The food here was wonderful. I got the shrimp and grits, but everyone at the table got something different, and the food was loved by all. Also highly recommend the red waffle shortcake, delicious. Our server was so accommodating and friendly too. Overall, a great brunch experience.

I had the crab and lobster omelette it was very blend. No taste at all, it look as if they just slap the spinach on top. The noise was very loud, but manageable. Will I come again, umm maybe and order something different.

The food was delish for Brunch. Good wait staff. But... we had a reservation and waited for 30 mins. I guess reservations are meaningless. The hostess seems to have forgotten us and many people came in later but were seated before we were. I reminded the hostess that we were waiting (after 20 mins) and she put us aside to wait for a table to be cleaned and "forgot" again. Another reminder to her that we're still waiting. Very poor start to to our experience. Not sure we will go back. There's many more great brunch places in RVA to chose from.

The food was delicious and our server was delightful. Our only issue was that the restaurant felt a bit dirty and the noise level too much for a conversation. Our 89 year old dad was not impressed. Definitely appeals to a younger crowd.

Service and vibe was really good. Chicken was too spicy, grits was hard. Red velvet waffle was perfect mimosa was okay not the best I have had. It was a nice place to visit but would probably go elsewhere next time.

The food was just okay. The eggs were a little watery and almost unnatural looking. We weren’t sure if baking soda was added to the eggs to give it a little more fluff. The food could have used a little more seasoning. It looked like one waiter was managing the restaurant and it was hard to get her attention or the attention of another female cleaning the tables. There was good music playing in the background. Overall, it was just okay. I probably wouldn’t return.

Rashida (not sure if that’s correctly spelled) was a phenomenal waitress. We did not have to wait for her or ask for her to provide anything. Drinks, food, condiments, etc were provided in a quick and timely manner. She made the entire experience much better.

I really enjoyed everything about Lulu’s. I had a reservation and was seated promptly upon entrance. The space is small but the seating isn’t tight which I was grateful for that. The music was lit. The food was so bomb! I had the red velvet waffles & chicken. It came w/ 2 scrambles eggs and spicy potatoes. It also came with a lil side of gravy which I dipped my eggs in and was very good. Everything was on point! I will be back.

A great restaurant/bar with a fun atmosphere that's great for groups, parties, or events. We went for Sunday brunch with a 9:30am reservation. It was quiet but quickly filled up within the hour. Despite our server having to care to a number of other full tables, they were attentive and made sure we always had what we needed. The food was delicious and the drinks were strong. I highly recommend the Brazilian mimosa.

Food was delicious! Service was great! The only con for me was the noise level. The overhead music and conversations from near-by tables was so loud that I had to yell to my friends in order for them to hear me speak. We asked to move outside to the patio and we did. We enjoyed our meal without the loud noise.

Lulu's came highly recommended for my daughter's graduation brunch. We sat outside. No ambiance. Service was fine. Table was too small for the 4 of us plus the huge plastic cups of water and our meals. Very uncomfortable. Two of us had eggs benedict. The ham was so salty that it was inedible. The other dishes were disappointing as well. My dream of a beautiful outdoor brunch to celebrate my daughter definitely did not happen at Lulu's.
