   We had a wonderful dinner experience! Cielos has a creative and interesting menu - not overwhelming with a nice variety of choices. A unique menu of craft cocktails including a Sonorla Martini a and a nice wine selection. I'm a purist when it comes to martinis but tried it and it was amazing! Ben brought us bread with olive oil and balsamic to stat and we shared 3 dishes and all came out on separate plates for us! Nice touch! We totally enjoyed their twist on Caesar Salad, the Lamb Chop appetizer and the Pan-seared Scallops. The service was perfect - attentive but not hovering and very friendly. We were there for my birthday and Ben offered us the choice of a dessert on the house! We aren't dessert people but enjoyed their take on a lemon bar dessert with berries that was not overly sweet - just right! We will be back when we return to Tucson!

   We enjoyed the lovely courtyard for dinner. Although the dinner menu is not extensive, what is prepared is amazingly delicious. I completely recommend!

   Started with margaritas at the bar while we waiting for our table, the Mother’s Day buffet was amazing, ended up with coffee and pan dulce. The place is beautiful and service great!

    we love this restaurant for breakfast as guests of the hotel, but dinner has repeatedly been a challenge. reservations thru here were outdoors for 9 for birthdays, when we arrived we were set up inside, so had to wait for transfer. after 7 hrs of driving, we were very tired and hungry, but had to wait after ordering, over an hour for food. one childs food did not arrive, had to order again. one salad was 3 pieces of small romaine leaves and barely any dressing for 15$ (had to order more food). no silverware until after food was served. "award winning margarita" was a mix and not drinkable. overall, the food tasted great but for the value of entrees, i would easily say the cost outweighed the experience by far/no compensation for any issues. we were sharing our favorite hotels with our friends, and dinner was a challenging di$aster. they were not fully booked or overly busy. the kids menu is great, the whole reason we thought it would be okay. similar to a previous experience. a let down.

    If you need a special dietary restriction, tell them, even if you don't think it's necessary. They are VERY good about modifying their food. On this occasion, however, I didn't say anything, because the Chef Board didn't mention anything on the menu I couldn't eat (cheese). When it came, though, 1/3 of the board was cheese. I didn't say anything. It was my fault for not mentioning cheese, but the menu didn't mention cheese either. I know they would have fixed it. There was plenty of food anyway. I took the cheese home for someone else. This was our second time there and we will be going back.

    We were welcoming friends to TUS with this luncheon. Service was fine but our meals took a long time to arrive. So, probably there was something not going smoothly in the kitchen? For a nice restaurant like yours, serving the general public and clientele of this longstanding lodging in the community - the unseemly handwritten sign at the podium needs to be GONE! It looks very unprofessional.

    We had a nice outdoor table for six of us on Easter. The waitress was attentive, the setting was beautiful and the food was good. I would like to try it again when it is not a buffet.

    Easter brunch this year was such a bummer after we had a great experience last year. Not sure if staff changed or what but wow it was really underwhelming. Last year was fabulous. $170 for dried out eggs, childish desserts, and mediocre main course. Really bummed. The property is still beautiful and charming Tucson.

    Always a real Tucson treat to take visitors and meet with friends! Waitstaff always checks for dietary restrictions or special. As former Seattle guy the Salmon was cooked perfectly.

    We both had great meals. Hubby had the chicken, and I had the scallops. We are both lactose intolerant, and the wait staff and the kitchen were extremely accommodating. It felt a little pricey, but we both agreed that we would go there again.

    At first we thought we didn’t have a waiter, but then we got used to having different servers bring us our food! The salmon was pretty good, but the kale with heirloom carrots and parsnips was outstanding! My husband’s pasta was ok and the chicken on top was dry - which they took off our bill! Way to go Cielo’s!

    It was a simple buffet that is for the guests who are staying at the lodge. No menu just eggs, bacon. Yogurt, fruit and waffles for $20. Never again.

We have been offering a Breakfast Buffet for 5 plus years, never with a menu. Our Buffet is Fresh daily with Eggs, Proteins, Oatmeal, Potatoes, Toast, Bagels, Cream Cheese, Pancakes, or our Fan Favorite Bourbon French Toast.     First time to Cielos. Definitely won’t be my last. Started booking a party of 6. Added twice more for a party of 10. They were gracious. Service was excellent for our large group. Really appreciated this on a busy Friday evening

    The ambiance was, as always, outstanding. The food was at best average. I had the steak and could only eat half of it because of the amount of fat. My wife's salmon was ok, but not of the caliber you would expect form these prices. The restaurant also was catering a party from the University of Arizona and were short of wait staff. However, the waitress warned us and considering she was very busy did an outstanding job. Generally, we like to celebrate special occasions at Cielos' but may have a problem if they can't bring the quality and sections in line with the prices. Once again, the wait staff was great under the circumstances.

    Good was great and cooked to perfection. Drinks were fantastic with their own twist on original cocktails and dessert was fantastic! Strawberry shortcake was light and creamy and just sweet enough that it was a perfect addition to dinner.
