Great service and food
I would recommend Lombardi's but probably would not go back simply because of the number of options to eat so close by in Vegas and it was not a "great" experience, it was good. Food was good but the mozzarella "fried" cheese was cold in the center, guess they did not microwave them long enough . The lasagna and gnocchi were very good though. The server, John, disappeared midway thru dinner and when reappeared was too late for a second glass of wine I wanted, their loss and I saved some money. Cheers!
Thank you very much for you feedback, every feedback is good because it makes us better, however, I would like to emphasize that we do not use a microwave to make the fried mozzarella, we make everything fresh in our kitchen. however the cheese is keep cool before frying and maybe we did not keep it long enough in the fryer, I will talk to our chef to increase the time of frying so our guest do not get cold cheese I do apologize for the dad experience but thank you hugely for your feedback.
Lovely food and good atmosphere, wasn’t keen on the photographer offering complimentary photo and then trying to sell you more - the complementary one was on a postcard type background and not worth having! Although she wasn’t pushy and left as soon as we said no thank you! Waiter was fantastic!
Thank you for your feedback
Great experience our server was great! And food , but a little bad experience but was fixed indefinitely.
Thank you for your visit, I'm glad we made things better
Had a great time with the family. Food was great and server was very nice. Thank you.
thank you for your visit
NYE Dining- great service and food. Never felt rushed to turn the table. Relaxing and the noise level was nice - all around great experience
The pasta and risotto was undercooked. The server was great and friendly. The bread was very good. The location was great. The ambiance was nice. Just wish the food was better. The seafood was overcooked.
Thank you for your feedback, I will talk to the chef to put more attention on the cooking time hope to see you again
Very good food! Calamari was superior. Location easy to get to from parking garage too and show theatre directly across
Thank you very much, the calamari is new on our menu, I'm glad you liked it
Food and service was good will recommend this place :)
Scallops in the risotto were nasty old and should not have been served. Pasta was good.
i'm sorry for your bad experience, we will look into it, that the risotto and scallops are done better thank you
Just wanted a quick pasta close to the hotel. We had eaten here before and so knew it fitted the bill. Food and service were good.
thank you, we love having regulars and on the strip is hard to get thank you
We had a great meal, with way more food than we could eat. Definitely a meal with leftovers for the next day.
Experience across the board was ok. We tried to order a Caesar Salad with Steak and that was not possible as a salad. Only as a full entree and you prepare yourself. This did not seem to be an unusual request, but was not possible. If you want a quick, although typically priced meal, this is a decent place before a show at Planet Hollywood.
Thank you for the feedback, I will see that our chef adds a steak option for salads. we hope on your next visit you will be able to have it thank you
I am a Las Vegas local who booked this restaurant in the Miracle Mile shops to eat prior to a concert at the Zappos Theater. I generally avoid the Strip because of the crowds and exorbitant prices. I was so impressed with the quality and taste of the food offerings and wine prices that I am definitely returning! We had the chopped salad (which they split for us) and two excellent entrees. They make their own pasta which was delicious and perfectly done. I recommend the chicken with lemon and capers and my wife enjoyed the special seafood bucatini. We paired it with a bottle of Matua Sauvignon Blanc ($44)! What a great find! Highly recommended.
Thank you very much for your feedback, I honestly we offer a great product and at a great value for the strip thank you again and hope to see you soon
A regular stop for us when we’re in Vegas. Don’t be fooled by the location in a mall. It’s definitely not mall food. Try it and I’m certain you will like it. Service is great, but not overly attentive
Thank you very much
Great service. Great food.
We were looking for a nice place to eat before a concert and we found it. Excellent food and outstanding service.
Mr. Husband wasn't feeling well so the kid and I ditched him in the room and grabbed lunch for two at Lombardi's Romagna Mia. We were seated on their "outdoor" patio (their indoor location at the Miracle Mile shops means the patio exists in the illusory outdoors created by the sky painted ceiling). The kiddo is only 5 and gets a kick out of being "outdoors" this way, so that was fun. We were immediately seated upon our arrival and given menus. We did not receive a children's menu but, fortunately, I had reviewed it online so I knew that a cheese pizza was in the offerings as that's what the child had been promised. For myself, I order the Risotto Capesante which was perfectly prepared from the slightly al dente risotto to the plump scallops. Prices were reasonable for the Vegas Strip and service was great - water kept filled, food came out quickly (they weren't busy), etc. We would definitely visit again if craving Italian while in Vegas.
