Our server Vincent was excellent. He let us casually dine, enjoy our cock5ails, appetizers, and meal at a very relaxed and wonderful pace. Casey, the sommelier, helped us find a perfect wine pairing at a reasonable price-point that was balanced, deep, and delicious. We love dining at Lon’s😍

Went for the Az Restaurant Week menu. The Maitake mushrooms were one of the best bites Ive have in ages. Absolutely delicious. The Norwegian salmon was also very good, with crispy skin. I enjoyed the celeriac pave, and tomato leek relish. A very good dish. The flourless cake / chocolate mouse cake was good but not outstanding. Service was very good. Outstanding value for the price. Also tried the Oink Old Fashioned, which is one of the best old fashions Ive ever tasted. I will return!

We had a wonderful restaurant week offering from Lon’s. We always enjoyed the outdoor seating at this venue and the weather was perfect for enjoying the atmosphere. The wine cellar is extensive with great offerings. We enjoyed a Spanish Albariño. The Miatake Mushroom Tempura was a wonderful start to the meal. Accented with Shisito peppers and drizzled with a miso caramel this appetizer was a perfect start to the dinner. I enjoyed the seared Norwegian salmon. It was well prepared with a crispy skin while still remaining moist and tender. My wife tried the two wash ranch chicken which is served on a Dutch baby pancake with spring onions and a Velouté. She commented that she never orders chicken for dinner but the description enticed her and she was glad she did. It was delicious and unique. Overall a wonderful experience. We had not been there for several years, but we will not wait so long before we return.
