About Lola's on Harrison
Opened in 2007, it remains a bastion of contemporary, American, upscale comfort food. Recently, the restaurant was taken over by Chef Bob Mignola, whose resume includes Smith & Wollensky in Miami Beach and The Post House in Manhattan. Mignola has worked with renowned Chef's David Burke, Bobby Flay & Michelle Bernstein. Mignola is breathing new life into this already outstanding dining establishment.
From the extraordinary boutique wine list, the seemingly endless selection of craft beers, an imaginative and alluring cocktail menu, to the offerings of artfully prepared cuisine, no step has been missed in selecting and preparing the finest and freshest of ingredients. Mignola will be showing off his culinary talents by introducing specials to compliment Lola's favorite selections such as the Coca Cola® Short Ribs and the Crab Cakes, which remain on the menu.

Lola's on Harrison Ratings and Reviews
Wanted a nice setting and good food. Lola’s did not disappoint. The food was perfection. Salmon was much better than what you normally find for the same price. Sides of curry cauliflower and spinach were cooked just right and not over seasoned. Great value and service, too!
This is my favorite restaurant when we travel from the Boston area to Florida. We have enjoyed many meals there with other family members. There’s always something for everyone. I love their cosmopolitans which always starts off the evening in a good way. Truffle French fries also excellent.
Slow service. Virgin mojito - charged me same price as one with run ($10!). Used to love their Coca cola ribs. Used to be served on creamed corn and topped with huge, crispy onion rings. Now, 3 sad rubs on a plate for $28 with NOTHING. I complained to the owner, she asked me if I’d like some creamed corn and then charged me for them. Salad dressing was heavy and cloying. A friend’s supposedly spicy shrimp salad was a anything but and was deep fried. Yuck!
We selected this restaurant based on reviews and it lived up to them. My party of 4 enjoyed all their dishes and the service was extremely good. The shrimp tacos were among the best I have had and I can't say enough good things about the truffle fries. The branzino was excellent as well. If I find myself in Hollywood, FL again, I will definitely return.
We visit Florida annually, and have been coming back to Lola’s every year. This time, it was for my birthday dinner. The food and drink as always were delightful. The evening began well. But when my husband’s salmon entree was brought to the table at the same time our daughter was served her soup appetizer - and our cheese plate was forgotten - we should have realized things were not right at Lola’s thst night. The staff had been alerted that it was my birthday, and my husband was expecting a dessert with a candle to appear - as he had requested. (And, to which request the waitress had responded, “Don’t worry. I’ve got it covered.”) So of course he counseled me not to order dessert myself. But - whatever she’d had covered, it was not my birthday. No dessert appeared. No candle, nothing. Just the bill. My husband turned to the waitress and asked the inevitable question, whispering in hopes I might still be surprised. And she answered, loudly, “When you didn’t order dessert, I figured you’d chamged your mind. We don’t make birthday cakes here.” Huh?
We decided to go to this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary and my birthday and it was perfect. The food was delicious, my husband ordered the pork chops and they were cooked perfectly. I ordered the salmon and it's the best I've ever had. Our server Julie was fantastic and she made the best drinks ever. The dessert "limoncello cheesecake" was delish and the right portion. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this restaurant.
My gf and I make it a regular visit to Lola's cause the food, ambiance, drinks, etc. are the best every time we've been there..that's why we try and dine there at least once or twice a month...worth the trip and just off Hollywood Blvd on quaint Harrison St..with free parking in the rear!...we love Lola's!
First time here and it didn't disappoint. Treated friends to dinner and they thoroughly enjoyed the experience. BBQ ribs were outstanding and paired well with wine recommendation by staff. Highly recommend for a quiet dinner with very good food and opportunity to converse without need to fight background noise. Nice dinner experience.
Excellent restaurant. It's a 40 minute drive for us but well worth the drive. Great ambiance, good service but above all the food was excellent. All the many positive reviews on the food of this place are not exaggerated. We have the crab cake and salmon tartar as appetizer. Both were superb, especially the crab cake. Main course was filet mignon for my wife which was cooked to perfection. I had the best pork chop ever with the bone in chop off the menu. Highly recommend this place
