We are regulars here - had a great salmon piccata!
Excellent dinner. My husband and I have been going to Lombardi's for years! We love Lombardi's!
We love Lombardi's! Good food, good service and they shake it up with seasonal menu offerings as well.
Diane, the food was fabulous as usual! My granddaughter macaroni was bland though, I told her to order Italian.”, lol. The service was ok nice lady but could have been more attentive n checked in more, the restaurant was not busy at all early Sunday. Tiramisu limoncello a bit too tart for me.
Son’s birthday, we had a good time he love pollo saltimboca!
Portions very small. Service poor. Our server kept referring to my husband as "Boss" and just really unprofessional in his approach. Non attentive, restaurant was almost empty. Water not kept full, had to ask for bread several times. I showed our server of a very large piece of gristle on my steak and he just blew it off.
I loved this restaurant when it was in Issaquah and I'm happy to say it has made the move phenomenally well! The menu is varied and offers options for just about everyone - from pizza to saltibucca - with some yummy appetizers as well. The cheesecake is not made in house, but highly recommended.
While I don't usually gush, it's always exciting when I find something to gush over and that would be our wonderful evening on Saturday 4/13. Our waiter Tyler was most attentive and presented a professional yet personal demeanor. His recommendations were spot on..especially my first ever gin & tonic!. As the evening progressed we saw a little less of Tyler, but not to fear, the tables were filling up & we were so relaxed & enjoying our meal, I hardly took notice. The manager, Jackie, was picking up the slack & stepped in while Tyler hustled to get customers served. He apologized at the end of our stay, but he did so needlessly. We never suffered during this time.
As someone familiar with the operations side of business, Jackie demonstrated such skill at keeping things running smoothly, she was a wonder to watch and I so enjoyed watching the show!
Thank you for this opportunity to give my feedback on the evening, I was chattering about it the whole way home.
As we had in Ballard, I plan to again make Lombardi's our go to for special occasions.
Met friend's for a birthday celebration...our waiter was awesome and fun and laughed with us!
Amazing service and amazing food. Best calamari I've had in a while. Will definitely go back.
It's nice and quiet for lunch, great little place and good food.
Great place for a birthday. Service was awesome. The food came in a timely manner and was oooh so tasty .
The food was very underwhelming. I don’t think I’d go back again.
We had lunch at Lombardi's in Mill Creek with our friends, in celebration of St. Patrick's Day and what a blast. Thanks Lombardi's - you never disappoint!
Steven was our waiter as well as the person who answered the phone. His demeanor on the phone is what brought us in and it continued as we sat down. We ordered sandwiches as lettuce wraps and fries. One of the sandwiches that we ordered they couldn’t put ham on it as it was frozen. Than they were out of fries! The manager apologized as she was no aware of the issue until it came up to us. She took my name and number haven’t heard anything yet but hopeful.
Excellent customer service and a nice place to take someone out to a date or just a husband and wife atmosphere.
Went here for Valentine’s Day for the first time, and was very pleased with the place. It offered great deals and was a high quality place for being a neighborhood kinda restaurant, greatly recommend this place.
I would definitely recommend it; however, this was Valentine's Day - a VERY busy night. There was a large group in the normally separate party room, who were extremely loud, which made it hard for us to hear each other. The food and service were very good as usual.
We went to Lombardi's in Mill Creek for Valentines day! No complains the food was great, our server was very nice , and its a great location!
Food was ok. They charge for breadsticks so didn’t get. Very old n beat up building.
We're a bit confused with this review. First off, we don't offer breadsticks. We serve bread with roasted garlic, which is complimentary when entrees are ordered. Lastly, our building was completely remodeled in 2012.
One of our favorite restaurants! Had a wonderful evening celebrating my birthday. The experience was great all around -- quality of the food, drinks, atmosphere, and especially the service. Lombardi's should be on everyone's list to visit frequently! Well done, as always!
Very good food, excellent service and comfortable atmosphere.
My only negative moment was over a lack of options for a high chair but we used a booster seat and everything was great. Parking can be tight on a weekend evening.
Overall a good experience. Ordered the seasonal roast beef, wasn’t anything special. Booth seat had a lot of sag in it too. Customer service was stellar. I think if the price matched the food and sitting experience a little better I’d feel better about it. Not a bad joint at all tho.
The food was good, although I thought a little pricey. It was a special occasion dinner so was wiling to pay the price, but it won't be a place we visit often on our fixed retirement income.
All in all it’s an average Italian restaurant. The food is good but a bit over priced for the quality. The service is above average but not stellar. Looks like high school kids or your college age folks trying to make a living. The restaurant is dated and in need of a makeover.
Have eaten here many times- must have been an off night. Noise level was very high to start but that’s not the fault of the restaurant. Both the pot roast and the salmon piccata were quite dry and a bit tasteless. Ordered more piccata sauce which didn’t really help. Tasted the pot roast brought home and honestly- no flavor. Our friend ordered the chicken Marsala and loved it. I’ll try that next time.
I was hesitant after reading some of the reviews, but the service and food was quite good. We chose to sit in the bar to take advantage of happy hour, which helped keep the bill somewhat reasonable. It is a bit pricey for Italian food. Profit margins on pasta dishes tends to be high, so as long as they keep the quality of the food and service high they will continue to do well. Compared to their other restaurants the ambience in Mill Creek is minimal at best and I’d hope they will upgrade in the future to a larger dining room and more inviting atmosphere.
The service exceeded expectations.
Excellent holiday/seasonal menu selections.
Particularly the pear salad, scallops with pasta, and bread pudding.
We go out every year for New Year’s Eve and select a different restaurant each time. Lombardi’s has a great ambiance for family or date night and the wine menu is impressive for their yummy menu. The specials were delicious and our large party all were pleased with their selections.
We had a very nice dinner to celebrate an anniversary and the holidays. Our wait staff was very attentive without being overly so. Food and wine was great. Went home with leftovers to enjoy the next day.
The food is pretty good, but it is really load in the restaurant.
I've always enjoyed eating at Lombardi's. I met the owner one afternoon and she understands how to operate and run a high class restaurant. They will continue to be successful.
The only complaint I would have is that the server stopped to watch football at the bar , maybe while waiting for the bartender to serve his requests, but at the expense of our bread and garlic oil taking long to be served. This would not deter me from returning, nor did it make my experience miserable. Food is always good and restarau ts are kept clean.
Not impressed with the food
This was a great opportunity to celebrate my wife's birthday and enjoy the food that the chefs at
Lombardi's prepare. We had a wonderful meal, great service, and great wine as usual! We totally recommend this location to anyone in the area.
Always a great place to visit. The food is a step up from your average Italian place but not super fancy either. Our server, Tyler, was very friendly and accommodating.
Food was good, host needs to be little more friendly our server was great, friendly and got our orders right. Parking was also great. I would recommend this place for families.
Pasta was just about warm, but otherwise everything was fine.
The food wasn't very tasty. I ordered the Bolognese and I have had much better at chain restaurants. Both steaks that we ordered were overcooked. The pizza we ordered was cold to touch. The waitress did try to make good on the pizza by giving us a discount but overall I wouldn't return.
Good food- salmon piccata- husband had the chicken w prosciutto dish and loved it. Service was excellent. Waiter got all the requests right with just the right amount of attention.
