Love Is Blind - Permanently Closed Ratings and Reviews
Our waiter was fabulous. My grandma forgot to tell him that she wanted her food to go the waiter got permission from the manager to make her another dish so she could take it home. That is the definition of OUTSTANDING customer service and going above and beyond.
This is one of our must go places, we love the food, the ambiance and our host Nathalia is just great, she always serve us with a smile in her face and showing knowledge on the menu and readiness to learn about anything. We love Love is blind and of course will be returning every time the occasion comes
This is my second time visiting this restaurant. Wouldn't be coming back unless I wasn't happy with the Service and the Menu selection. The Flan is delicious!!! I tried the regular Sangria, but I like the frozen one better. Staff is very attentive, professional & courteous. Love the ambiance!!!
We went for my mother's birthday and the experience was exquisite. They made us feel welcome and cared for. My mother loved the birthday flan they gave us as a courtesy. The food is really good (I always eat Huevos Rotos) and the restaurant overall is really cozy and romantic. I totally recommend it
I must say the name stood out perfectly for a blind date idea and I am glad we went. The service was phenomenal and it actually made me forget how bad some miami service is until we walked in. We even had the chef come out to our table and introduce himself when I wanted something that was no longer on the menu and he served up something tasty. The manager introduced himself and added that extra element of service by checking on us a few times. Our server was helpful with the menu as well as providing us ideas of what would please our pallet. Over all the restaurant was great. The ambience was beautiful...food was great. .service was superb...and the noise level was perfect. Will be back again!
Very acomidating. Food was over the top. Very romantic. We celebrated my wife's 60th birthday. The manager sent our table a birthday desert with candle without my asking! Seven adults and two children with desert for under $300.00! I can't wait to take my wife back for a romantic evening!
What a wonderful find!
From the moment my friends and I entered we found a friendly hostess in a beautiful eclectic decorated space. The server immediately brought our water. The menu choices were varied for all different tastes and very reasonable for lunch. Had great conversation with friends with very little interruption. A very enjoyable experience. Will definitely return.
The service was bad. The waitress didn't even bother to ask us if we wanted anything to drink , my husband had to track her down for a glass of wine and she didn't even bother to ask me if I wanted something to drink. The food was tasteless both my chicken and my husband's steak were awful. The ambience was a bit loud and tacky. The bartender looked like she should be at a bikers club.
We had a reservation on Father's Day and we did not get seated until 45 minutes later. I was not impressed by the menu options. I thought it was a bit limited and two of the dishes were not cooked properly. The restaurant is very pretty, but I don't think I would go back.
The food was out of this world. The first course was divine. Our table of four had the tostones bruschetta, salads and Serrano ham croquettes. The croquettes were my favorite, mmm they melt in your mouth. For the main course we had churrasco, chicken and salmon, filet or ny strip. I had the salmon with miso glaze, excellently cooked. The veggies were cooked to perfection. The food arrived hot and the service was excellent. My dessert was very good, Dulce de Leche Flan. I was expecting for it to be super sweet, since that is what I have encountered in other places. Not in this restaurant. The flavors were so balanced that I forgot I was eating dessert and should have shared.
I have been to the other restaurants of the group (Lolita and Mad About You) and have always enjoyed the appetizers and entrees. Love is Blind did not disappoint in that regard. My only complain is that I checked the menu that appeared on Open Table and wanted to try an entree there. To my disappointment the menu at the restaurant is completely different. They should update the Open Table menu so others are not misled, although I am sure this is not done intentionally.
Regardless, the food is good, the ambience is nice and you can carry on a conversation as the noise level is reasonable.
My first time here, came for Mother's Day with my mom and grandma. We had a great experience. Our table was ready when we arrived, food was excellent, the service excellent as well. They offered several choices for brunch and each came with a choice of appetizer good sized plates too! I'll definitely return
My sister and I took my mom for her birthday. Our server was great but my mom ordered a burger, they made the order wrong (with bacon which she does not eat pork). The server was very quick in apologizing and putting a new order. However, the kitchen sent the same burger back, minus the bacon. We only knew because there was some of the old cheddar cheese still on the burger with Brie cheese. I can only imagine what else happens in that kitchen!
