented. The beignets at Cafe du Monde are great but these, I am sorry to say, are sooooo much better. Definitely need to try these for dessert here.
We really enjoy the combination of food, music and ambiance at M. This time we ordered the pork chop, the appetizer with fried green tomatoes and crab, the redfish, and of course beignets for dessert. Perfect!
Wonderful which was complimented by great service!
The food was excellent but service was slow.
Waitress excellent. Second time she was our server
Our waitress was really sweet and answered all our wine questions. Also, the gumbo was great. Usually the nicer restaurants have a pretty basic, dull version of gumbo, but this was full of flavor.
Ok y’all listen up:::you may think this place is pricey, but I’m here to tell you there a affordable option for a regal experience 👑
M Bistro is on the 3rd floor of the Ritz:::like a palace this place. I lieu of expensive entree we share 3 starters that more than satisfied with complimentary bread basket and glass of wine. Less than $100 spent on first class dining. I recommend the starters we had::: oyster Rockefeller, shrimp rom., and crawfish toast ... to die for
I will diffenetly make this a new regular
Get before a show @ the Saenger
The restaurant was not easily accessible to anyone with difficulty navigating steps. The wait staff did not explain the menu; the first thing our waiter asked us was" Do you know what you are having?" Luckily we had reviewed the menu on line and had decided what we were having but I would have appreciated a more detailed explanation of our choice than the brief menu description.. The food was good and was presented well. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing.
Everything was excellent with the exception of the service delivery. It was out of order. I got coffee AFTER I was finished with dessert. I was over charged for a glass of wine. The manager took the charge off, however I question why a $15.00 glass was charged at $35.00.
Great experience and all staff members were outstanding! My friends and I had wonderful time and we were not rushed up from our table. THANK YOU M-BISTRO.
The food was excellent. The service was fantastic. The overall experience was relaxing and refreshing. M Bistro is an oasis of calm in the French quarter. I would gladly return to M Bistro.
Inside the Ritz Carlton. Great food, ambiance, and service. Caution: OpenTable information was not correct; hours of operation and availability were not correct. Beignets were MUCH better than the hyped Cafe Du Monde.
Amazing service and food. M bistro never disappoints.
Food fantastic, service fantastic! We will be back!
What an experience, it was a quiet night an the staff was very attentive. The food selections were delicious and the service was outstanding. Thanks for making our first day in New Orleans a memory we will always remember. LET THE GOOD TIMES ROLL!!!
We went for breakfast and their breakfast buffet was amazing.
Friendly and attentive service
There are not many places offering fresh fish in the French Quarter that don’t lose the taste in deep frying and goopy sauces.
Good wine selections.
Fairly pricey, though, and noisy.
