Can't beat Lucky32 for a variety of occasions. I was last there for a lunch with a friend. We had very good food, a pleasant environment, good service. It was a real treat to be there.

The service, especially from our waitress, was excellent and the atmosphere was refined. The appetizers, bread and collards were very good, while the entrées were lackluster. The ribeye steaks had by three of us were very fatty (more than a typical ribeye) and the shrimp & grits lacked flavor and spice. Overall, we had an enjoyable time, but this won't be a top choice for us for fine dining.

I enjoyed the trout. It was good to have regionally sourced fresh fish as I don't eat the farm raised varieties. I would be nice if morr of the sides could be prepared vegan if someone prefers.

Food was great and service was outstanding. Handled my reservation well. So why did I recommend the place a 3/5? Because they didn't offer a military discount for in my opinion an over-priced meal. Although it was very good. To be honest with you, I was really disappointed in the reception when I quietly presented my comments to the maitre de restaurant -- enough so that I probably made an inappropriate comment to him above earshod as I left and in the presence of other customers. Something to the effect that , it was veterans like myself who sacrificed that allow him the ability and freedom to offer this business as American enterprise and charge what he thinks is appropriate. For the probably inappropriate comments I made as I left, I apologize. But that doesn't change how I truly feel. I will not return.

Restaurant was noisy and busy, but to their credit, our reserved table was ready for us when we came in the door. Pork medallions were very dry. Sides were not hot at all. Was definitely disappointed with the food this time. The menu has a nice variety which is always good for fussier eaters who don't want to eat goat cheese and unusual ingredients.

The food was delicious. I️t was a group of 4 of us and we all enjoyed our meal. Shrimp and grits is a must try. The only negative is the desserts were HORRIBLE. The bread pudding had a strong alcohol flavor and was very dense. The brownie was unbelievably hard and the peanut butter pie was served FROZEN. Food was amazing, dessert definitely needs some work... also for $18 shrimp and grits you don’t get much. Food was really good though. We all agreed we would go back in the future.

Great food and great service. Our out-of-town friend was craving some good "NC-esque" food that was above traditional NC BBQ. He was quite happy with the selection and the flavors, as were we. Lucky 32 offers really good value, but the quality is what prompted us to make the 30-mile trek for dinner.

The service was a little slow, otherwise, the waiter was attentive and tried his best to please us. Those who had the hamburgers enjoyed their meal quite a bit. The chicken basil soup had absolutely no flavor, but the beet salad was excellent. My husband's beef stew and rice was a little too spicy. Still, my girlfriend enjoyed her bean cake entree. Unfortunately, there is not one much can do about the noise level. The only quiet area in the restaurant is on the bar level and, even with a reservation, there weren't any tables remaining to accommodate us. The deserts were outstanding and the portions enough to share with two or three people. While Lucky 32 isn't always spot on, it does have a nice selection of menu items, the ambiance, though noisy, is beautiful and the staff friendly! A good value that beats out a lot of their competitors!

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Lucky 32s. The seasonal menu that was available was fantastic, and some of the staples of the regular menu were terrific too. I would absolutely recommend a visit to this restaurant.

Since my partner was stuck in traffic while en route to Greensboro, the staff was very accommodating although we had reservations for 20 minutes earlier. I had the squash soup which was divine and the encrusted catfish with green beans and a side of cornbread. My partner had another fish (that wasn’t breaded) with green beans and whipped sweet potatoes. Everything tasted farm fresh, and most vegetables are locally sourced. There are even fresh veggies for sale at the one door. I was also impressed with our waitress who poured the can of Guinness by tipping it 180 degrees into the glass (I had never seen that done before). She didn’t spill a drop and surprisingly, there was very little ‘head’ on the beer. Bread was brought to the table beforehand; service was prompt and efficient; and food was fabulous! If I attend another concert in Greensboro, I will definitely dine here again!

Friends, my wife, and I dined for the first time at Lucky 32 Southern Kitchen in Greensboro. The menu selection and the quality/taste of the food truly lived up to the expectations of a traditional southern meal. The place was spotless. The service was impeccable. And the food will keep us coming back for years to come.

Open Table saved the night again! Traffic delayed our arrival. The ability to easily update the reservation is priceless.

We we were seated right away. The voodoo sauce is an excellent combination complement for the Herb Grilled Chicken and collard greens. Unfortunately, we were too full to try the desserts😀. Excellent and knowledge wait staff is refreshing. Look forward to returning!

We dined here on a Tuesday evening, and the restaurant was not crowded at 7PM, so finding a table on that day may not be difficult routinely.
Our server was attentive and informative.
Our food was good, although my ribeye steak was not as thick as some I've had, which may account for the fact that it did not come "medium" but rather more well done. It was tasty though.
Like some other restaurants, the kitchen area is open to the dining room. I find this to be truly unnecessary, as I am not going to a restaurant to watch my meal being prepared, I am going to enjoy time and conversation with my family and/or friends. Therefore, I find the additional noise generated by the kitchen to be somewhat disruptive to my efforts to have a conversation with my dinner guests. In our case, our table was one of those closest to the kitchen, so the noise was more pronounced.
I've eaten here at tables more remote from the kitchen, where the noise was less of a factor, but it seems to me that this issue is one that management should address.
