The extensive full-scale renovation highlights the addition of a 16-seat bar and chef's counter looking into the open kitchen. Lolita seats 45 guests with additional outdoor sidewalk seating in the warmer months. Reservations are accepted every day for lunch and dinner, while seating at the bar and chef’s counter is on a first come, first served basis. We have a full liquor license and accept all major credit cards.
I hadnt been to Lolita in a while. It was as excellent as I remembered. Exquiste food , excellent classic margaritas. Need to go more often !
The restaurant itself was in a long narrow building so the tables were basically touching and it was very warm inside- but that was the only downside. The guacamole was authentic and delicious and a hearty portion for 2. We sat at the bar and service was attentive, margaritas were delicious- only topshelf liquors on the wall. Octopus was very good and the Mahi tacos were fresh with a little slaw and chipotle aioli. It was cool sitting at the bar watching the food being cooked. Fun date night place. Prices were reasonable as well.
Our entrees and margaritas were very good. Just wish it wasn’t so warm in there.
Great food and great experience. This is super nit picky and not a big problem but it’s so dark in there literally had to use my phone to read the menu.
The margaritas and crispy fish tacos were delicious! The queso was greasy and heavy and I will skip it next time. I enjoyed the low lighting and open kitchen and the service was good. I will return.
Everything was stunning! BRAVO on exquisite food. The various types of chips, including plantains, were delightful. Will be back often
Good food, service, and value. Meatballs are fantastic, guacamole great as well
First time at this great restaurant, loved the menu selections, and service. The blood orange tequila was a hit!
Went for restaurant week lunch menu and got the veggie burrito (only vegetarian option for the main course) and it was fine. I don't have any big complaints, it just wasn't great. I've been for regular meals before and really love their seasonings and techniques to add a lot of flavor, this option just didn't get the treatment. It tasted very similar to a burrito from Chiptole. Other than that, it was a fine meal.
The potions were small and everyone had to get the restaurant week menu or none at all. Also I food a hair in my food
It was fantastic. Not as overpriced for the amount of food we received
The food was ok. We really liked their carnitas tacos and their dessert, other than that the food was nothing to rave about. They did create a cozy ambience, which we liked and the waiter was friendly. I forced myself to eat the entree because I'm not one to make a scene, but my steak was burnt and it distracted from the joy of everything. I do say, give it a try because you might enjoy their meals. They have a lot of other options too, like vegetarian and some items that can be turned vegan. Their drinks were very tasty as well.
Delicious food and great service
Restaurant week with my girlfriend $20 lunch deal was bomb. Everything was delicious, would reccommend the pork tacos and the filet tip tacos and the chicken tostados and the tres leches. Would come back especially for a happy hour.
I and my girlfriend enjoyed the food.
The place was very busy but we got served very quickly and the food was delicious.
My wife and I enjoyed a pre-theater dinner at Lolita. It was our first time there and we were surprised at how small the place was. Even with the small size, it was really very comfortable. The service and food were both very good. Since the plates looked like they were rather large, we opted to split a main course. We started with the mango guacamole, which was served with plantain chips in addition to "regular" chips. That was a great start and it was fantastic! We split the chicken enchaladas for our main course and there was more than enough food - it too was fabulous. Highly recommended!
Most disappointing of all the restaurants we tried during restaurant week. We left very hungry. Portions are very tiny. No value whatsoever.
Fun ambience, great service, tasty cocktails and delicious food.
Absolutely wonderful service and the best guacamole I have ever had! Great food and ambiance too.
We got there earlier than expected and they seated us immediately. Service and food were outstanding. Will definitely recommend this restaurant and go there again.
I had a reservation for dinner for 2 on a Saturday night. Service was friendly; it's not a large menu, but they are very knowledgeable and proud of what they serve. Extremely fresh food with large portions. A bit pricey but good value. Perfect for a nice dinner!
Unusual to be able to carry on a conversation over dinner without having to shout or try to filter the shouts of other diners. Enjoyed the food and attentive service.
We met a friend for lunch and margaritas. Fun already. I loved my strawberry basil margarita and fantastic street corn. I also was glad I’d ordered the chicken tacos. My husband’s burrito came with the most amazing tomatillo sauce ever. We had tres leches cake , our friend had blood orange sorbet. Can’t wait to go back. (Our reservation was at 1:30 pm on Sat. —much quieter than usual)
Food and service were great. Environment was nice. I’m vegan and they had an option for me. Margaritas and guacamole were great.
I've have been to Lolita several times. The food was phenomenal each time and service is always outstanding. This time I brought girlfriends from out of town for a Saturday dinner and one friend had a gluten sensitivity. There was so much to choose from on the menu. The place is always packed and loud but it has a way of providing a private experience for each table as we couldn't hear the conversations around us. Once again Lolita did not disappoint!
Really delicious food and the service was good but I had told the restaurant when making the reservations that it was my friend's birthday and asked if they would help celebrate. When we got there I also informed the waiter, but he did not even so much as say a happy birthday. Not a huge complaint, but the tables were also extremely close to each other, so I could not even get up to go to the bathroom without having two other tables of people stop their meals and let me out. It was rather uncomfortable. Would not recommend for any special occasions, but good as a simple meal out.
Took our friend from out town here and he loved it just as much as we always do.
Always a delicious meal with great service.
The staff was extremely accommodating even though the place was packed!
It's a great place for dinner. I go there often. The food is delicious
Tables are very close together. Feel like your on top of the people dining next to you
Amazing food! We had the guacamole, tacos, and house margaritas which were all very good. The restaurant was pretty tight so the tables were very close
Wonderful, trendy, quaint restuarant. Perfect for a date or just chilling at the bar. Offered vegetarian options which were ridiculously tasty and convenient since this was a first date and didn't know my date was a vegetarian. Excellent service and staff!!
Lolita is always delicious! Since it’s a small restaurant the noise level is usually a little loud. My only complaint was that our food came out way too quickly. We were just getting started on our guacamole when the entrees came out. Food was incredible and service was good.
Their guacamole is amazing and you get a tasty mixture of chips with it. Overall a great restaurant of you are craving Mexican.
Enjoyed a great meal, the bacon guacamole was wonderful. Enjoyed the Fish tacos as well. Service was great!
Every morsel of food was fresh, cooked & prepared perfectly, and the margaritas were actually real, fresh margaritas! Even with an event going on, to pull this off is a stellar achievement. Thank you Lolita!!!
Took the train in from the burbs and met with friends from across the bridge. We celebrated two birthdays with great food, great margaritas, great conversation, and great friends.
The food was great, but the table next to us was a bit too close.
