Dirty Water bottles, they replaced the bottle with another one but it was dirty too. The napkins looks like hand towels and also dirty.

Our server asked to bring our bill in middle of eating my meal ? Really.. if you hadnt asked I would of maybe gotten some dessert too.

Besides the dirty bottle asking if I want the bill before Im done eating is pretty much gonna keep me from coming back.

the place was empty and as if you were trying to rush us out quick.

Just so so. Food wasn't as good as the previous times I have visited. Service was inconsistent (totally on top of you then no where to be found). Steak served alone on a plate --then fries and veggies each brought five minutes apart only after being requested {it was steak and frites!!}.
Pricey for a so so experience and there are plenty of other places that are more consistent.

We waited over 15 mins after being seated before a server came over. There seemed to be a mix up regarding which server would be attending to us. As soon as they realized we had been waiting unattended for so long the manager came over and very sincerely apologized and offered out first round of drinks on the house, which was much appreciated. The food and ambiance were great as always.

Steak is good. I did not like their liver mousse much. I spent $120 for one person. 4 stars, but a bit below what I expected after reading reviews.

This was our second trip to Local 360. We liked the food the first visit, and while the ambiance not perfect, we tried it again. The restaurant is loud. It is difficult to hear the person you are with very well without leaning into the table and speaking pretty loud. It is also cold. The breeze from the door kept hitting us (and we were 3/4 of the way into the restaurant) and they also had all the ceiling fans on blowing down on everybody.
Our service was mediocre. Our server indicated that they were short staffed, however the other servers I saw seemed to be able to handle the load, ours was not on her game. I waited for almost 30 minutes for the first cocktail I ordered. The cocktail was worth the wait as Local 360 makes tremendous cocktails.
Dinner was good. we started with the cheese plate. I had the Chicken Roulade and my wife had the salmon. Both were very good. However, to end the service, we waited at least 25-30 minutes after we finished eating for our server to notice and clear our plates.
Local 360 includes a 20% service fee on all bills, so, while I am normally a very good tipper, it would have been nice to be able to compensate the service accordingly. I wonder if the lack of service is reflective of the fact that the servers already know what they are making?

The food was almost inedible. I had a sandwich with Mortadella that was flavorless and the pumpkin soup was thick and pasty. The service could not have been worse. The waitress asked for our drink order while my wife was in the restroom and didn't return for a long time. When she did return, she was ready to press for our food order. We asked to try rabbit sausage as a starter and they forgot it. They also forgot my wife's soup and didn't provide a spoon to eat her soup or mine. We never saw a server until we were almost finished to check on the meal. Maybe it was an off day, but if it's typical, avoid this place.

A little difficult for my walking disabled wife. But the staff were very helpful.

Food was delicious, I had the salmon, she had the rabbit leg. Both excellent!
We started with the deviled eggs with crab, Perfect! I could eat several more right now.

Came for Thanksgiving, made reservation well in advance. Had most of their usual menu + thanksgiving fare, which we appreciated as non-turkey eaters. Friendly waitstaff, hip atmosphere, and good food.

My husband, 10 and 15 year olds and I had Thanksgiving brunch at Local 360. The menu provided us several choices including a more traditional Thanksgiving style plate. Our server was Waid, who was friendly, sincere and made our day even better. Thank you, Waid! We'll come see you again!

The waiter was a total disaster. Todo bad he got tip money from the new rules. I would have left nothing.
Soppy grits and nothing memorable.
No picking up dishes. No asking if we wanted dessert. Got lost most of the time. And have to remind him to bring the dessert menu.

3/4 brunch entrees were basically inedible. No chance to provide feedback, waiter never asked how our food was. Very fishy salmon, watery shrimp and grits, shell in the crab. Will never go back. Food was comically bad.

Ordered smoked salmon egg benedict. The salmon appeared to be scraps and was not smoked. Only side was potatoes. Not impressed. For a place with such good reviews, I was disapointed. Way over priced for what it was.

The food was terrible. Steak was over cooked. Mac n cheese was barely warm. Sautéed green beans were very greasy. Dessert was the saddest piece of Pumpkin cake I’ve ever eaten! Worst $220 I’ve ever spent on a meal.

We consider ourselves somewhat foodies and the food here was not great. I had the soup of the day - a creamy cauliflower soup that was very good. Also got the gem salad off the happy hour menu (ok) and pumpkin seeds (very salty). My main was the wild mushroom pot pie - which turned out to have a lot of cauliflower and carrots in it and really felt like a remix of my soup base. My partner got the fried chicken roulade because he likes fried chicken ... but this was horrible and more like a bad chicken cutlet. Overall the restaurant was very cute with good service and I just hope that we chose the wrong dishes that night :-(

Popped in for Restaurant Week with friends. The decor was rustic and the ambience was great. The food was good but maybe not all to my taste. I was disappointed that some of the better, more raved about menu items didn't seem to make it onto the RW offering which was a sham, but the salmon that I had was wonderfully cooked! Overall 4/5.

We loved this place. The brunch menu was varied. My daughter is gluten and dairy free, and she got one of the breakfast options where they replaced the biscuit with a bowl of fresh fruit for her. She particularly liked homemade rabbit sausage and the soy milk hot chocolate. I got the shrimp and grits which was one of the most creative and delicious brunch dishes I've had in a long time, and certainly the best use of grits ever. We both loved the casual woodsy ambiance which was set off by the elegant candle sticks and real candles at our table. The service was impecable.

Food was so underwhelming. All of our food was missing salt - we had to add it. I had the Salmon, Mussles, rabit liver mousse, and mushrooms. The two good dishes were mushrooms and mussels. Properly seasoned, lovely favor. The salmon was stringy and over cooked and lacked any flavor. The liver mousse was practically frozen and had no flavor - even after we added salt.

I won’t be coming back - this is the third and final time I’ll tolerate a sub-par experience at local360.

On the upside, Cole was a fantastic server and the drinks were very good.

We went for happy hour the day before which was awesome! $1 local oysters, cheap local drafts and great cocktails. Decided to try it for dinner the next night and we liked it. Definitely a vibrant restaurant with some creative menu items. In our opinion (being from California) the automatic 20% service charge leaves service something to be desired. However we do understand the benefits for the staff, sometimes it leaves the diners feeling left alone... We highly recommend the grilled radicchio salad and you can’t go wrong with their happy hour menu! Overall, dinner was good.

The service was very slow. It took about 30 minutes to get our food. By the time the food arrived, my steak and fries were cold. Also they made a mistake in one of the dishes so we waited even further. The drinks were just ok. I asked for a second drink and it never came. Finally, the fact that they charge a 20% of service fee automatically is disappointing as I feel the service was very poor.

So, usually I love this place and frequent it on sundays for brunch for their amazing mimosas. But, I had family coming from Indiana and knew this is where I wanted to take them for a nice local dinner. I was sadly disappointed hafter having to wait 20 mins (after I had made a reservation) then we were sat at this table with a window into their walk in cooler? It was distasteful. Then we were walked by and ignored for about another 10 mins before our waiter noticed us, after that point he was a fine waiter and was always there when needed. I usually love this place, but maybe not for dinner anymore.

Our waiter, Waid, was just the best! He took care of our every need. I still haven’t stopped talking about the PB&J bonbons and we thoroughly enjoyed our entrees. The fried chicken sandwich was perfection: not heavy with plenty of flavor. I thought the pork belly was cooked to perfection. My date was careful to remind me that we have to come back for the amazing burgers.
