I enjoyed my dinner... wife wasn't impressed with hers.
Had the lavender cake appetizer; then the lamb shank entree. That was delicious.
This restaurant is fun to try once- service is good- wine list is good- their new building is nice- prices are high.
We went early on a Wednesday to experience the chefs tasting menu. Each dish was carefully prepared and plated. The attention to detail was evident. This is an intimate restaurant with different seating options. We truly enjoyed our grilled lobster dish. What a great way to celebrate our anniversary- we were treated with a champagne toast!
Love the new location and the bar area is very cool. Great touch with the vintage portraits within the mid century decor and building.
Salad and entree were delicious.
Could improve the desserts. Not up to the quality of the previous courses.
Overall we had a delightful time.
We arrived early, hostess was very casual and not very engaging, not rude though. The lamb was very good the gnocchi was warm, had an unfortunate item (blue rubber band) in it and the dish was not charged. The next gnocchi dish looked much more appetizing and refined. I don’t understand the commitment level and the inconsistency of the dishes. I will not return or refer the location.
Hi Paul, It sounds like your experience at Ludivine did not meet our standard for the guest experience. I'm very sorry for that, and I hope you will give us another chance. We'd love to host you and a guest at our cost, both as a gesture of apology and also so that you can have the sort of experience at Ludivine that we demand of ourselves. You can reach me at andy@ludivineokc, and thank you so much for your review and the opportunity it gives us to be better.
We have been a fan of Ludivine and we’re very excited to share with others. Food was adequate, but nothing special and SLOW. Our server was friendly, but inattentive. Didn’t check during long wait(1hour ) for food and came and checked as we were taking last bite. The French toast was good, but we got as an appetizer, and just ate off the 1 plate because no one asked if we would like little plates to share. Overall very disappointed. I will give another try because have been blown way by the food before. The new place is amazing!!
Hi Stephanie, Thank you for your comments. Without this type of criticism, it's very difficult to improve. And it sounds like we really need to improve! I'm sorry that this was your most recent experience at Ludivine, and I'm glad to hear you say that you'll give us another try. Please contact me at andy@ludivineokc before you do. I'd like to offer you and a guest a Ludivine experience on us. It's our way of making amends. Again, thank you, and we look forward to seeing you again!
Ludivine is the best restaurant in Oklahoma City hands down.
The patio was a little cool that morning but the weather is so variable this time of year. All of the food was delicious. The steak and eggs were exceptional.
Super disappointed. This is the first time I’ve ever had a bad experience here. We did the Cher’s tasting menu. The first course was wonderful. The second one came out cold. All three of our entrees were cold. I sent them back. Because I sent it back I could see and hear a server (not mine- mine was very nice) and a chef snicker about me sending it back. We then got our third course and my husband’s and friend’s were lovely. Mine was so over-cooked and I didn’t send it back because I didn’t want to be ridiculed again for doing so. I was very unhappy about the experience.
Delicious food, trendy decor. A great choice for an evening out with friends or business associates.
Chicken Schnitzel was perfection ❤
Still true to the original quality after moving to the new location
My wife and I both enjoyed the Chef’s Tasting menu very very much. It would have been a good value at the regular price, but at 50% off, it was an insanely good deal. The new space is beautiful and the service was as good as ever. Get to Ludivine!!
We love this place. The duck was to die for. I love the location and next time I will make reservation for the chefs table.
Really great food. However we weren’t sat until an hour after our reservation time.
I didn’t give the food five stars because the dessert from the tasting menu was a complete miss. Everything else was excellent.
Parking is a major issue. Do you and your party of however many a favor and use alternative transportation methods to arrive. The aloof ambiance is not what I expected and the food was good but not great. It's more of a place to go if you are looking for a snack and drinks because the portions are tiny. They may have been going for quality over quantity but the quality has to be superior when your fish entree is a one inch cube. Better keep your alternative transportation on speed dial since this location isn't close enough to the hot spots downtown to comfortably walk.
We ordered the tasting menu this time, and although we didn’t love all the food, it was prepared and presented beautifully. If you’re epicureally adventurous, you’ll eventually try something that doesn’t appeal to you.
My wife and I both had one portion of one dish on the tasting menu that we didn’t enjoy (different dishes for each of us). We can still appreciate well prepared and presented food even if we didn’t like something.
We were at the new location after 8 on a Wednesday so the restaurant was not busy. We sat on the patio and enjoyed the evening. If we have a complaint, it would be the drunk homeless man who came and begged money from us while we were eating. Otherwise we enjoyed our meal thoroughly.
