It was our first time there and it did not disappoint!! Kind of mad that we have never have been there but it’s definitely going to be on our go to list!!

We've eaten at Lucile's many times. Their food and service are consistently really good. However, this time we had some hiccups. My lobster bisque (which I always order) was lumpy and room temperature. They did bring out a soupier, hotter one, and said that their 'soup heater' was not working. Okay, got it. My husband's Greek salad barely had any dressing on it. Our waiter brought out more. Everything else was flavorful, right temperature and so on. Thanks.

Came here for my birthday dinner and was supremely disappointed by the service. We were a 2-top in a section of larger tables and were generally ignored by our server. Never got the bread service that we were offered while all the tables around us did, had to wait for refills and to re-order wine, and it took our server so long to come back and ask if we wanted dessert that she just assumed we didn’t and showed up with the check in her hand. We did want dessert, for the record, and 20 minutes after our entrees were cleared finally got to order a peach cobbler. I’ve been coming to Lucille’s for 15+ years and was really disappointed to have this experience, on my birthday no less. Hard to tell if it was just an off night or it truly isn’t what it used to be.

One entire dining experience was outstanding. Our table was ready when we arrived. Our server was timely and attentive, but not intrusive, and the food was outstanding.

This is our go-to place whenever we're in Fort Worth but beware, during peak times, it does get a bit noisy and make be more difficult to carry on a conversation. Try late afternoon or anytime past about 7:30 for a more enjoyable (quieter) experience.
