The table was placed by the entry door. We felt wind everyone the door opened. Food came out all at once, average tasting. Sammelier not knowledgeable at all. A one and done experience.

Amazing food and service! One of the best restaurants been to so far on our trip to New York ! The manager was absolutely amazing

30 minute wait to sit with a reservation. Ordered food and 30 minutes later told one of our dishes wasn’t available. Told the server that we’d like to have pastries and coffee after our brunch. When we were finished we were told the kitchen was closed and they could offer desserts but not pastries… Overall food was good, but the quality of hospitality needs to be improved.

Very nice restaurant, we try to have dinner there when staying in New York. Service was a bit disappointing.

Arrived for my reservation on time and they did not have my table ready. Ended up having sinner at the bar. When I booked there were many table available so confused why i would have needed to wait.

service was very off. our server- non existent, although bussers- always there, but to the point of just clearing out the table before we were done with food/drinks. had to place order for drinks multiple times. impossible to call the restaurant, they send you to guest relations text service, but they said the reservation time was modified and upon arrival to the restaurant it looked like it wasn’t. not a very smooth experience. food was good though

Love Locanda Verde-had a lunch with a client and we always go there. Raviolis were outstanding -as was the hanger steak. I’m a raving fan!
