Took grandkids to see Mary Poppins

We eat at Lucille for convenience when seeing a show. It's definitely not an inexpensive meal & everything is ala carte. We liked it better when their menu was more affordable.

Our first visit to Lucille for Sunday brunch. It was very nice, but for me to eat one plate of food and an ice cream sundae . . . Overpriced. It will be at the insistence of others that will bring me back.

Best brunch around.

Worst service ever! Our waitress was the rudest person I’ve ever met. We were not told of the option of a Prix fixe menu. Pork belly appetizer was over cooked - like jerky. Rest of the food was lukewarm and mediocre - certainly not worth the money. We will not be eating there again for dinner. They do have an incredible brunch that is truly best in Chicago. We will only stick to that instead of dinner.

Dinner was delicious!!! We went to Lucille’s before going to the theater. It was wonderful. My granddaughter ordered off the Children’s Menu and had so many choices!!she loved the experience and the wait staff made her feel so special. Will definitely be back.

Convenient place to eat before the show. Chicken was dry. Prices did not match the quality of food or ambience. Service was wonderful though.

I would recommend the Lucille. All of our dishes were good. everything was cooked as requested and good cocktails. I wasn't blown away with any flavors but I was definitely not disappointed. I do enjoy more exotic flavors and look for standout ingredients and combinations. We ordered a shrimp cocktail, filet mignon, and dessert. We did have a mango habanero martini, it was very good and a little different. the bread selection was very good and dessert selections were very good. Maybe other items on the menu would make me come back more... It's super convenient before a performance at the Drury Lane Theater and the service is impeccable, I would say that's enough to recommend it!

Cameron was an outstanding server. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and very accommodating with any requests that we had. He was accurate in making cocktail and dinner suggestions. We look forward to requesting his services again on our next visit in March.

The brunch buffet was very large. Seafood, prime rib, fresh donuts, berries and yogurt parfait station, pasta station, omelet station. Service was wonderful as always.

Went for Sunday Brunch every thing was amazing

I brought my 3 grandchildren and daughter for The Spoonful of Sugar event. The kite building was a disappointment. The were given cheap kites and a few crayons to decorate it. The magician was great. The event was very expensive considering what we got.

The service was great. The food was nothing special..it was a tea geared for children though so perhaps they were trying to stick with kid-friendly ingredients. There was also a magician who did a wonderful job of making sure he visited all the tables. My granddaughter really enjoyed the tea and the musical Mary Poppins.

We always love having our pre-theater lunch at Lucille's. Although we missed a few items from the old menu, the new items, especially the crab cakes and the roasted chicken, were excellent.

Lucille is a perfect spot to celebrate special events with your friends and love ones.

Food was excellent. Service was good.

My waitress was the best. Donna did a great job. The food was ok. Wasn’t the best buffet wasn’t the worse buffet. Wanted to try it. I probably would not do it again. For the price I shouldn’t have to peel my own shrimp. That was disappointing. The fresh made donuts were the best thing on buffet. Gotta go to Vegas for a great buffet.

The food was not good like last year. Salty and food that wasn’t fully cooked. Very dissatisfied

Our Kids are very young but they look forward to the Brunches here for mothers, fathers and ny day. Even with kids we all enjoy the brunch and food is great quality.

Great service. Great food. Wonderful ambiance. Would definitely recommend.

Food was good for afternoon tea but service needs to be improved. More servers required.

We had reservations for afternoon tea on New Year’s Eve. Definitely under staffed, never could find our waitress. Over priced with the service we received. Disappointing. Possibly better if the times very staggered instead of everyone coming at 3pm.

The service and ambience was amazing. The food was overpriced and just ok. Cesar salad could have been bigger for $10 and hardly any dressing. Halibut was supposed to be crusted & was soggy. Bread was amazing & desserts outstanding!

We came here to eat before the performance. We were seated at a table for 8 in the ballroom. Unfortunately, we couldn’t hear each other speak. The volume was too loud. With several hearing impaired, it was a huge disappointment. Last year, we were seated in the restaurant area and it was much more enjoyable. That being said, the service and food did not disappoint. It was as excellent as usual.

Excellent flavored food that is always fresh! I enjoy the variety that is given, but my favorite was all the fish options they had. I am going back again!

I chose this place as a belated Birthday for my sister-in-law, this was our first time attending Sunday Brunch. She LOVED it! We all loved it! I highly recommend this place. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We will definitely return.

Our server was very polite and apologetic for the poor service , which we appreciated. We arrived at 6:30 for the 8:00 show and we didn't even have time for a cup of coffee
Whole reason we picked Lucille was because we wouldn't feel rushed. Until I hear if improvement, I will not return

Theatre Night. Dinner before. Food very good. Always done in time for the performance.

The food (tilapia I think) was too salty and the crust was hard. Also, the chicken was dry, the tiramisu was unappetising. In terms of quality and value for money I do not recommend Lucille.
The servers were very good, the room is magnificent and the location, right next to the theatre, is ideal. But not the food.

I have eaten at lucille's many times and was very disappointed this time . The menu has changed and there are less choices and higher prices. For example ....a bowl of onion soup is $10. We had complimentary appetizers, which was 2 small crab cakes,which is a very small portion. We also ordered the deviled eggs, which were good. We were charged a fee which was over $5, for something the 6 of us thought was suppose to be complimentary!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The entrees are o.k., but nothing special, and were much better in the past.

I would only suggest having someone clean or swap out the serving spoons and serving utensils quite often

For the price I paid it definitely wasn't worth it. The food and seating was ok but the service was more interested in the larger groups of people then two at one table alone. Good for a first experience but that's it. To pricy for the buffet and service

Christmas Day was very pleasant at the Drury Lane restaurant. Usually my husband and I cannot hear each other while dining out. But we had a good table in the smaller room so that was very nice. So many food options to pick from. I am a vegetarian so fortunately there were options for me too! The waiter was very courteous and seemed to enjoy his job. It’s a beautiful restaurant. Nice to get out on Christmas Day and not have to cook.

I look forward to the brunch every Christmas. Decorations are so lovely and this year the food was exceptional.

Very expensive ~ less food choices to pick from vs past years.
Food was good ~ just did not have the same amount of choices. Missing many items we loved from previous years. Service was fantastic! Very friendly, prompt and fun!

Definitely NOT worth $65.00/per adult! Will go to The hotel by our house that has a buffet...many more selections of food choices, desserts, etc and... $31.00/per adult!

Absolutely delicious and beautiful. Always a grand meal. The only complaint I have is, for $70 a person, my coffee cup should never be empty as well as our mimosas. We also received the check after our first trip to the buffet.
It is definitely our favorite place for a special brunch.
