Shame about the smaller menu. My favorite meal is no longer available
Luciano's made for a great work lunch. The food was delicious, and the staff got food out quickly.
The food, service, atmosphere, server, and all the staff OUTSTANDIND!! The lemon cocktail was SUPER!
My wife, our son, and I had a wonderful time at Luciano's on a Saturday night. Great food, great ambiance, and great service. I've taken clients to this restaurant several times and had reliably good experiences. A very safe bet for a memorable (good kind!) dining experience in the heart of Gwinnett County.
This is the first restaurant I think of when I am in the area. I wish there were more locations as this would be a once a week go to restaurant. Great food and service at a reasonable price for this level of quality
I genuinely receive excellent service at this restaurant consistently, however that was not my experience tonight.
I ordered a spinach salad and was informed that they didn’t serve spinach salads, I was offered other salads to which I replied “I don’t eat lettuce “. My waitress’ comment was “ why order a salad”. Another person in my party requested spinach be added to her entree; the waitress response was we ran out”. When I asked for clarification regarding not serving spinach vs. not having spinach, my waitress comment we ran out earlier because there were numerous orders of spinach salads. My comment, so you do serve spinach salads, you’re just out? Imagine my surprise & irritation when I realized that another table that arrived well after my party was served a dish loaded with spinach.
My entree (smoked chicken flatbread) was not prepared as requested. We I informed my waitress, she retrieved several peppers, but appeared irritated when I pointed out that they weren’t sliced. Who eats whole peppers on a pizza?
After paying the check I spike with Managment and they apologize for the confusion. I will definitely dine at the establishment again, but will ensure that I have a different server.
Service was not up to par. We waited over ten minutes for drinks and were told it was because the bar was backed up yet we were right next to the bar. The music was nice but volume was excessive. We’ll try this again and see how it goes. Our entree and desert were delicious.
Another great experience at Luchiano’s! Food is delicious and the service is impeccable. We truly enjoyed the entertainment that was provided and the drinks weren’t bad either!
After a long break from this restaurant because of the service, I was very pleased with my experience this time! It was worth it to give them another chance- everything was really great.
We both had the lobster special. The food was outstanding. The service was prompt and efficient. The waitress was very pleasant. My wife and I were able to enjoy a quiet conversation. All in all, a delightful experience for a very reasonable price.
Always great food and excellent service!
We had a business and celebratory dinner this week. Sean, our server, was awesome! Very attentive, yet respectful of our need to talk for a while. We were there for 3 hours and there was NO pressure at all. The food and wine were excellent. Absolutely enjoyed it all!
I love this restaurant, but this was our worst experience ever. Although we arrived at 11:45 and the restaurant was only about half full, it took extremely long to get our food. Our server disappeared for long periods of time. My guest's salmon salad looked (and she said was) great, but what was passed off to me as cacio e pepe (one of my favorite dishes), was a bowl of fettuccini (wrong pasta for the dish) swimming in a pool of melted butter or a butter / olive oil mix. There was virtually no hint of cheese and not much pepper. Sorry chef. If it had been my first visit, it might also have been my last. But hopefully it was just an off day. BTW, they have revamped their menu and removed some old favorites. If it ain't broke . . . .?
We visited Luciano’s for the first time. Great food & service.
Jose the Manager was especially courteous and friendly.
We’ll be back soon ;0)
Luciano’s is a the best Italian restaurant around
Was 30 minutes late for our reservation due to heavy traffic yet they still sat us when a table opened. Food was delicious as always and they did their best to get us out in time for the show.
Dinner before Cher. Great food& service. Tables very tight together.
Everything was ok, but not any better than that. The pricing on everything except the pastas was ridiculous though. If I’m going to spend $45 for Seabass, this is not where I’m going to do it. Not an experience I would repeat.
