Lucas Park Grille
After Symphony dinner with friends to bring in Christmas Season. Great ambience quiet enough to enjoy conversations. Food excellent, service unobtrusive but helpful with wine selection and menu. Great all around enjoyable dinner. Have been several times. Not disappointed ever. Fantastic wine list.
We were 5 women having an early dinner before the Bob Seger concert. Looked for a place with a varied menu that was a quick uber ride to and from Enterprise center. The happy hour small bites and plates menu was awesome and half price at happy hour. Food was ver good as was the service. Will definitely be back.
I always have the house salad with salmon on it. It's delicious. Dustin is a great waiter. This is the best lunch place downtown.
Loved it!!! Food was EXCELLENT!!! Atmosphere was great too!!!!
Great birthday dinner. Food was amazing. Staff was great. Setting was cozy.
Great ambiance. We’ve always had fantastic service and meals. They also offer some great happy hour specials.
Great food and fast service. Really enjoyed the pork chop and salmon and flatbread
My husband I went here before an event downtown. The menu was not very big. I had the salmon which was phenomenal and my husband had the steak, but the sides were not very impressive. He ended up having an expensive steak and french fries. That was a little disappointing for the amount of money we spent. Nice atmosphere, just be prepared to spend quite a bit especially when you throw in some drinks!
Once again, Lucas Park Grille didn’t disappoint. Food was outstanding and our server was fantastic. The scallops were amazing!!!!!
The Scallops were the best I’ve ever had! Beautiful ambiance too.
Rich was great, very helpful in our wine and dining selection. The food was great with the exception of the weird cheese on the charcuterie plate.
My husband and I were attending a show in the Lou Friday evening and wanted a light dinner and a few drinks beforehand. We chose Lucas Park Grill due to its close proximity to the Enterprise Center. They had a wonderful appetizer menu with light bites that fit the bill perfectly. Even better, it was happy hour so some of the items were 1/2 off! Ordered a cosmo martini and it was really good. We will be back for sure.
Food was excellent! I had the lunch prix fixe and it was great
Food was delicious. it was pretty quiet for a Saturday night.
Excellent waiter; food was delicious; atmosphere/ambiance superb! What more of a dining experience do you need? :)
The food was okay. We got the duck and didn’t want Brussels sprouts so we asked for other sides. I asked for sweet potato fries and my husband asked for sweet potato hash. They brought our food out my fries were burnt and the chef refused to put the hash on my husbands plate, he said it didn’t go but also didn’t put the Brussels sprouts in. He asked for the Brussels sprouts since he didn’t get his side. The chef said they would be raw Brussels sprouts... ? The duck was cooked well but the navy beans were pretty raw. The best thing was the drinks. Bar tender you were the real MVP. Five stars for the bar tender. Also, they charged a 20% gratuity for two people and didn’t tell us. They had an additional tip line. Overall, I was very disappointed in the chef. He seemed rude and unaccomidating. The service was fine. I would not recommend this to my friends and don’t plan on returning.
Amazing experience. I enjoyed a relaxing dinner this past Friday evening. My visit was private and the service was friendly and efficient. The ambiance was just what I needed. My dinner was creative & flavorful, and a good combination of sweet & savory. I didn't even know that I liked caviar until now -- my compliments to the chef. I will be back.
We tried it because of Downtown Restaurant Week & we were not disappointed! The food was excellent & our server Niko was great. Would like to go back to enjoy their outdoor seating when the weather cools down!!
Loved the place, food and service. We loved it some much we could have our rehearsal dinner
We went for Downtown Restaurant Week and happy we did. The quality of the food and service were fantastic. Considering there was a prefix menu and special pricing for restaurant week menu, the value was really unbeatable. We will definitely return to check out the regular menu based on our experience.
The food was excellent. I went during restaurant week and had the seafood ceviche for an appetizer which was amazing. steak and lobster for my main. Only negative was I ordered my steak medium and it was actually medium well when it came to the table but I still ate it and it was good. I would still go back.
I was hosting a dinner meal here and was very impressed with this restaurant. The staff was very accommodating and was present enough that we never waiting for anything and they were not overbearing. Our server (Taylor) made excellent food recommendations and was very engaging. I would happily return here for future meals
Wonderful atmosphere with delicious food.
Food was excellent, creative, tasty, nicely presented, perfectly cooked. Very good server. Liked the semi-private corner booth.
We had 6:00 p.m reservation on a Saturday and we were 2 adults with a toddler of the maybe 10 customers at any given time in the place until we left approximately 7:30 p.m. The spinach that came with my piece of chicken breast and not a fourth of a chicken was to salty (from a can). Ego the waitress (training someone which is the reason we had three menu a piece) took it upon herself to add 20% gratuity to our bill, inspite of what we might have thought of the service. I could hear Ego talking when we were leaving but, I could not see her.
Please come with a pocket full of money, the gratuity and tax along will cost more than you meal. Especially if you have a few drinks and is not paying attention to your bill. I could not recommend Lucas Grill without giving the full status of of my first experience. Secret shoppers are out and about.
Food was excellent. Would have rather been seated in the main dining/bar area as we were a little isolated in a back room. But, overall, everything was wonderful.
Had reservations: waited for hostess, seated ourselves at only lowtop due to stroller/highchair, table was dirty, waited for waiter to clean, waited for drink order, waited for drinks. Then, service got better. Food good, but pricy. $100 lunch.
Awesome place! Our group of 15 girls truly enjoyed ourselves and the food was fantastic.
Delicious food and great service! Definitely recommend..
Service was very slow and not very attentive. Restaurant was not very busy. We had our 6 year old granddaughter with us and there was no children’s menu. Food was not exceptional in any way.
Great small plates and drinks but a little expensive.
Great food and excellent service.
Wonderful as usual. Great waiter. We sat outside in there balcony on a beautiful cool summer night.
Fabulous night out with friends. Excellent wine selection and we made a meal out of small plates.
The food was so good, I came back the next day for happy hour. The Brussels sprouts with grits, avocado toast with smoked salmon and the halibut were outstanding. The caramel ice cream and whiskey sour sorbet were hits as well. If there hadn’t been a fruit fly in my companion’s salad, I would have given 5 stars.
Mike our waiter was outstanding! Food amazing.
It was a good experience. We were pleased. It was slow, but we had plenty of time so that wasn’t an issue for us.
Great healthy eating options in an urban setting. Excellent service too.
We were looking for a place to eat away from our hotel, but a good value, and good eats.
We were not disappointed. The happy hour specials were very good and everyone was happy with their dinners.
The wait staff was amazing and Bella was very attentive and sweet.
Yes I would recommend it to someone looking for a easy meal, good value, and not your everyday bar food!
