   This is one of the worst dining experiences we have had in years. The lack of leadership in the the front of house (Margaret) lead to a horrible evening. Our server made an attempt to salvage the evening but could not get our bill straight in the end. Food is average at best. We certainly will not be back and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who understands high level service or food.

   unfortunately, the food is not what it used to be. i had the bronzini. it did not taste fresh. my son had the pork chop and it was overdone. my husband had the saltimbuco and liked it. my sons girlfriend had a pasta and liked her’s. we sat outside and unfortunately, they had a rehearsal dinner out there. it was very loud. on a positive note, cassie our server was outstanding. we brought our own wine and cassie decanted it so nicely. Luca used to be my favorite restaurant. oh well….

   When we got there they didn’t even have our table (made a reservation through OpenTable) I had to pull up the reservation on my phone. That was kind of odd….then the food was just not very good. We might have ordered wrong, but I feel like if I’m going to pay over $120 for a meal - it better be awesome. I’ve had a much better meal at Mia Bella - the food was just nothing special in my opinion.

   We had a wonderful experience celebrating a birthday. We had reservations but they were busy so we had a drink at their great bar, and by the time our drinks arrived, our table was ready. We recommend getting one of the many tables on the perimeter and not in the center with all the traffic. We sat on the patio on a great Spring evening. Food, service and ambience were all perfect. A new favorite!

   Food is so delicious. It’s super noisy and our server had to virtually shout the specials. I booked months ago and requested a window table , then when we arrived there was a 45 min wait for one, so we were seated in the middle of the room, you feel like you are in the way a bit. Bar service very good . Worth going for the food and wine but ambiance a bit clanky .

   Delicious food, cheerfully and professionally presented, plus a fun photo, compliments desert for the graduate, fun atmosphere, everything was so good. Portions are large for an upscale restaurant, prices reflect that. We were grateful that one of our number lives in Cleveland and could take everyone’s left overs to eat for a week without cooking!

    My friend treated me to an early birthday dinner at Luca. I could not have enjoyed it more, from my martini to the calamari to the duck. Our server was excellent and the food was flawless, some of the best I have ever enjoyed. Please experience this wonderful venue for yourself.

    Wonderful dinner and drinks. We were visiting from Las Vegas and went with two other couples. John was the absolute best server and gave great recommendations. He made our anniversary extra special with dessert and a photo to remember our evening. Will definitely go back next time we visit.

    While I prefer it fried, their sautéed calamari was good. My son and I enjoyed the Sacchetti Al Tartufo Bianco ( I added shrimp) and the Raviola Di Aragosta. Both dishes were amazing.

    We made a reservation at Luca to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary. (A year prior, in fact, we celebrated our rehearsal dinner at Luca.) When making the reservation I made a point to mention we were celebrating such the occasion. Upon arrival we presented to the hostess to inform of our arrival. After looking on their tablet for a bit, the 2 hostesses couldn't find our reservation and actually asked if we were in the right location. After much back and forth, they were able to find our reservation. Once we were seated for dinner, we quickly realized our table was not stable and thankfully me and my husband were able to move the table and stabilize the wobbly table. Although many walked by, no staff member acknowledged our struggle and offered to help. Our waiter was not friendly or welcoming whatsoever. He never asked if we were celebrating anything and even took our menus away before we were done looking. He never offered us more bread or offered if we wanted to order more drinks. We had to ask later in the night to see a drink menu again to order more. However, Our food was very tasty and the drinks were very good. Once we got our check, we paid with a gift card that was purchased for us by my parents. When our waiter returned our check he commented on how it was nice we got such a large sum of money in a gift card. We then informed him we were celebrating our first anniversary as he never asked or was informed by the hostess. He then offered to give us a piece of cake, but we had already eaten an appetizer, our meals, and ordered a dessert so it seemed a little too late for that. My parents are common patrons of Luca and I shared with them our experience. They were upset for us as they even mentioned that when they purchased the gift card for us they made a point to mention to the hostess we would be celebrating our anniversary. Overall it was a very disappointing experience. I am not sure I would want to go back to celebrate anything there again.

    Went to celebrate a birthday after Tina. Loved the complementary dessert and framed photo they gave us. Only thing was no one told us of specials and we had already ordered when we overheard the table behind us learning the specials. Just an oversight I’m sure. Food was delicious and bread was to die for.

    Luca on the Viaduct is a great restaurant. Food is terrific. Service better than most(Ask for Mary--9 years there) They are refurbishing the place and it should be even nicer when done.

    The valet was efficient upon arrival. Good ambience and atmosphere. The seafood platter appetizer was amazing. The seafood pasta was average. Would come back and try something else for sure though.
