Fantastic food, friendly staff and phenomenal cocktails - overall a great experience, especially during COVID19 when things can sometimes be a bit off with social distancing and other precautions. Our experience 10/10
We’re new to the area and have walked by the restaurant several times; I finally made us reservations fir dinner and we were in awe the moment we walked in.
Our waiter was very enthusiastic about explaining all of the menu items to us and recommended some of his favorites. (We told him it was our...
As always, the food was wonderful. The squash soup was delicious and presentation was very nice. Talked ourselves into desert and it was well worth it. We ate inside and had lots of room to ourselves.
My girlfriend and I had dinner here to celebrate my 33rd birthday. We tried most of everything on the menu. I say most, because we got quite full. Everything was delicious! Highlights for us was the ajvar, stuffed cabbage, stuffed pepper, and the goulash! For me the plum rakia was the icing on the...
Surprised with the quality after walking into this speak-easy like bar scene. Great tunes, unique dishes, very fresh and tasty. My only complaint is the kale salad was more like a rice bowl than salad- very little kale and way too much rice.
We’ve been here a few time and it never disappoints if you are looking for classic French cuisine, look no further. Also, we need to look for places who offer a gluten free menu because of an allergy and not only is their menu very gluten free friendly, but the staff was very knowledgeable. Can’t...
I am honestly heartbroken that I do not love in D.C. to visit this restaurant more frequently. That’s how impressed we were! The staff, the food, the service, the atmosphere and the value. We came here for the Thanksgiving dinner meal and we were not disappointed. What a wonderful experience. Thank...
Beautiful venue with outstanding service and food. Only issue was strong odors from adjacent table where waiter was burning Rosemary fir some dish. Odors were quite objectionable to us but fortunately dissipated in about 5-10 minutes.
I enjoyed Bourbon Steak. Great restaurant with good food. My critique is that both my date and I's steaks were overcooked... which was unfortunate as they were not cheap. Still tasty though, but was disappointed there.
Thanksgiving dinner at the old ebbitt was perfect. Exactly what we were looking for while away from home but wanting to enjoy a traditional thanksgiving meal. Turkey was juicy and flavorful. Stuffing, mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes were just right. Topped off with apple pie and we were...
We really enjoyed our dinner at Equinox. The cocktails were outstanding, the menu was diverse and included vegetarian options which we appreciated since we were a diverse set of diners. My only regret is not having room to order a dessert. Next time...
The food was amazing! We had the mini raviolis, the ribeye, and an order of mussels and couldn’t have been happier. You would be hard pressed to find something better than soaking their bread in the mussel broth... so good!!! Will definitely be back.
