This restaurant misrepresented itself on Open Table. We were in town for a convention and booked a table for six people. However when we got to the restaurant the menu was nowhere near the same as the menu provided to us at the restaurant. The menu provided online on Open Table was extensive and included a large selection of gourmet entrees including a mac and cheese bar. When we arrived at the restaurant the menu was one small page and contained only bar food - onion rings, quesadilla, pimento cheese bites. We asked the server about why the difference and he said they've never had any other menu. We asked our server to verify we had been checked in for our reservation he said the manager on duty had to do it and she was busy - not sure busy with what because the pub was mostly empty during peak dinner hours. After almost 45 min of asking the server multiple times, the manager came over with an iPad and wasn't sure what checkin meant. She showed us what she normally does on Open Table and asked us if that is what we needed - we weren't sure. Then we asked her why the menu in the restaurant was so different from the one on the Open Table app and she said that the mgt changes menus so often and never had a chance to update OT. Misleading to us out-of-towners. We ended up going to a steakhouse down the street for dinner albeit already late in the evening. One shouldn't have to double check a menu by calling a restaurant to verify it actually serves the dishes posted on its menu on the OT page, but in the case of this restaurant you should.
