We have been going to Drury Lane and Lucille's for over 20 years. It is unfortunate that the restaurant continues to go downhill.... Thursday will be our last visit to Lucille's. The menu selection is limited and terribly overpriced. $32 for a hamburger or vegetarian lasagna. They add dessert to your fixed priced meal something we never order. This is to ensure that you bill is more expensive! On top of this they add a 20 percent surcharge for sub par and mediocre food. The restaurant, in prior years was always full. On our visit maybe 3 or 4 tables. Word has spread about the poor and overpriced, unimaginative food. You must change management of the restaurant... so we can return to a better experience!

Took my friends to my Favorite brunch buffet. It wowed as usual!!! The spread is top tier and our server was so attentive and really thoughtful! The ambiance is elegant and chic. I keep coming back year after year for over a decade now. It's my go to for elegant, classy, and quite brunch with family, Ladies Weekend, or to treat myself to brunch and an excellent show. Check it out!!!

Although it may seem that the price is high for lunch, remember you get soup or salad and an ice crem dessert with your lunch. The servers are hardworking, polite, and cheerful. I love the ambience and the opportunity to enjoy quiet conversation with my sister before the play. Where else can you go and have the kitchen put your leftovers in the cooler with your name on it and bring it out for you to take home after the show?

I had a ladies only birthday gathering for tea time. I was so disappointed all around. There were 8 of us, two vegetarians. The hostess told me to let out server know and who they are. We sat for nearly 45 mins before our tea order was taken. I brought up the vegetarians and before I could finish my sentence she waved me off and said I need to tell that to the guy bringing the tiered dishes out. Tea finally came but the "food guy" never did. One tower came out for one vegetarian, I spoke up about the two vegetarians. What happened ne,t was so u professional, the hostess repeated herself three times infront of my guests rudely "there was only one confirmed vegetarian not two" and took the tower away making the situation flustered. We patiently waited and when they brought the "corrected" vegetarian arrangement there was absolutely nothing different about it. They either gave up on us or didn't care. We didn't make a fuss we gave them any of our vegetarian foods to accomodate. We were never asked for more tea, water was not retopped, and my goodness our plates were never taken. The table was a mess and very little room. There were 4-5 other tables with 2-4 people each and they received much more attention and service than we did. It was unprofessional, embarrassing, upsetting, just a few words to express our experience. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Fish was overcooked. Steak was very good. Meals are ridiculously overpriced and they add 20% gratuity. Should be customer’s choice. Restaurant was virtually empty.

The ambiance of Lucille’s is elegant, airy and inviting. The food was very good with a unique first course offering of gazpacho of spinach and broccoli. The turkey entree was not only delicious but also bountiful…huge servings. The ice cream cart with its array of toppings provided a nice ending to our birthday celebration. Our waitress was pleasant but obviously new and more than apologetic for the several mistakes/errors that occurred in our luncheon choices and in the bill. All in all, it was a very good experience in this post pandemic world!!!

It was a great experience and food was very good, not excellent, though. Felt it was a bit overpriced for what we got. It was super convenient to eat there before the performance, so we’d probably do it again, but not too often due to cost.

THE WAITER WAS VERY INATTENTIVE TO OUR TABLE. WE ARRIVED AT 4:00PM AND WERE PROMPTLY SEATED. AFTER PRESENTING MENUS, DECLINING DRINKS HE LEFT, THEN RETURNED FOR ORDERS. AFTER ORDERING THINGS WENT DOWNHILL. SALADS/SOUP TOOK LENGTHY TIME TO ARRIVE. AFTER FINISHING SALAD WE WAITED FOR ALMOST 25 MINUTES FOR MAIN COURSE TO ARRIVE. DURING WAIT THE WAITER CAME BY AND HE MADE LIGHT OF SITUATION SAYING WE HAD PLENTY OF TIME THAT SHOW STARTED AT 6:30. I CORRECTED HIM THAT SHOW STARTED AT 6:00 IT WAS NOW ALMOST 5:00. WHEN MAIN COURSES DID ARRIVE THE STEAK WAS BURNT AND THE FISH PLATE CONTAINED MASHED POTATOES WHEN WAITER HAD SAID IT WOULD BE RICE. WHEN CALLED TO HIS ATTENTION HE CHECKED AND ADVISED HE DID NOT KNOW THAT RICE WAS NO LONGER USED ON FISH PLATE. WE QUICKLY FINISHED AND WERE ABLE TO OBTAIN THE ASSISTANCE OF ONE OF THE SERVERS TO OBTAIN THE DESSERTS PLUS HE ADVISED THE WAITER THAT WE NEEDED OUR BILL SO WE COULD MAKE THE SHOW ON TIME. NOT A GOOD MEAL EXPERIENCE.

The server was really run off his feet. They're probably a short staffed. He had to make the ice cream sundaes. It was not his fault instead of bringing the check. So thank goodness we allowed lots and lots and lots of time. I think the food was overpriced. The soup was good. The rest was just okay.

I love Sunday brunch buffet, it is a routine we did pre covid and do post covid lock down after church with my family and chance to try all breakfast entre at fixed price. It has been years since we tried Lucille Sunday Brunch and since Covid, it has been few restaurant that offers Sunday brunch buffet. Lucille Sunday Brunch now is not what I used to remember. It is in a smaller side and very limited entre for $60 per person charge. I thought I saw in the menu pancakes and french toast, but both not available only waffle and crepes, not much choices in terms of bread either. The food quality and taste is not what I remembered from before. Our waiter was awesome but too bad this restaurant may be on it's last straw. My go to Sunday brunch buffet before is used to be the Clubhouse and it was like this when it started going down in terms of limited entre and quality of food and eventually closing. Lucille Sunday Brunch reminded me of it before they closed. Sorry but my family and I will not be back.

I have always enjoyed having brunch at Lucille at Drury Lane. Even though they have moved it from the Grand Ballroom to a smaller area, it was still very nice. I just wish they would have stuck to their customer dresscode as before. Many people wearing jeans, T-shirts, shorts and even baseball caps.

They had a special booth ready for us to celebrate my mom's birthday. The only downside was our server didn't come by to check for mimosa/Bellini refills as often as our table would have liked. We were there for almost 2 hours and only asked twice if we wanted refills.

I usually love brunch at lucille's...their food selections are many and usually quite good. However, this time I was quite disappointed with the sweet table. I made 2 selections...a sugar cookie and a square of cheesecake...both NOT EDIBLE! They were so stale I had to spit them out in a napkin. I complained and the waitress said the chef was not happy. Really? Shame on you lucille's for charging a whopping $55 a head for stale bakery and attitude to boot!

Went to play at Drury Lane. Overall so-so. Obviously not working. Everybody coming to 8:00 play at same venue. Only 4 tables dining before the play Gormet type dining. Very limited menu. Pricy and doesn’t make sense. Cost $ 200 with tip for 2 people. In my view needs a different type of restaurant there. Need a place you can either get a sandwich or meal plus a glass of wine and get out of there at about $ 100 including tip for 2 people.

They offer a fixed priced menu at $32 per person PLUS A MANDATORY 20 percent service fee ( non-negotiable). This would be OK if they offered decent, and a variety of food. $32 FOR A CHEESEBURGER $32 FOR FISH & CHIPS $32 FOR TURKEY & MASHED POTATOES OR $32 FOR A PASTA DISH THAT'S IT! That the extent of the menu. Absolutely no imagination. This used to be a nice restaurant to enjoy a pleasant lunch before a play. No more!
