Been to Lola many times. The food is always good. Reservations are necessary since they fill up pretty quickly.
We had a wonderful birthday breakfast at Lola! My latte was pitch-perfect, the scramble was velvety, and the smashed potatoes are totally indulgent. Birthday donuts were an amazing end to the meal!
Didn't realize it was restaurant week, but grateful for the event. Very good value for a fantastic meal.
Great service and a nice varied menu with small and large plate options.
Amazing service!! Great martinis 🍸
Amazing Eggs Benedict, excellent service! This is my go to breakfast spot. The menu is fresh, the food is creative yet substantial. Always great.
The menu is interesting and the food well prepared, but the value is somewhat deficient. Portions could have been more balanced for the price.
What a delightful experience dining at Lola with my friends was! Looking forward to next time!
Incredible food and service. Great atmosphere as well. We will definitely be coming back for many years!
Food was excellent! Service was slow. When I make a reservation I expect to be seated at that time not 20 minutes later. Lola needs to work on managing their table availability.
Food was amazing service is excellent the value of the money is worth it
I’ll definitely come back again next visit to Seattle
Have a great meal at Lola. It's centrally located. Food is Mediterranean-based, but with a creative take. Both small plates and traditional entrees. Fine wine list with several excellent Greek wines. I did point out that the dessert wine list is missing a representative from Samos--my personal favorite (and I'm not alone), but the Mavrodaphne was just fine. Nice atmosphere and the noise level supported easy conversation. Service was exceptional--very friendly and efficient. I look forward to going back (and I'll be checking the dessert wines!!)
This was the first time the 3 people had ever been to Lola and they did not disappoint. The food and service were great and they all said they would visit again.
This wasn’t one of my absolute favorite meals I had in Seattle. Food was great and so was the service. Highly recommend
Amazing food, excellent service. Would highly recommend. One of the best all around meals I have had in a while and a reasonable price.
Dining at Lola was lovely. Though it was a bit loud from a boisterous table next to use, my friend and I had a great time. Our server, Cassie was knowledgable, kind, made great recommendations, and always appeared whenever we need anything. All the food we tried was fabulous. I will definitely be returning.
Fantastic food, ambience, and great for a group of 6!
I will definitely go back again. The spreads, veggies, and kebabs were all delicious. Definitely get the donuts too!!
Been dining at Lola many times over the years. Food is always A+ but service has really gone downhill. The woman who showed us to our table didn't know whether she could transfer our bar tab (?). Our server quickly took our order and we received our appetizer and meals within minutes of each other after we'd only been seated for 10 minutes, at best. My companion asked, "Are you trying to get rid of us?" No response. Our wine glasses sat empty for quite a while before our server eventually returned asking if we wanted anything else to which we pointed to our empty glasses. However when we finally signaled we would like our check - inclusive of the 20% service charge, mind you - she was jack-rabbit fast. I always tip 20% and always have unless service is poor, which is rarely the case. One has to wonder if the nonchalant attitude comes along with the knowledge the staff receives 20% regardless. And noise is always a problem here. Pity because the food is so good.
Lola is always a joy. The wait staff are patient and knowledgeable. When confronted with our admittedly difficult request (we need vegan AND gluten-free) the server showed what worked by default and what could work with modifications. The food was flavorful and perfectly seasoned.
Always a great time at Lola try and go everyone I visit Seattle on business
Lola is one of my favorite lunch spots. It gets really busy, so make sure you make a reservation or get there outside of core lunch hours. The food is fantastic!
Everything was amazing! The food, drinks, and most importantly the service. Highly recommend!
Great breakfast for a perfect Sunday morning
I was recommended to go here for breakfast and dinner from co works and it was excellent. Staffing and service was 5 Stars.
We arrived to Lola’s with high expectations, given the high praise from friends, and left happier than we could imagine. The food was amazing. The lamb ravioli reports to be perfection. The grilled octopus was tender and melted in my mouth. The pita tray (get the 6 hummus package) came with fresh warm pita and six generous and tasty hummus options. Watching the faces at other tables I could see that others were equally satisfied. Lola’s is known for there fresh donuts and I watched many tables enjoying these tasty treats. I have to admit I am eating my way through all of Tom Douglas’s restaurants and I find myself asking for their triple coconut cream pie (an amazing slice of heaven shared with friends and a nice americano)
Take time to enjoy a meal and leave happy and full!!
Love the food, service, booths, atmosphere, welcoming vibe. True pros, but managed in a low key, laid back way. Thanks for Lola!
We went for brunch on Saturday, the waitress who brought the donuts spilled sugar on the table and took folk with her when she clean up and forgot to bring another one back and the pancake was disappointment.
Incredible brunch!! Ordered the donuts and Eggs Benedict after reading the reviews. Absolutely delicious. The staff was also incredibly welcoming and friendly. I’ll be surprised if this doesn’t wind up being my favorite meal while visiting Seattle.
Excellent food and service! I love Lola’s dishes! Always a wonderful experience. Will definitely return. Lola is my favorite restaurant in Seattle:-)
Food was amazing, as always! Tzatziki is divine, as are the grape leaves and salmon kebabs. Only drawback is that things take a while - we were there on a Wednesday night and it was relatively quiet but we still waited a long time for our food.
Lola Is a very lovely, lively place to have an interesting meal. My favorite is breakfast, usually served until 1 p.m. I don't know of anywhere else where eggs are as well prepared - creamy and cooked to your specifications. The lunch choices are unique, and the atmosphere is busy and cheerful. I have always found the service to be thoughtful and attentive. All around, one of my favorite places for a business lunch or a gathering of friends. Love it!
i love tom's special breakfast. its a refreshing take on a breakfast meal
This is great tarditional bistro type of restaurant with great Greek food.
Dessert was great and had so many choices! But salmon entree was too dry, so dry that we couldn't eat it anymore..
Server was awesome and the chef made up something very special for my wife who is gluten intolerant.
Fabulous! Innovative middle eastern cuisine.
Lola never fail. My husband and I Love this place
Nice food and service. Also a fairly quiet place when we were there.
The service and the food were both exceptional. Wonderful spot for a date night or a family dinner. Works for vegetarian and low carb/keto diners. Highly recommend!
Just spent 3 nights in Seattle. Of the 3 meals we had Lola was by far the most expensive (triple the price of anywhere else), and our worst meal. They'd even taken off the price of the dessert as it was my birthday, and it would have been worse without that. It's not bad - it was quite tasty, but for what you get, it's very poor value for money. The other two meals we had were $65 for 2 (with liquor) and were exceptional vs. $178 for two at Lola (minus that dessert) but including liquor. Total rip-off.
I also have a real problem with restaurants that add a 20% tip. If you're going to pay your servers a living wage, do it - but don't call it a tip. The service was good, not exceptional. I would probably have tipped 16% for what I got. I find it very insulting that a restaurant "assumes" that I'll get service that warrants 20%, and mad as hell if I don't get it, which I didn't.