Thank you very much, we would love to have you in our restaurant again
The portions were very small and no bread for the table? An Italian restaurant that does not provide bread with your meal and portions so small you leave hungry is the antithesis of an Italian restaurant.
I would like to apologize for the no bread experience that's is an absolute no for us, every table should get bread, and yes, some of our dishes are small, but we have lots more that are a big portions, please come see us again, we will make sure you do not leave hungry thank you for your feedback
Great food, excellent service.
Service and food were excellent, my friends enjoyed their cold doggie bags.
Great service and delicious food for a group of 8!
We had a great meal with outstanding service.
We found this restaurant by TripAdvisor, later We also saw that our Hotel recomended Lombardisk too.
It situated in a mall with restaurants, shops and entertainment but the feeling is that you sit under open blue sky.
The food was good and tasty , but they took our åkares away before We all were finnished with the food. They also started to present the dessert before we were finnished.
Great meal and service
Nothing special. The rigatoni was a bit harder than al dente. The bolognese was just OK. Wasn't nuts about the taste. The seafood with alfredo sauce was very fishy tasting & gave my stomach trouble the rest of the evening.
It is a place we always visit when in Vegas. Apparently Halloween at 9pm is an off time. It had the feel of closing time, nothing bad, just slow service, no ambiance, just-OK food prep. A little disappointing, but we will certainly give them another visit. When they're good they're very good.
First time there, dinner before a show we were seeing in Saxe Theater. We sat on the patio, and because it was happy hour, we had benefit of happy hour prices for drinks and selected apps. Both the calamari and buffalo mozzarella were outstanding at reduced prices. Server recommended several dishes as entrees and both were excellent. Perfect meal and perfect location before the show.
Thank you very much
Excellent food, attentive service. Portions were perfect, prices fair. Will be returning again.
Always a great experience. My wife has Celiacs Disease and they can do gluten free as well. Great food and really reasonable prices too. We go to Vegas every couple of months and usually go here at least once each trip.
Poor service, table not properly set, no check on whether we were happy with our meal. 3 out of 4 meals ok, one was returned.
Service was terrific and food outstanding! Only downside is that nits at the back of the miracleile mall, so its a hike unless you just happen to be in the mall. But, it's worth it.
Our waiter was attentive. The focaccia bread was served in 'pizza' form with oil-vinegar and was really good. Great vodka drinks. Great cheesecake. We had chicken piccata and chicken parmesan, both very tasty. The location is inside the Miracle Mile mall in Las Vegas. The ambiance is a little off if you sit in the area in front of the restaurant since it seems as if it is dusk throughout along with a 'sky' ceiling.
We made a reservation and our table was ready for us. Our server was prompt and attentive without being intrusive. The food was outstanding and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Without question we would return
The service was not very good for a restaurant of their advertised caliber. Salad plates were not cleared off the table and when the entree arrived the server had no place (very small table)to set the entree down, my guest and I both had to clear a space for him to place our entree down. He seemed upset at us for not having a cleared the space for him. My salad knife was taken away and I had to request another...I was handed a complete flat wear setting including a napkin at an already crowded table.
The food was anything but exceptional, the veal was tough, the salmon over cooked and dry.
Overall I would not frequent this restaurant again!
It started with our amazing waiter, Alturo introducing himself and the dinner just kept on getting better from there. He answered our questions, he joked with us (not in a way that seems creepy or overly friendly) and he made suggestions.
I've realized that restaurants in Las Vegas do not care if you're celebrating a birthday, anniversary or whatever. No one will comp you a dessert or celebrate with song. So don't bother acknowledging that it's your anniversary or birthday or whatever.
Hidden gem in the Miracle Mile Shops. Great service with a very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Excellent food as always. Disappointing service this visit.
Excellent evening with great food and an awesome waiter, also can't beat the location and people watching
We arrived with the prefix menu deal from our hotel. Had very low expectations and experienced fantastic customer service from the host stand to the server and everyone else we came in contact with turn our dinner. Food was fantastic and the service was even better. Kudos to Doreen our server- loved her.