Great dining experience
Outstanding dinner. We went for our anniversary and we were not disappointed. Very hip atmosphere and the food was fantastic.
We absolutely loved the new location! Ludivine consistently Wows!
It was opening night, and they discounted our ticket as well as comped us a few drinks, but we were there for 3 hours. It was a fantastic evening out so all was not lost. Food was amazing, drinks were amazing, services was just slow slow slow and a tad inattentive.
I am the Executive Chef of Amelia's in downtown Tulsa. Amelia, my Sous Chef, and I were in town for a food show. We had lunch with you because of all the recommendations we had from friends. You did not let us down. The cheese and charcuterie, tarte flambe, burger, pasta, and schnitzel were so clean, well thought out, and executed efficiently. The timing of the dining was spot on. Wine (goblesburg? I am not a wine guy, but Amelia is) was beautifully chilled and refreshing.
We were most impressed with the restaurants appearance. Such a beautifully re-done space. Lightning was great from the high windows.
The staff were so attentive, and pleasant.
We will always recommend you to anyone.
Let's do a collaborative dinner some day!
We had not been to Ludivine in a long time. It was fantastic! The food, wine and service were awesome!
I love the new iteration of Ludivine. It is a much better and warmer place than the old location. Food was excellent, but I wish they add more vegetarian dishes.
Ludivine is excellent! We enjoyed the roasted bone marrow, Alaskan halibut and Oklahoma Wagyu Bavette. The wine pairing recommended was perfect with our meal, portions were spot on and service was fantastic. Highly recommend Ludivine.
Luckily our marriage is more amazing than the dining experience was. Came here for our anniversary. Menu looked promising - we are adventurous eaters. We left feeling we'd overpaid for a mediocre dinner.
My husband's drink was super sugary, while my cocktail had a bit too much Fernet branca (and I love Fernet). The foie gras appetizer had so much jam that the sweetness completely overpowered the other flavors. The braised lamb was good. The fish was good. But after being disappointed with our experience up to that point, we opted to skip dessert.
For $200 on dinner for two, I expected to be blown away. We both left underwhelmed.
The service was as expected, very good. Everyone was professional yet warm in their interactions. Beautiful space. The food was delicious. Though I understand fine dining comes at a premium price, I felt it was a bit expensive. Overall it was a pleasant experience & we’re glad we were for the final night in that space.
The chefs tasting menu was amazing. It was their last night in their old building so the chef came out and provided a champagne toast to all the patrons. They continue to maintain the high level of service and food they have become known for. It was a great experience.
Wow! We just love this place! Food, wine and service are all amazing. Make a reservation and go... you won’t be disappointed!
We were seated at the bar bordering the open kitchen. The atmosphere was warm and cozy. Noise level was appropriate, making conversation easy. We ordered the tasting menu with wine pairing. The food was beautifully presented and expertly prepared. The wine pairings were excellent and innovative. The dessert course was the weakest, an underwhelming but decent gelato and granola dish. The service was perfect, attentive but not intrusive. Our experience at Ludivine was fantastic and I highly recommend dining there.
Outstanding evening of fine food, wine, and service! Great to be a part of the last dining session at the original location. Cannot wait to see the new location and experience the great food there! A great meal and service. Top Notch!
Best restaurant in Oklahoma City as well as my personal favorite restaurant ever. Food is outstanding, service is as good as the food, and the charcuterie plate is unlike any you’ll find elsewhere in the city. Wonderful.
The meal was so shiok!

The menu is not very large but what is on there is very good and well prepared. My date had the grouper and it was flaky, tender, moist and had an amazing flavor. I had the duck breast and cannot say enough good things about it. It was the best duck I have ever had and recommend it over even the grouper.
After numerous 5 star experiences in the past, this experience was less than stellar. Service was great; however, food was not consistent with past level. We hope this experience was an anomaly.
First of all, the server was amazing! The food was exquisite with the exception of dessert. The chocolate gelato was just awful (maybe I just don't like gelato?). The venison was super great and paired wonderfully with the fois gras. The place itself was pretty slow, but it was awfully loud. It was extremely expensive-we spent nearly $300 for two plus tip. They really gouge the drinks. The food was worth what we paid really.
Had the taster menu. Unusual and clever combinations made for a great sensory meal. Dare I say the wine pairing were perfect for each course. Excellent! Will come back.
Ludivine has survived a period of rapid growth in OKC restaurants and retains its place as one of the truly and consistently innovative and totally delicious dining options. We had a great meal, again, and wondered why it took us so long to get back there! It won't be so long the next time.
Amazing spot. Recommend for anyone looking a unique spot in OKC
