It was a very nice St. Patrick's Day. You should have the bag pipes next year.

My parents used to take me to DuryLane as a child. Now that I have a daughter I couldn't wait to take her. It was just how I remembered. Couldn't be happier!

Service was excellent. Food was pretty bad. Spent $22 for a piece of salmon that was dry and tasteless. Didn’t eat more than a few bites. Nobody questioned it when they cleared our plates. EXCELLENT waitress.

Everything at the Lucile at Drury Lane was great. The food was great the services was great.
I was just surprise that I have 10:30 reservation and the restaurant was suppose to open at 10:00, but it appeared that it was just opening at 10:30. Some of the arear were not setup, but we just moved on and had a GREAT time.
I love how they called to verify the reservation. I am glad I took my friend there for her birthday The Lucille at Drury Lane was a great start to a beautiful day.
Thanks,

What a wonderful place to celebrate our girlfriend’s 60th birthday before Mamma Mia matinee.
Outstanding service by our server, Fatima. We had 2 bottles of champagne, the salmon, and the raspberry cake! What an elegant dining room.

The food is adequate but nothing special. The service is not good. Long waits between seeing anyone at the table. They rarely ask if you need anything. I've eaten there three times and all three times have been the same.

Beautiful dining room and decoration. The food was quite enjoyable. We appreciated the formal table settings.
The service was a bit slow but the bussboys did an excellent job.
We were disappointed about the bar running out of our wine of choice after one glass was served.
We would definitely reccommend the experience to others. We plan on coming back in the near future!!

Horrible., we waited 55 min past our reservation time to sit after being told over and over it would be 10 more minutes. Then they tried to squeeze us next to a family of 15 and their other table of 4 kids on video games, smashed against the bar. Then came the overpriced, poor food. The rolls were old, cold and processed. Salads were ok but salmon poor quality and fishy so sent back. Risotto looked like yellow cream of wheat not risotto and was nothing but butter. Nasty.the place was like a bag hotel restaurant. We tried it for convenience after seeing a show.

It took such a long time to get our food and 1 plate was delayed 5 min. An eternity when we’re running late to get to our show. We gave ourselves 1.5 hrs before show to eat, so that this wouldn’t happen. Almost everyone’s food was inedible. I got shrimp and grits and it was the toughest, stringiest shrimp I’ve ever had in my life. My daughter ordered kids chicken nuggets and the breading slid off the very slimy looking chicken. She said it was gross and wouldn’t eat it. My friend got risotto and that was just a big yellow pile of mush. My sparkling wine no longer had any sparkle, which means it’s been sitting open for quite a while. This was a very expensive meal, and we still had to stop for snacks after the show because everyone was hungry. I opted to bring my group here for the convenience aspect. But it was the most inconvenient experience. There was an event in the ballroom, the people eating after the 5:00 show, and the people eating before the 830 show. The valet was full, so we had to park super far away in an adjacent hotel parking lot. Save yourself the hassle and eat at one of the many other restaurants in the Oak Brook area!

There are some good items on the menu. I liked the restaurant better when the menu was a theater package that included soup or salad. The menu is all a la carte, which makes things pricey. We are season ticket holders for the theater and come here once or twice a year.

We eat at the Lucille room about 5 or 6 times per year and generally have a great experience. This time, however, we waited almost 10 minutes for our server to come to the table after we were seated. Then we waited 50 minutes for our food to come to our table. They were already out of our favorite rolls (onion) when we arrived. After 45 minutes of waiting, we saw our server look at us; then he came to our table and said he would check on our order. He brought it out about 5 minutes later. The food was very good and the heat lamps kept it hot but who knows how long it may have been sitting there. It's a good thing the show started late because we didn't make it into the theater until show time and our reservations were for noon (a 1:30 matinee).

This was the first time we experienced anything like this here. It was disappointing for the first time. We all know that 'things' happen, so we're hoping this was a fluke.

We were celebrating a birthday and Valentine’s Day before we saw a show at the theater. Our reservation was 3:30 for a 5:00 show. The food was very good, service was attentive without being overbearing. The servers were aware of the time and how it affected our meal. We ate dinner but noticed some people enjoyed high tea. It looked like a lot of fun. The burger was huge (double patty, which I didn’t realize) and flavor packed. It comes with fries which were meh just ok. The slow roasted chicken was tender and juicy. Chocolate cake for dessert was decadent. Definitely recommend!
