We had a lovely time sitting on the terrace.

Service was friendly and attentive...food was excellent...great selection of wines by the glass and bottle...can't wait to go back!

Great outdoor eating environment. Food and service were up to Bernardus' well-deserved status as one of the premier restaurants in Monterey County and Carmel Valley. We always enjoy our time at Bernardus and the Lucia restaurant is one of the reasons we keep coming back.

Would have been nice if the pastry chef could have done a vegan dessert for the bday. I had ordered a vegan dessert and called 2 days before celebration.

It was a bit windy and cold. I asked two different staff members to turn on one of the lamp heaters by out table. They both said they would be right on it, but it was never turned on. The server was great. Just a little slow on waiting on us.

We chose Lucia for Easter Brunch as they offered a served Buffet that was spectacular!

This was our third time eating at this restaurant. Previous two times were excellent but this time was somewhat disappointing. The pear and avocado salad was overdressed and the fried chicken sandwich was dry and the french fries were lukewarm.

The service at the restaurant was excellent. We had a friendly hostess and our waitress was awesome. I mentioned that it was my daughter‘s birthday and they thoughtfully included a birthday candle with our dessert. The ambience was wonderful as there was a live guitarist and singer. We loved the outdoor tent which had clear sides so it wasn’t restricting our view of the gorgeous resort grounds

We love every minute of lunch in the patio. Feels like you are in a European village or overlooking a winery visit. Food was fabulous...only wish they had all the ingredients ready for Ramos Fizzes...took over 30 minutes to get ours but they were delicious! I recommend this place.

Great restaurant. Close enough to Big Sur to make it worth the drive during covid for a great dinner.

Our meal was great, the oysters were fresh, the beet salad was amazing, great flavors.

The breakfast menu was very extensive, not too expensive (for what you get) and DELICIOUS! A wonderful experience at a wonderful resort.

It was a rainy cold day, and we had to find the warmest seating under the tent. Had to move from the first seats.
It was a bit loud for my hearing level.
The food was excellent and Jason the server was very accommodating.

Celebrated a birthday dinner. Always farm fresh seasonal menu. Still would like to see more vegetarian options. My mushroom couscous dish was innovative and yummy.

We had great meals at the restaurant, both breakfast and dinner. Jose was an extremely attentive waiter for breakfast. In fact, all service was fantastic including the hostesses. Highly recommended!

The food was excellent. We both had the chicken which was moist and very flavorful. The setting was lovely outdoors and appropriately socially distanced tables. Very comfortable.

Wonderful lunch outdoors. There is a giant tent around the area, but did not feel like under a tent due to open areas and so many windows letting the sunshine in. Everything was excellent: service, food, ambiance (even had live music). This is the first meal out that felt normal since Covid started: real plates and utensils, as opposed to paper/plastic in most other restaurants, full bar, great service. My absolute favorite place to eat in Carmel Valley.

food, service, venue are wonderful, not to mention the weather...much different than being in Carmel or Pebble Beach

We have dined here many times. It is always very tasty and pleasurable, from the ambiance to the wonderful flavors. We have never been disappointed and neither will you!

They are only serving outside the main restaurant. It was a cool and wet night but the heaters really helped. The food was good, the service outstanding. This is an expensive place but worth the trip and the price.

One of the best dining experiences I have ever had!! The food was absolutely delicious and the service team were all so wonderful! Our anniversary was made completely special here.
