We were there relatively early and got a quiet seat in the back so the noise level was fine. The service and the food were very good. I'd like it if they brought back their pork taco. It was delicious. It would be nice to have more choice of main dishes.

Appetizers (calamari and guacamole) were both excellent. Main courses from both the Italian menu and from the Mexican menu were also very good. It’s an odd combination but it works. Only disappointment is that they didn’t have coffee to serve with the desserts.

The staff is so pleasant and the ambience, despite being on the sidewalk, has its charm. Tables are well isolated, with lighting and heat lamp as needed. Food was ok but it didn't matter- everything else was so enjoyable.

I had two waiters. Assuming one was training. They were both GREAT! All around excellent customer service. one of my favorite places in the city!

They are still on a limited menu due to the pandemic, but what they had as choices were delicious and perfectly executed. Service was short handed but still attentive and caring.

The third floor of this location is my favorite spot in NY for dining. Indoor dining with an outdoor ambience. Soaring ceilings and massive (open) windows. And, of course, the wonderful menu and service that you would expect at all Serafina locations.