Excellent wait staff and delmonico steak was delicious
The food was outstanding. The service was prompt and efficient. The waitress was very pleasant. Although the restaurant was very busy, the noise level was low enough to allow conversation. The price was reasonable. I will definitely be returning.
Service was fantastic as ususal. My guest and I both ordered the chopped salad with Chicken and it was a little disappointing. No flavor. I should have had the Chicken Marsala which is always good.
Good food, great service. We had the NY strip steak and the Gorgonzola crusted filet. Both done as request, both very good. We substituted the Brussels sprouts/cauliflower for our side dish...very well done
Food and service (Sean) was great. Was a little cold as we were sitting by a window.
Always love Lucianio's for lunch. Great place to meet and catch up with a friend.
Service was tops, servers were helpful, knowledgeable, polite, accommodating. Salmon main dish was done to perfection to diners wishes. Zuppa de Mare was really great— the sauce very tasty, seafood done to perfection — will suggest to our friends. Fried calamari was also done to perfection— light crunchiness, wonderful aioli sauce & marinara — both the best we have eaten in GA.
Will definitely return, especially for a special occasion.
It's not uncommon for my family to choose Luciano's as a "special occasion" restaurant - birthdays, anniversaries, and other celebrations. We've never been disappointed here.
Tonight's special dessert was Caramel Cheesecake with caramel-drizzled vanilla gelato. Fantastic (and usually I love the tiramisu!).
We'll be back.
Luciano's never disappoints....the food and wine selections are outstanding
Terrific Italian restaurant with outstanding food. Some of the best Italian fare in the Atlanta area.
Luciano's is a great restaurant in Duluth. Aside from Frankies The Steakhouse (same owner), there aren't many upscale restaurants in this area.
Very nice, white tablecloth restaurant in the Kroger shopping center. Live music is a nice touch. This place has actually gotten more "fancy" since I started coming years ago. They appear to be making themselves a bit more upscale. Costs are going up as well. Dinner for 2 with a drink each (no wine) will run you $100-$150. Service is good but not extraordinary. This last visit we had a very nice server who was young and not so experienced but he did an ok job.
The food is always good and the atmosphere is lively and energetic.
We celebrated our anniversary here. It was our first visit, and we were wonderfully surprised by the experience. Our waitress (Julia) was courteous, friendly, professional, and attentive. She provided information & recommendations for the menu selections which was extremely helpful. During the meal we were visited by members of the management team to assure our satisfaction.
The menu selections were varied to satisfy anyone’s palate. Our food was delivered at an even pace, allowing time to enjoy each course and talk to each other. The staff attended our table courteously and without prompting.
The food was delicious, wonderfully presented, and abundant. Each course was better than the preceding! The desserts were absolutely over the top.
We will return over and over in the future. It is an exceptional restaurant with great food at very reasonable prices. The staff from top to bottom work to assure a wonderful experience.
This was my first time at Luciano’s. The lamb chops with vegetables were delicious and very tender. I love the ambience of the restaurant and the wine list was very good.
Very nice for a late lunch. Food and service was exceptional.
The flatbreads on your menu are fabulous! We couldn’t eat all of it! Great flavor and value
Cornelio was our server and it was perfect!!!!
The GM even came by to check on us.
Lunch could not have been better
We come here often. The food and service is always excellent. Just a bit pricey, mainly on drinks.
have been here a few times and always pretty good. This was new years night, and seems like the kitchen was hungover. None of the dishes were great. The server acknowledged similar feedback from others as well. She did a great job of taking care of us and was great. Cocktail prices were high for what this restaurant is - $14 per cocktail is something i'd expect at a high end restaurant or bar. Best part of the food was dessert
Great service by Letitia!! We made a reservation on New Years Eve.. outstanding choice!
Great food and service, the atmosphere is great. This was our second time there, we would go more often if it was not as far from our house.
Good Food, Good Ambiance. Authentic Italian food. Flavors in the dishes are well balanced
Never disappointed. Always a great place for a wonderful meal.
