Service was excellent.
A bit overpriced. Lamb was great. Great ambiance, specialty drinks heavily overpriced.
Food has been great every time we have been
Father’s Day Brunch, always an exceptional visit to Luciano’s!
Father's Day dinner. We always enjoy Luciano's.
This was our 2nd visit and once again you guys hit it out the park! The food was excellent along with the wonderful atmosphere. Even my Sister who never, never eats out enjoyed herself. A nice way to end an already beautiful day!
Mariana is an excellent host to a wonderful meal. She helped us select delicious entrees with excellent wine pairing. The food here is a great quality with a decent portion size. I would recommend for any occasion.
Luciano’s Sugarloaf simply never fails. As close to the perfect Italian restaurant as can be.
Exceeded expectations, especially the steak and the dessert.
We have placed this on “our list”.
Nice place, good drinks and appetizers but so terribly loud we had to leave without ordering our entrees.
This was my second visit. The food is really good. Homemade pasta, crisp salads, good bread and always a treat to have a meal on crisp white table cloths. The mushroom ravioli is wonderful, the gnocchi was little fluffy pillows of heaven. The wait staff is very good but this trip we did get a busser who was probably still in training as he was a little clumsy. We ate early this time (5:30) and it was pleasant, quiet and not crowded. We ate there later last time and it can get a bit loud in there later. Be aware that the food is delicious but very rich. There were three of us this trip, we had no alcohol and our bill was $ 64 before tip. But well worth it. Next time I'm taking my husband.
My dirty martini was perfect. So was the funghi flatbread.
Excellent food and service as always!! Thank you Lucianos!
Food as always was great, however the usual fantastic service was lacking a bit.
Place is nice. Server didn’t know the vegetables mix with fish.
And when did it become okay for men to wear baseball caps to dinner? What kind of class do these people have? Zero. But it’s also up to restaurant to enforce a rule. Or else the quality of the experience degrades.
K J was the best!!! Really enjoyed her as our server. She is such a nice lady, the food was amazing and we really enjoyed the live music. Highly recommend.
Great tasting food, fast friendly service in a cozy atmosphere. Took my wife to Luciano's for our anniversary...she loved it!
Consistently good. Never disappointed.
It was absolutely the worst service we’ve ever experienced
Food was mediocre for the price. The waiter was very intrusive of your personal space. At the end he took my card out of the holder and placed it in the front fold of my wallet. Every time a plate was placed down he would ask how the food was. He could clearly see that it was just placed and we didn't even get a chance to serve ourselves. I did not like that every time I got up that they refolded my napkin. If you are going to go through that effort just replace it. I had to be careful to not get sauce on my pant leg. Meat balls were cold and the mozzarella was bland. The best thing was the sweet tea and bread sauce.
Lovely evening...nice atmosphere, just a little pricey...definitely a special occasion spot!
Great service, meals were fantastic, dessert wonderful!! Highly recommend, we love going there - it’s always a great meal!
Great food and service!
Service was great and the food was yummy. It’s a nice little spot you wouldn’t think would be right next to Kroger but it’s great!
Family in town for graduation
Great food and menu
Service was AMAZING as was the food. This is my 3rd time dining with you and it was as AMAZING as the first time!
We arrived a little earlier then our reservations was set for mother’s day , and they were able to accommodate us quickly . Our waiter was friendly and knowledgeable, and although it was busy he was very prompt with service. I was really disappointed with my meal and found the chicken dry and tasteless. This was surprising as I have dined previously and was hoping for a great meal on mother’s day . Unfortunately I found the food lacked luster and prices way to high . Sorry not willing to recommend
I made my reservation for Lucianos about two weeks in advance for Mother’s Day. We had a party of five, Bringing my wife and mother-in-law out to eat. We were given the worst table in the restaurant I believe. It was in the back corner I didn’t realize that was where all the servers went to get glasses and a stack of plates so I read few minutes or so someone could come back there and have to turn not to put their backside near our table. Everything came out reasonably quick. Our server was good not great seemed very frank. To be honest they did have a morning brunch. They said the crowd was very very large but that is expected on Mother’s Day. My son had the mushroom ravioli it was salty and had to be sent back. Everything else was very good to taste. This wasn’t our first time going to Lucianos. It was our first time going on Mother’s Day I don’t think will come back on Mother’s Day. Probably won’t come back for a while.
The food was delicious. We were surprised they were only serving a buffet. It was a great spread but was not expecting to spend $55 per person.
I want to give a shout out to Shaun the waiter for my party on Mother's Day. He was outstanding with providing the kind of service that one might expect at an upscale establishment like Luciano's. He was cordial, attentive to our needs and requests. I personally want to give Shaun a 100% in every aspect of his job performance. With that type service, yes I will be back for a fourth visit. The manager was gracious also in his attitude and providing fairness to a question I had at the end of my visit. Continue to hire staff that will always go the extra mile so to speak. Going beyond the call of duty, says a lot about ones personality and character. Great job well done by both of your staff. We really enjoyed Mother's Day.
Thanks for the extra effort.

It's a lovely, slightly upscale restaurant which would be great before or after a show at the Infinite Energy Center. We went for Mother's Day and were surprised to find a brunch. The front of house staff were struggling to seat us even though there were plenty of empty tables and we had a reservation. Our waiter was not friendly or helpful but the rest of the staff was wonderful. I wouldn't go back for the brunch simply because I can't eat $55 worth of food but I would try it again if I were in the area for an event.
What a great brunch! Wasn't expecting the buffet but it was delicious! Got a little sticker shock but overall, delicious and worth it for special occasions.
When we arrived we were greeted, but manager didn’t smile or appear welcoming. We didn’t pay it much mind but as the evening progressed we understood why. It was prom night and the place was flooded with teenagers. The noise level continued to increase to a very loud level to no longer be enjoyable
You could barely hear the musician but couldn’t hear the singer.
Our carpaccio had been premade so far in advance that our meat was stuck to the plate and came off in a gooey mess. My gnocchi was over cooked and so starchy it stuck together and the roof of my mouth. My husband did not enjoy his dish and my Mom’s scampi was over cooked
I’m glad this was not our first time or we would not return. It was not a good experience especially for a pre-Mother’s Day meal. We were very dissappointed. I know you can do better and can only surmise it was due to the crowd for prom night.
Suggest dividing room into prom goers and the other quarter of the restaurant into regular customers who expect a fine dining experience as this was anything but on Saturday night. I will never return again on a prom night! The staff did not handle it well.
Disappointed they did not have/allow a corkage fee to bring in my own wine which I enjoy as part of the dining experience. Good restaurant but for that reason I will not return
Excellent service and great food. Birthday celebration for my wife was a hit! I like the cozy atmosphere and premier ambience. All 8 of us had a different dish with raves from everyone about the taste of the food. We will be back!
KJ was fantastic and made the gather of friends and family memorable.
The food here is fabulous. There is a lot of variety on the menu. The food selections are well-prepared and flavorful. The menu has many options. The service at the restaurant is professional, friendly, and knowledgable.
We really enjoyed our second Luciano's experience. The service was great and the gnocchi was amazing as always!
We could not get a reservation after 4:15 pm. We were the only table patrons until 5:00. When we left at 5:30 only one half of the tables were filled. A server was doing her makeup in the dining room : a bit off putting.
The food was good but not great the main course was served warm not hot. Our server was very nice and attentive but inexperienced. The salad came out before the appetizer.
The prices were fine for excellent food however this did not meet that standard. The gelato dessert was served partially melted.
Certainly this could have been an off night experience however it is hard to recommend it at the price point
