Lombardo's Italian Restaurant
Egg battered, pan seared then simmered in lemon and white wine topped with fresh baby spinach
Fried golden brown and served with marinara sauce
Dinner for Mother’s Day was excellent!
Really enjoy our experience here. The food was amazing!
We had a party of 8. This was just perfect. Great service, each course was perfectly timed. Everyone completely enjoyed all the food. Great place.
Wife’s Birthday and another home run from the kitchen and staff. My entire family enjoyed the entire evening as we always anticipate great food served by an excellent staff. Again they exceeded the high bar we set. Get a reservation and GO.
The experience doesn’t match the prices.
Butter served in plastic individual wrappers.
The meat was not cooked well and made us feel sick afterwards.
Servers did not wear masks at table.
They market themselves as fine dining but it is not a fine dining experience. It is just priced for plates at fine dining establishments.
Not authentic. The pasta is also watery with its sauce.
Amazing food, setting, and service. I come here every time I'm in town
No staff. Couldn’t honor any reservations
One of the best Italian restaurants in Myrtle Beach and great value for the money.
Great bartender. Service was excellent. Will be a regular place for us in the future
Great atmosphere, Amazing food but the service was average.
Enjoying all of theses Open Table restaurants while on vacation in Myrtle Beach.
Excellent service and food. I will back again. Superb
We went for our anniversary and the atmosphere was great. Service was great, we recommend it, you won't be disappointed.
My husband and I had an exceptional time at Lombardo's. It passed all our restaurant requirements...delicious food, plenty of atmosphere and wonderful service!
Best meal we have had in quite a while. Nice ambiance, excellent food, and Cait was a great server. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening. Husband had steak - perfectly cooked. I have seafood trio with lobster risotto underneath. Spectacular.
Food was delicious although we expected larger portions. Don't get me wrong - they weren't small. But we could have easily eaten more. My complaint about the service was how long it took to be approached after sitting down.... as well as the time it took for the bartender to pour wine for us. Wine should be a simple pour. But the bartender was also acting as the server in the bar area. Overall, it was a good experience. I would definitely recommend to others.
Fantastic service and hands down the most delicious Italian food I have ever had besides a little joint called Bamontes in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
Very busy, short of staff. Lovely waitress, but only four servers for the large crowd that was present. No social distancing, but we were lucky to have a back booth that was removed from the bar scene.
We were there on a very busy night and it was obvious that help was short. Our waitress was very pleasant and good at what she does but you could tell she was working overtime to try and keep up with everything and be pleasant with her customers. Food was good but escargot was overcooked salad was good but I think prepared a little ahead of time as it was a tad warm and a little droopy. Bread was good. For an Italian restaurant I feel it was a little overpriced. It is a place I might go back to when COVID is no longer an issue and help is more plentiful. I think food issues may not be a problem as they have gotten very good reviews in the past and it was obvious they were trying very hard to keep up and give everyone a decent experience under the circumstances
We enjoy Lombardo’s, however on Friday they were slammed. Large groups standing in the small bar area waiting to be seated. The wait staff moved quickly but were attentive when taking our order. Our food had some mixed reviews. Escargot just OK. Italian soup was excellent! Chicken piccata was OK. Blue cheese gnocchi were not edible, sent them back. They were hard. It appeared that the blue cheese was put on the gnocchi and then placed under the broiler. The veal ossco was excellent. Parmesan risotto was very nice. The calamari is really tasty also. We will be back
Great atmosphere and delicious food. The lamb special was out of this world. Definitely have one of Dennis’ dirty martinis before dinner. Great wine list, and the tiramisu was out of this world.
Really enjoyed dinner at Lombardo's last week. It was one of the few fine dining options in Myrtle Beach. It offers excellently prepared traditional Italian food. The servers were very attentive and helpful. The restaurant decor and ambience is of an very nice "old fashioned" formal Italian restaurante. Highly recommend and would return next time we are in Myrtle Beach.
Excellent evening-service was slow as the restaurant was crowded and didn’t seem to have the staff to support the activity. We were not in a hurry so in the end it was all good. Food was excellent and dessert was on the house in appreciation for our patience. Overall- excellent!!
We had a 6:30 reservation but we were not seated until after 7:00. Host seemed overwhelmed, there was no way for us to check in when we arrived.
Once seated we had a delightful dinner and our server did a fine job.
Very good experience. Made me feel comfortable with staff wearing masks and cleaning very well after patrons left. The food was delicious and well worth the money. I will definitely return on my next visit.
Dim, relaxing ambiance and very friendly staff. We really enjoyed ourselves and definitely recommend! Delicious food.
We went for our anniversary dinner, we were on vacation. With a reservation we waited 30 minutes to be seated because nobody came to the door, then when they did they didn’t know where to put people. We were put in this tiny room that was completely full... absolutely no covid restrictions?? Then, our waitress came over 15 min later, finally took our drink orders then didn’t even bring our drinks for another 10 minutes, we ordered our dinner and got bread before our drinks got there. The bread was so hard you could barely bite it, the tiny room we were in was SO loud it was not even enjoyable. We got our food, which was completely wrong and my boyfriends meal was awful too. Within 15 minutes of leaving we were both sick as dogs. This place is awful. We asked for our checks when we got our meals because we knew it would take forever. I wouldn’t recommend this to ANYONE, especially someone like us trying to find somewhere nice to go for a vacation dinner. I’d rather wait 2 hours somewhere else. I asked for spaghetti with the sauce and meatballs on the side too... this is what I got?? Bare noodles with meatballs and no sauce? Okay .. no thank you!
Food was amazing! Service was a little slow but they were also very busy. Drinks were really good too. Enjoyed the dinner
Food was super nasty couldn't even enjoy it
Actually went here by mistake...we were thinking of somewhere else. We plan to make this mistake a MUST do next time we’re in town; it was FABULOUS!!! GREAT and luxurious Italian food !
We went to celebrate our 35th anniversary and what a great choice!! Food was made to order and phenomenal- service was exceptional- we will definitely be back!!
Fare was very good with excellent service....will definitely return! We had the calamari appetizer...delish!! I ordered the grouper florentine which was pan fried in lemon white wine sauce....excellent. The steaks were all cooked perfectly and the specials (veal osso bucco) were outstanding.
Reservations were easy. We sat down within minutes of arrival. Staff was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Food was amazing. From the beginning bread to the finished dessert, portions were ample. Could have used more shrimp and scallop on my meal as I was only given two each, that’s my only complaint. Went in with my 3 kids ages 14,12,9 and we all enjoyed it. I wouldn’t say it’s for younger children as it’s relaxing and calm. Price was decent, $160 for us all.
Great food and service. Fabiola was great!
We felt like we were sitting on top of people. The restaurant was very hot until about halfway through our dinner. The taste of the food was good but we seriously thought we had received appetizer portions of our entrees. We ordered chicken Marsala and lobster ravioli. Don’t order them if you are hungry. The atmosphere was otherwise pretty good and a server was great. Ciao is much better.
Last minute dinner plans were a nice surprise. Plenty of options for 3 picky pre-teens, as well as the adults
We intended to sit at the bar, and while friendly the bartender was clearly more interested in talking with the other patrons at the bar. Too bad because we are ex servers and very good tippers. We switched and got a table. Food and service in dining room was very good.
Service and food was great. The fettuccine Alfredo was delicious also had the chicken parmigiana and seafood special. All were delicious and service was great. Will definitely come back.
