We had an amazing dinner! The food was delicious and approachable. Most of the offerings were new and fresh takes on old favorites - sopes, tacos, ceviche and more. Certainly not an inexpensive meal but a great value for the overall experience.

Delicious food served inside outdoor cabanas with excellent heating. I particularly enjoyed the brussels sprouts, the sunchokes, and the brown butter parsnip cake dessert, though everything was tasty.

We got the tasting menu for $65 per person, best value! Each dish unique and with many layers that complimented each other in the dish - 8 different plates that each stood on its own!

very disappointed that Open Table did not provide points for this reservation. Had you not surprised me post meal, i would have booked directly with restaurant. That was sneaky of Open Table. It is the second time this has happened to me. Despite that, Al's place is great!

Great tableside service

Came here for a birthday celebration for a friend. Service was pretty slow and there weren’t many vegetarian options on the menu. Overall, the food and drinks we ordered were good but maybe not quite worth the price. Would still come back for brunch because I heard it’s good though.

It was my wife’s 58th birthday and we enjoyed sitting with Andrew at the bar greatly even though we had a table reservation.

Absinthe always delivers. The food is thoughtful and scrumptious, the ambiance delightful ( even the parklet is lovely) and the service is perfect and friendly. Martine is the ultimate professional.

The food was interesting/intriguing, certainly more suited to a tasting menu. The wine pairings were also good, but heavily weighted to whites; I would have enjoyed tasting 2 or 3 more reds. The service could not have been better.

Every time I come to SF going to Delfina’s is on my list. Amazing food and services. There is always something new on the menu along with my favorites. Great wine list and the servers really know their stuff. Ask them and they can suggest the perfect wine for you.

I was there to see an old friend, Renee Lubin-Holmes, sing. She is spectacular. The venue is very good for small ensemble music. Food and drink are very good, as well, if a touch pricy.

Food & service are really good. But $30 for pasta dish seems too high to us. Despite the cost, it is a very pleasant dining experience in a casual, neighborhood setting.

The food was amazing and the service attentive. I can’t really comment on noise level. The restaurant had lots of cancelled reservations due to the coronavirus scare, so it was almost empty. The bread was perfect, by the way. All dishes seemed simple, but the flavors were perfect together.

I will miss this place so much! Great food, friendly service, and totally reasonable prices. An asset to the neighborhood that will be missed after they close. I can only hope they reopen elsewhere!

Really lovely restaurant with interesting (without being too fussy) and delicious food. One particular dish was the bone marrow, recommend it if it’s on the menu!

Great service. Great drinks and, of course, great dishes well prepared. Must try crispy broccoli and chicken pate appetizers. Their old-fashioned chicken and mashed potatoes with gravy may not be diet conscious, but sometimes a plate of comfy food is what you need.

The food was absolutely incredible. I didn’t taste one bad thing. The service was amazing as well. I made a reservation ahead of time and they sat us by an open door that was windy and 45 degrees.
