   Pick anything on the menu it will be tasty, local and beautifully seasoned. All their choices are good and the vegetarian items are outstanding. The burgers are a great value and the non-alcoholic cocktails are too. The beer and wine selections are also good as are the desserts & post dinner drinks. The menu is seasonal which makes this restaurant outstanding.

   The food here is scrumptious! We had the catfish, mac and cheese, a burger, and jambalaya, and all were unique and delicious. We will definitely be back!

   Overall my experience was excellent as always. Yesterday at brunch, my server was excellent, but the runner was unkempt looking and I've never seen that at your restaurant. I attend your establishment at least 3x a month.

   Server was quite slow and had to ask more than once for items (e.g, a straw) and took a long time to take our order. The brunch pour for a glass of wine was really small esp comparing it to the price. The salmon was way overcooked and rubbery.

   We've eaten dozens of times at Lucky 32 in Cary. Glad to report it remains a great option for a nice meal. Varied menu with nice portions at fair prices. Also compliments on the wine list. Several excellent choices at very reasonable prices for restaurants.

   We reserved a table and it was ready, no waiting. Prompt service, food was delicious with generous portions. I also enjoy that I feel like I'm at a fine dining restaurant, but you can dress casual. Always enjoy my experience here.

    This was my first visit since before COVID pandemic. The food was good. Considering the price I had to pay for the meal, the environment was lacking. Our reservation was at the beginning of the dinner time. The staff was still in their hudle and we had to wait. The bathroom has a water problem. It looked clean but had a bad smell. They could also use a much needed renovation ( chairs, benches and carpet). The waiter was nice and attended to our needs.

    As usual the food was good and plentiful. The online booking was an easy process. The server was very pleasant. Slightly too attentive but acceptable. Also needed to steady her hands. Overall we had a pleasant time celebrating my sister in laws birthday. We’ve been to a number of other restaurants where the noise level was unbearable. Lucky 32 has a low noise level so that we were able to have a comfortable conversation.

    My boyfriend and I came here to celebrate our anniversary, and we were so glad we didn’t go to another restaurant! Everything was amazing from the service to the food. Our server was phenomenal, I only regret not remembering her name! She was so funny, she let us take our time ordering, and she was prompt with handling any of our requests throughout the evening. The food was fantastic, we both left the dinner feeling extremely full and satisfied. I just wish that they would’ve done a small gesture to make our anniversary special, but I’m not letting that affect the rating at all.

    As usual the food was great. I was well pleased with one of my favorites - grilled salmon with herb butter. The noise level was a lot higher that past experiences, probably because it was a peak time on Mothers Day and we were seated by a large group.

    The reservation process was very smooth. We had to wait about 10 minutes or so, but not much. It was Mother's Day and graduation for many colleges, so Lucky 32 was very busy. The food as always was outstanding and the service great. This has always been one of our favorite restaurants.

    Lucky 32 has gone downhill in my opinion! The eggs were from a powdered mix, the sausage was sweet, the seasonal fruit was a sad mix of grapes and pineapple. The fries were burned! I hope it was just a one-off bad day!

    We ordered a glass of wine before dinner. The server brought something other that what I ordered. I learned of this only after I asked for a wine list again to write down the name of the wine I was drinking as it was very good! He then fessed up. Here's the thing, what he brought was more expensive than what I ordered (which is also very good) but he did not change the bill to reflect the lower cost of what I ordered. Neither did he offer to replace it. As usual, the fresh, warm bread plate was incredibly good, especially the brown bread. Our entree was the corn meal crusted cat fish, and it was good but, I have had better there. The creamy grits were cold, and the collard greens were just warm. My wife ordered a chilled asparagus salad, as a side. Upon tasting it, she said: "I am not sure there is any asparagus in this salad". It took an unusually long time for our meal to be served. I realize that all restaurants are challenged with staffing issues. However, Lucky 32's hallmark has always been really good food, well prepared, and delicious with excellent service! On this night, they were not quite up to their normal very high standards. Instead of 5 stars, I give it 4.5. We will certainly continue to patronize Lucky 32, Cary as they are still one of the best restaurants in the area, and we need for them to continue to be just that! I believe they will have it together and rise to their normal high standards the next time we choose to dine there.

    The menu selection was comprehensive and the wait staff knowledgeable and prompt. The food was delicious, ample, and served expediciously. Only criticism is that the coffee served after dinner was initially luke-warm, but was quickly corrrected by the wait staff when we pointed out the deficiency to her.

    Always a wonderful experience. However, this Sunday evening our 6:40 reservation was a little less than what we have come to expect. They have just reopened recently for Sunday dinner - great, fabulous. We waited 10 min for a server to take our drink order and it took forever to get water, tea and a glass of wine. Finally got bread after that. After being there for 35 min a server finally took our order. It was 15 minutes more until dip arrived and 30 minutes before our meal came. The restaurant was busy but did not seem short staffed. Servers were all over the place vs being dedicated to an area or set of tables. Maybe this has always been the case but things seemed a little hectic in that area on this visit. Once our meals arrived, part of mine was not as hot as I would have expected. The server, when they finally were flagged down, did address the item with a new plate but again it was not hot - lukewarm at best. I did not address again. By this time it was way after 7:30 and that is their closing time. Maybe having a later reservation plus possibly being short staffed was the main reason here but it was our first really disappointing meal - and we have been patrons since it opened having consumed hundreds of meals and having numerous special events in the adjacent larger room. The food is always fabulous and even this one less than stellar visit will not deter us from coming back. I know how hard it has been to get reliable and dedicated people to work after what we have all been through the last few years but I hope that their staff continues to grow and prosper. I just want weekday lunch service to return. This was a “go to” for business lunches and special friend celebrations for years and I as well as others miss it so much. If, however, staff seems to be the answer to our experience this time, then maybe cut off reservations at 6:00 on Sundays instead of closing time until you have the staff to accommodate your patronage.
