   The food could have been much better for what we paid. The pancakes and French toast sticks were very overdone. The omelet was also overdone. Overall, I feel that we paid too much considering the quality of the food. I highly doubt we will eat here again.

   Food was really good. Wait staff was so kind and attentive! Can’t beat the holiday decorations to make it festive!

   We had a lovely lunch before the play. Specials are always creative and we enjoyed the cauliflower soup and the brisket ravioli! Server was very attentive

   The service has greatly improved since our last 2 visits. Also, all the food was delicious.

   Wonderful holiday tea, treats and atmosphere all around. Loved our afternoon kicking off the season at Lucille! While friendly, service was somewhat slow - seemed short staffed serving both holiday tea as well as matinee lunch patrons.

   Horrible experience for what we paid for. We waited for just water for almost 20 minutes I had to stop someone to ask for water. Didn’t get the tea (which is why we went) for 45 minutes and our food an hour. No one ever asked if we wanted sugar / milk for our tea. The waitress was too sweet to be mean to but the service was horrible. Food was excellent. Atmosphere is beautiful but wow that was terrible for $220.

   Lucile’s High Tea is the event at Dury Lane we’ve attended over the last 8 years Celebrating with my Wife, daughters, sister and now 3 Granddaughters. I’ve seen changes during the 8 years I’ve been attending but this year Lucile’s “KNOCKED IT OUT THE BOX”! First by serving individual plates per person (vs all together) then serving Savory 1st then Sweets 2nd made the experience so much more enjoyable while increasing the portion size as well. A testimony to this experience was echoed by all my girls “This is my Favorite Christmas Celebration!” Every Year”

   My wife & I enjoyed the Breakfast with Santa buffet before seeing the Christmas Carol play. The service was outstanding but the food was average. However, there was an omelette station & another station that makes fresh waffles. Not a bad value for the money but nothing special.

    We enjoyed our dinner and the service immensely. Wonderful server. Excellent food. Even the beef Wellington was very good. One little glitch: the ice cream trolley couldn’t come don to the main floor. The grandkids didn’t want to order dessert, they wanted to watch their sundaes being created. So we went upstairs and waited until one big table was done ordering. Then we got ours, even though the trolley cart server was about to start at another table. (How could he miss us standing there patiently?) Solution: short ramp for the cart or a second cart. Or, you. Could ask people,if they want to be on the same level as the ice cream trolley.
