Normally enjoy. Arrived 10 minutes early for 6 PM reservation Fillipo indicated must wait for all guests to be seated- respected request. Another couple arrived w/an incomplete party & he seated them. Our 2 guests arrived before other seated group guests. Sat in new house by wine case & water station. Suggest removal of table as customer was hit in head multiple times by servers. Good food, poor experience!

Dinner was delicious and always is! Service was impeccable. We ate indoors last night and the noise level was over the top. Exhaustingly so. We've had better indoor experiences in the room adjoining the bar. For the future, we'll request that dining room or eat outside.

Don’t reserve on a Friday night. The Almafi house was packed tighter than a sardine can. Customers and wait staff constantly bumping into us as we tried to eat. Talking was out of the question. Extremely loud.

This is one of our favorite spots to eat, whether for an impromptu dinner with my husband or a birthday celebration. The food is excellent and the wait staff very attentive. Our only complaint was that I forgot to ask how much the chef’s special was, which turned out to be a surprise at $46! However, the chioppino was so delicious, I didn’t say a word!

Interior of the restaurant is charming, with several seating areas and a wonderful patio. Menu is not extensive but has sufficient variety. My colleague and I had the pasta with wild boar ragu, which was very good. Our waiter was helpful and attentive. Lovely Monday evening night out.

Great food. Ordered the bruschetta, ravioli special, gnocci snd salmon. The salmon was a little over cooked. The server seemed very inexperienced and forgot our appetizer order as well as drinks. I’d come back, but hope the service is better.

It is just okay. The food was average. Calamari inedible. Salad was over dressed. Lasagna was barely warm. Service was terrible. Our server was missing in action our entire visit. Disappointing visit.

The service was great, app was good along with the wine. The clam linguini was pretty good but the special Oso Bucco was not good. We had the Lobster Ravioli as well and was very good.

The food is authentic and delicious, but it's the staff that make Ravello such a gem. It's like travelling to Italy without ever leaving town! We're lucky to have such a fine establishment. A+.

I took my mother to dinner here for her 80th birthday. I put on the reservation that it was her birthday. We had eaten here many times and always had good service. I had been for birthdays where the wait staff went above and beyond to be friendly. Once seated and ready to order I asked our waiter about adding a protein to one of the salads but was met with an abrupt “no they can’t” and he walked away without taking our order. We ordered, food came quickly, so did the check. When the plates were put on the table he walked away, never offered Parmesan for our pasta or pepper for the Caesar, luckily the bus boy recognized it and brought the Parmesan. My mothers birthday was never acknowledged. I asked the waiter if they still sing to customers. He said “sometimes” and again walked away. I was so disappointed with the overall experience. The waiter was very abrupt. He only had one other table so it wasn’t like he was busy. I also order two meals to split with my mom, one meal had a $3 split plate fee that they never mentioned. I did not ask the plates to be split. My husband had never eaten here and I was excited to bring him, needless to say he was thought the waiter was so unfriendly and abrupt he doesn't care to ever go back.

This is a neighborhood gem located on a quiet street in Danville. The portions are hearty and provide a great value for your money. The menu is extensive and I had a hard time choosing my lunch because so many things looked good. I decided on the gnocchi in pomodoro sauce and the gnocchi were so light and fluffy. Delish! My friend ordered the salmon salad and enjoyed it as well. The portion size was large and she couldn't finish the salad. We appreciated the bread and olive oil service since so many restaurants now charge for bread. There is plenty of outdoor seating and the restaurants provides blankets and patio heaters. I will definitely return to this restaurant soon and I look forward to trying one of their paninis.

We usually dine at their Lafayette restaurant but thought we would try their Danville restaurant which is much larger. Great service and of course great dining. The menu is the same as their Lafayette restaurant. Try the donuts for dessert with warm chocolate. Yumm!

Love, love, love this restaurant! We are Italian from the east coast (NY/NJ) and we miss really great Italian food! This place is like home. But better!! The atmosphere is upscale but not uptight. The food is fresh and delicious, made with simple ingredients with flavors that come together beautifully. The waiters are charming and friendly. They bring the atmosphere to life with their love of the food and culture. You cannot go wrong spending your evening here. Great food, excellent service and a chill/lively vibe!

Love this place and their food. Had some difficulty communicating with our waiter as his English was not great. Other than that, everything was great. Always one of our favorite local restaurants and the courtyard is such a pleasant experience on a nice evening.

The food is good the ambience is good very busy restaurant. Downside is only one restroom and it’s a maze to get to it. First attempt just left the hallway to the bathroom because it was busy for 5 minutes. Second attempt and there’s 5 guys in line. For the restaurant to only have one bathroom (for MEN) to use is ridiculous.

The customer service was not acceptable. My friend ordered a salad and requested to add a protein which she was willing to pay for. She was told “no”. No compromise or recommendation for another dish. The waiter ( who had the fakest Italian accent) was not nice. He seemed irritated to have to be working. Big disappointment. Food was ok, not great. Wine was a very small glass. Cocktail wasn’t even rimmed decently but smeared on the whole side of the glass. Too many other restaurants in Danville to settle for this.
