   I always have a good time at Lure with friends. The food and service are outstanding! Definitely a go-to that never fails. Take a seat at the sushi bar for a great experience.

   Outstanding service by the lively Natalie and delicious food. Beautiful and timeless decor. I hadn't been there in years and was very pleasantly surprised. Will go back for sure!

   A great place to eat seafood, great service. We had oysters, yellowtail jalapeño roll and the classic lobsters roll, all was really good.

   Lure never disappoints! Service is always friendly and the food is some of the best in NYC! The tempura shrimp is a must as is the tuna tartar and tuna entree. Friends raved about the halibut and mushroom soup as well. Deviled eggs are a great starter and the lava cake will put you over the edge but is totally worth it!

    Took my niece out for a late lunch on Sunday afternoon, I always love Lure we had sushi that never disappoints and the staff is so attentive without being over kill. Haven't had the brunch menu but such a good option if you go with someone who doesn't want sushi.

    We visited our son in NY and took him to Lure, his current favorite restaurant. I expected a fancy sushi place like Bond St but was pleasantly surprised by the nautical meets supper club vibe of the restaurant. We were initially placed at a table in the middle of the restaurant which was a bit too noisy with a loud group next to us. After requesting a booth, we went to the bar to wait for the table. While the drinks are expensive, the pour was very generous. It is a very attractive,spacious bar and several couples were eating their meals there. Our booth opened up quickly and we enjoyed a yummy meal of oysters, sushi, Brussels sprouts and salmon. The sushi was a B but the rest of the meal and service was top notch. We like the fact a non sushi eater would still enjoy this restaurant. Also, don’t miss the cookie desserts it was spectacular and one was enough for the 4 of us. We will definitely come back on our next visit!

    My son and I had the best experience at Lure and the restaurant will continue to be our favorite go-to for special occasions! The food is fresh, artful, and delicious. We especially enjoyed the wine the friendly Sommelier, Thomas Campbell, recommended for us. All in all a delightful evening!

    The staff was very nice. Our reservation was for outside but it was chilly so they let us move inside. The crispy rice rolls were really good. Highly recommend. But the rest of the sushi was just ok. It was good but nothing spectacular. It was also very loud. The music selection was on point, but we were having dinner not dancing in a club.

    Everything was amazing! We ask to seat indoor and they find us a nice table inside. Service was excellent. The food was amazing too tasty, good portions we love it . The Asian red snapper was delicious

    We ordered the lollipop chicken as an appetizer and the bleu cheese was spoiled. My son ate two pieces of the chicken and felt sick thereafter. We were unable to eat our main dish and had to rush home. Did not even get so much as an apology from the waiter for serving spoiled food. And still had to pay for the chicken we returned. Not a good experience.

    Simply put, Lure is my family’s favorite restaurant on the planet. We lived abroad for 6 years and weren’t able to dine there, so now that we’ve moved back we are making up for lost time. Great food, service, ambience. I made the Father’s Day reservation for myself so it wasn’t left to chance!

    Waiter was extremely rude to my friend, he hurt her when moving the table and when she told him, he never apologized. Extremely rude attitude and I felt extremely embarrassed, would like to ask LURE management to relay this feedback to the waiter - my friend is European and was visiting. I felt extremely embarrassed and the experience ended up being subpar because of the waiters behavior

    Probably one of the most expensive and disappointing meals I’ve had. If you eat inside it’s like a nightclub, so loud you can’t hear the people you are with. If you are outside the service is slow. Our waitress was lovely but run off her feet. 50 minutes to get food ordered. When the food arrived it was not premium nor worth the money they charged. There are far better places to eat at so I would recommend avoiding.

    We were really looking forward to the food because we had been here before and had prior. We tried some different menu items and they were not worth it. The steak was blah and the sea bass was unfortunately worst. Not worth the ridiculous price and probably won’t be going back.
