Good food and wine and comfortable atmosphere. The shrimp pasta was very spicy which I wish I would have been told.

First time eating at Luciano’s new location. Service was excellent and food was good. Can’t complain about anything except I think the prices are a tad high for the amount of food you receive.

We asked for Table 54 and were disappointed that someone else was eating there!this time it turned out okay, as we had table 75which was quiet too. BUT note that we drive about 20 miles to get to Luciano’s!

I thought our table round for six was fantastic, however the music is loud and was glad that we were in the back section of the restaurant.
Service was good, but at times spotty in terms of attentiveness, slow to get a drink and no offers of refills for coffee.
Food was great and priced appropriately.
We like the restaurant and will go back

I wish I could rate this place more than 5 stars! I Been here at least 3 times. Overall wonderful experience each time I’ve went. The food is always fresh and so delicious!! This is certainly my favorite places to eat pasta. Cozy environment, great customer service and enjoyable live entertainment.

Highly impressed with the service, food, atmosphere. Visited for the first time this past Friday with reservations- walked in and were seated almost immediately. The service was prompt, courteous, very professional. It really hard now a days to have a server and team who help each other to make sure waters/drinks are filled, plates/dishes cleaned off--- the team here worked really well together and made for some excellent service. Much much better than we have experienced in a long time! Food was top notch- fresh. Seating was nice, not too close to any one table so and the noise was moderate so I was able to have a discussion with my husband without having to talk real loud. Overall, we will be back when we visit Sugarloaf Mills mall again as Luciano's is just up the road so really convenient.

We had to keep adding numbers to our reservations and they patiently kept making the changes. We celebrated a birthday with a large group of 12 and we couldn't have been happier with the service, ambience, and food. Thank you!

Kitchen service very slow and unacceptable for business lunch.

Restamos very noisy. Not a good location to have dinner conversations. Pasta was not prepared correctly. Noddles stuck together. Best thing about the dinner was the bread and olive oil.

Brought the entire family to Luciano's when we were caught up waiting one to two hours at other chain restaurants that have a slightly lower, almost negligible, price point. This was a very enjoyable evening. Overall, the food was very good. The ambiance is excellent, the live music was a pleasant surprise and it at a perfect volume that still lets you talk in a normal voice.

The staff was friendly, very accommodating, and my water glass was never empty more than a few seconds. They provided Excellent Service that any restaurant would be proud of !!!

The service was very good and each staff member was very friendly and cordial, very impressed with each of the people we came in contact with. The food came out quickly and was very attractive on the plate and equally tasty. We did not leave a morsel on the plates, it was all excellent.

I have been to Luciano's on many occasions, almost always for business meals. I very much appreciate the attentive service, the consistency and quality of the food, and their location in an area that otherwise has a very limited selection of upscale dining options. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an experience beyond the casual lunch joints that are more common in their surroundings.

Food was excellent. Service, initially, slow to arrive, but I flagged down a different waitress than the one assigned to the table and she was terrific. Provided a discount to the bill which was unnecessary but classy.

Don't waste your money - terrible service and food. Checked in with my name and received email I was never there.

When you serve a cobb salad, I would recommend not to serve the salad frozen and throw some of the rest on the plate to cover it.

Overall a great experience, however I felt like my wife and I were ignored as far as the service goes. It was over ten minutes before a server came to introduce themselves, then another ten minutes waiting on our drinks. By the the time we were ordering our food I felt rushed like we weren’t really wanted there and we got rushed out. However the food exceeded my expectations.

We arrived on time for our reservation and still had to waiting an extra 20 minutes meanwhile people coming in off the street had the same wait. We were given nothing more then a half hearted apology from the hostess. Very frustrating.

Great food and location when going to the Infinite Energy Center.

Good food. Server was excellent and knowledgeable. Food from kitchen a little slow but not a concern. We were in no rush.

Dinner for Valentine’s Day was wonderful. The scallops were perfectly done.
