About

The name of the restaurant refers to the Mediterranean-style kebabs called lula, made from ground lamb, chicken or beef, grilled on a skewer and dusted in tart sumac powder, served with thinly sliced onions. Other chef's specials to try are Georgian spicy lamb stew with rice and fresh herbs, dumpling soup, cold beet soup with sour cream and dill and Crimean half-moon chebureki (pies) stuffed with juicy ground lamb. There are also Georgian eggplant rolls stuffed with ground walnuts, pickled herring with hot potato slices, whole crispy butterflied Cornish hens, and blini with salmon caviar. Save room for the sweet blini stuffed with apple jam or cream cheese and cherries.

the restaurant is closed!! shut, as in no furniture, sign removed. You may want to take it out of Open Table. Happily the Mozart Cafe right next door was great!

Fantastic service (for a Russian restaurant). Food is always wonderful. We love live music. Great place for a fun night out.

Average food but on this visit service was very poor, from the host to our waitress.

We've been here at least 10 times but this night was horrific. The Garden salad used to be heavily dill based - today not. The main dishes were ok BUT having a little girl joining the loud entertainment and singing off key on a Friday night was unacceptable. I guess they don't want repeat customers. No problem - we won't.
