Always a creative food -and cocktail- menu. Very attentive and friendly staff from hostess stand, to servers, to the ones who help serve and keep waters filled, etc. Great ambience. Parking is validated (valet is optional!).

We enjoyed the walk through brunch as much as any other time. The food was excellent. The service was fine, if a little slow. The only real negative was, after receiving the check. There was an auto-gratuity of 20% added without notice. That aspect was disappointing to say the least and will definitely affect our decision to return as often as we do.

Local Three was good across the board! Food, service, atmosphere, music & set up!! I’ve never been to a restaurant with brunch buffet set up in the kitchen. It made me feel relaxed like I was at home. Good vibes in the kitchen and good food!! I will go back!!

We were not told that the only option was the buffet. It was $500 for five people- one of whom was 11. The food was fine but nothing incredible. The buffet went through the kitchen- not in an artisanal way, but in a way that felt they had no other options with space. It was overpriced and underwhelming. We have been before several times and it was very good with sane prices. Not this time though. We will not go back.
