   Excellent service, atmosphere & small plates.. oysters on half shell, oyster po boy, spicy shrimp and shrimp bisque! Dined on the patio which had a tropical vibe. Will definitely come back

   Lure playfully explores and celebrates the ocean’s unpredictable provisions in familiar yet exciting ways. Featuring the city’s freshest fish, Lure delivers saltwater spirits to the heart of Midtown Atlanta. With their line-caught and wood-fired fresh catches, Lure has a sophisticated yet casual vibe that fluidly bridges the gap between a well-loved seaside eatery and a fine seafood restaurant. Taste fresh catches served up and shelled out as the ocean intended Good points first: Our server - Julianna - was wonderful: friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, continually checking in with us to see how we were doing. And the manager also stopped by to see how we were doing, and was very responsive to our concerns. And some of our dishes - like the Oysters, the Anchovy Garlic Bread, and the (special) Pampona entree - were delicious. Unfortunately: the description of Lure includes phrases like "...celebrates the ocean’s unpredictable provisions...", "...line-caught and wood-fired fresh catches...", and "...well-loved seaside eatery and a fine seafood restaurant...", but they only offered two regular fish entrees - Sea Bass and Salmon - along with the special Pampona. It was a bit disappointing for a restaurant we've visited in the past for its focus on seafood. The Salmon entree was significantly more spicy than found at many other restaurants. And the Seafood Cocktail was the "more modern" (?) version with the shrimp chopped, tails removed, and mixed with other ingredients - however, there were some shell fragments left in accidentally. We've known and loved Lure in many of our previous visits, but it felt as if the restaurant has lost a significant part of its seafood focus.

   Everything was outstanding! Brittany was great as well. She was very knowledgeable about the food and drinks. We definitely will be going back!

   Devin was our waiter and was amazing. He made great recommendations and we always felt like he was nearby. we had several, oysters with Murder Point being our favorite, crab roll which was amazing and the oyster po-boy which was also very filling. We also had the shrimp bisque which was nice but didn't standout and the brussel sprouts were good but not great. Defiantly looking forward to going back!

    Our server Devin was wonderful!! He offered many great suggestions and we loved everything he told us to try. The food was phenomenal! We did not have anything that we didn’t enjoy. We will return to Lure the next time we are in Midtown!
