About Logan Inn

Logan Inn, located in beautiful New Hope, was established as an inn in 1727. Logan Inn is the oldest continuously run inn in Bucks County and one of the five oldest in the United States. An intimate luxury inn, Logan Inn has sixteen spacious guest rooms, each completely renovated in 2016.

Dining is available in the lovely Colonial glass enclosed porches or in the cozy Fireside Room. In season, al fresco dining on the tented patio offers a wonderful spot for people watching, New Hope style. Stepping into the tavern, located in the oldest section of the building, is truly stepping back into time. The tavern remains open late and selections from the menu are available there. This careful blending of the old and the new has made Logan Inn one place where “the best of yesterday and today mingle beautifully.”

Food was Great! It's too noisy due to the bar and patrons carrying on. We didn't dine late and it was more of a bar scene.

We had a great pre Buck County Playhouse theater meal at the Logan Inn on a Saturday night. Our server was terrific and the food was very tasty. Nice wine list as well. If you want a quiet table, ask for one on the outside -- the central and bar area can be rather noisy.

Nice fire going, comfy dining room. Lamb chops were shoulder not rib, not as good. Chicken was delicious. Volcano cake too dry with little lava.

A very delightful dinner at the Logan Inn . Our meals were cooked to perfection. I had the salmon and my husband ordered the branzino . The rice and the vegetables were perfect compliments.
We will definitely return to this enjoyable restaurant.

Stayed at the Inn over night. Had an early dinner there. Ordered oysters and an arugula salad. The salad was described as having pears, nuts and dried cranberries. Perhaps a 1/10 of a pear diced into pieces so small that I could not discern what I was eating. Ditto the two nuts and 4 cranberries. I ate a small portion of the greens (not sure they were arugula either). At least the waitress removed the charge from the bill.

Continental breakfast offered in the lobby. No OJ. No place to sit other than on the sofa and occasional chairs in the lobby; not conducive to eating at all. No place to put the dirty dishes.

Oh, and, btw, when we returned from the theater, the front door was locked. Fortunately, a guest heard us knocking and let us in. The manager walked away from me when I complained.

Nope, won't be returning.

I was there for Sunday brunch. I restaurant was very crowded and busy.
We were seated outside, on the rocks, the server was great, but the food delivery was very slow. Although we did not complain, the server apologized for the slow food delivery. He was very good.
When the bill came, the restaurant comped our drinks to compensate for the slow service.
They really tried to make it right.
Classy establishment.
The only negative is the parking fee of $10 for those using the restaurant. Really not a good idea.

We are from out of town and one of the first things we noticed was our waiter was on the ball, very attentive. The food was delicious and the price point was excellent for the amount of food provided. We will certainly go back if we are in town.

We enjoyed our lunch. I recommend that you replace the chalkboards and chalk with crayons. By the time we left, there was chalk dust everywhere!

Sat on the outside patio on a beautiful fall evening. Heaters outside made it extra comfy. Food was delicious! Tried everything from appetizers, to main course and dessert. There was also live music that was very entertaining.

This was my first visit to Logan's Inn, though I have been to New Hope many times before. My experience was an excellent one and would be a restaurant I would highly recommend.

Sat outside which was nice setting. Ordered crab cakes which had no flavor at all. Very bland, and crab had no taste. My friends enjoyed their food, so avoid crab cakes.

The food and service where wonderful. Me and my husband ate on the patio. We had reservation for 3:45pm and we got there early and they sat us by 3:20pm. The food didn't take long to come out and the service and staff were great and friendly. We ate here before we were going to the Rocky Horror Picture Show and the Playhouse. They allowed us to keep the car there until after the show. I had the prime rib which was cook perfectly and was delicious, my husband had the crab cake which was also delicious. We will definitely eat there again.

My girlfriends and I came for Sunday brunch, we had a really nice experience. It felt fancy without being stuffy. We got to sit outside which was beautiful but got a little noisy with cars/motorcycles on the street. I thought the food was a bit overpriced for what we ordered but it was delicious as were the cocktails. Plus it was a nice occasion out with friends so it wasn't that big of a deal. Our waitress (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) was attentive and accommodating. We would definitely go back.

Service started out OK. We had to ask about dinner specials. Food was very prompt and good. The wild boar ribs are almost a dinner portion for an appetizer. Service dropped off later getting dessert and paying the tab.

first time here - our new favorite! Chef is inventive, food excellent. Oysters awesome!
Loved dining outside, perfect pre-thater for us. WE had Flat iron steak, perfectly cooked to our liking. Also Ahi tuna, great sides!

We went on a Saturday night when they had live music and sat out on the patio as the weather was very nice outside. The staff was friendly, but very slow. Food was so-so; for the price, you'd expect better food. The crab cakes tasted fishy, the waiter knew nothing about the oysters when we inquired, and we could tell the Ahi tuna wasn't exactly fresh caught. We're a bit food snobbish, but honestly, you're paying for location and ambiance. Their dishes are a good enough balance of imaginative and everyday favorites, it's the quality of the ingredients and the lack of training for the waitstaff that have us not eager to go back.

I took my mother for lunch prior to a show at the Bucks County Playhouse. The food was quite good, although my wine was a bit overpriced. Outdoor seating was pleasant on a sunny afternoon. It was very busy, on a Saturday, but service was fine.
