I was not expecting a lot when I first looked at the menu they had during covid because I didn’t see much sushi or raw japanese dishes. I came for a birthday and we love Japanese food so we were unsure if we would enjoy the food. However, the food turned out delicious. We ordered their sashimi...
I don't know why it took me so long to try this restaurant. The food was just delicious and the service was some of the best we have had in NYC. From the waitress to the bus boys to the manager coming over towards the end, everyone did something to ensure our dinner was perfect. They are working...
I’ve been here about a dozen times, and I’ve never left hungry or disappointed in any way. The meat is exceptional quality, and there are value options along with the opportunity to splurge. The service is always, always excellent. On a side note, the Japanese toilets are a nice touch.
We ate outdoors - very nice set-up. Heat lamps gave off just the right amount of warmth. We had the prix fixe lunch and the choices were excellent. I had the gnocchi starter, the salmon entree, and the ice cream for dessert. Food was absolutely delicious.

After a long time, I had Omakase in door dining. Not only yakitori but also appetizers and oyakodon were very delicious. What impressed me was the thorough measures against corona in door dining. Partitions were firmly applied between the chefs and customers, windows were opened to take in clean...
We have always loved Khe Yo and have eaten there regularly since the day they opened (always for dinner). Went for lunch in COVID to meet friends. Had to be honest, a bit less perfect than usual (pho noodles came a bit clumpy) but PLEASE EAT HERE! The food is always interesting, and great...
We dined outside in late November during covid and were perfectly comfortable sitting close to the heat lamps. It was one of the best covid dining experiences. Tables were spaced appropriately, servers were respectful and kept their distance, and temperatures were taken before sitting down. I...
