   We were there for my dad’s bday and Rashida was AMAZING!!! It wasn’t our first time, and we always have great service, but this time it was outstanding.

   As always top shelf restaurant. Everyone I take there says it’s there new place service is always great food is spectacular. Can’t go wrong dining here!!!

   Loved they respected our option for a date night. That’s was crucial and made all difference as we’ve been allocated to a quieter area. Thanks all the staff for the hospitality and positive experience. We’ve loved and will be back.

   We have eaten at Lucianos on many occasions and it never disappoints. Our server was terrific and very attentive and the food was delicious as usual.

   I have been coming to Luciano’s since 2013. I have loved everything about the restaurant. Today (5) of us came in at 4:00 before it got very busy. We had to ask for the pepper mill at every course. We had to ask for tea and water refills. I order Brussels sprouts but they never came. They were also not on the bill. I was surprised how much the service today felt not up to Luciano’s standards. Plus the restaurant wasn’t even busy yet. Just a little disappointed.

    We had an appointment on Mother's Day at 7:15pm. It was our first time here so I'm not sure if the tables are always this close to each other or if it was done because of the anticipation of large crowds on Mother's Day weekend. Either way, it was tight! I had a few people bump into the back of my chair/head as they were walking by, which was far from ideal but it also wasn't constant so I was fine with it. When we arrived, we were told that they ran out of all the bread they had so there won't be any complimentary bread and all the entrees that require bread will be swapped with flatbread(?) or something like that, I don't quite remember. Although we were a bit bummed because we love bread, it actually worked out for us because then we might've been way too full by the end of our dinner. For appetizers, we got the caesar salad and fried calamari. The salad was so disappointing and lacked flavor, which I find super hard to do because caesar salad is one of the simplest salad to make. Won't be getting that again! The fried calamari was good though! Our entrees were spaghetti & meatballs, rigatoni, steak and fried lobster tail, and a carne pizza. Every one of us enjoyed each and every dish! The steak was smaller than expected, especially for the price, which was a bummer because the flavor was awesome! All in all, the flavors beat the service and vibe. The waitress was great albeit a bit slow but the front desk ladies need some more training as they were far from friendly and professional - we had not one of the three (or four?) of the ladies greet us or even look up when we entered.
