Surprise roof-top bar & live music. Great ambiance and our server made us feel comfortable - never rushed.
Local never disappoints.
After 7 years and a lot of dining, its still my favorite place in SAV.
Wonderful experience. Our dinner was superb great ambiance and decor. The food was excellent and our server was friendly kind and knowledgable
As always, outstanding food, service and ambiance. The table side follow up of the manager was attentive and appreciated, as were the food and drink suggestions. THANK YOU!
The restaurant was well worth going to. The serving staff was knowledgeable and knew the best choices on the menu.
Started the meal with a perfect 50/50 Martini from the bar. Caesar salad was excellent. Scallop and Fish entrees were both very nice plates. Very good assortment of wines by the glass. Nice way to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Good coffee and sweet bite to finish the meal.
NOT WORTH THE MONEY! Took 11 people for a bday dinner, the waiter was very knowledgeable
Food was delicious. Ambiance enjoy-
We loved our entire experience. Everything about this restaurant is so great!
This was a late choice for us - we had most of our dining choices laid out for a 4-day anniversary celebration in Savannah, but not having been here before we were not sure about navigation to a place on arrival day. We found Local 11ten on Trip Advisor and noticed it is pretty close to the inn where we were staying so we were confident we could get there easily. We arrived to find a smallish, stylish place, very quiet and comfortable. Our waiter was very attentive and had a complete grasp of the menu to answer our questions without reference to any notes. His service was just right, checking in appropriately but otherwise giving us space to enjoy our dinner. My wife and I each chose a nightly feature (grouper for me, a ribeye steak for her) so we cannot comment on the standard menu, but our choices were well prepared and tasty. The steak was huge so my wife had to share a portion with me (darn!) and I rarely get steak out because we do it so well at home. But this one was great - a nice deep char on the outside with a nice red center inside. A nice lady welcomed us on the way to our table and on the way out - I assumed she is the owner, and she has a nice thing going with this restaurant. One more comment - my cocktail was a Manhattan, but the vermouth was infused with espresso, and that was a uniquely good cocktail. I would go back, and I would recommend.
We ordered the 4 course chef tasting with wine. The wine pairing was phenomenal. Plating is very pleasing. The main courses though was quite a disappointment. The duck was chewy. The scallop was salty. The beef fillet was not cooked the way we requested. We ordered medium rare and medium well. We got well done.
Food was excellent. Filet and Swordfish entree!
Service was wonderful, no rush given plenty of time between courses
We went up to the roof to have drinks before dinner. It was a Wednesday night and very quiet, but I have been here during peak season and on weekends when the venue is full. There are comfy sofas and during the summer, electric fans provide some relief from Savannah's heat. The cocktail menu has a fun selection of drinks and the wine list is comprehensive. I love the warm olive appetizer and the cheese plate--you can get them for nibbles while enjoying drinks. Much of the food is locally sourced. The Caesar salad contains lovely fresh greens and anchovies are an option! The stuffed squash blossoms are a yummy appetizer. My husband gave high ratings to the hangar steak with duck fried potatoes. It was a big portion and just as good for lunch the next day. The seating in the dining room is comfortable with cushioned banquets along the walls and padded chairs opposite. There are two dining rooms and an old vault converted in to a semi private dining area. On busy nights, request seating in the main dining room with its modern vibe and windows overlooking Bull Street.
Excellent restaurant. The food was exceptional. A great way to send our daughter off to college!
Service overall was excellent. Not a single person in our party was disappointed with their dish. The scallop dish was absolutely fantastic, and the steak was cooked to perfection. The portion sizes were just right, so you are easily able to enjoy multiple courses, from appetizer to dessert. The Baked Alaska was perfection. a beautiful experience you will not regret.
Birthday dinner on vacation. Very good overall!
Pehaps the only conteporary option in town, seems to work out well for them. Delicious food! It is worth the visit if you are here.
Always love their drinks, food and service
This restaurant was such a disappointment. Clearly word has spread as it was empty on a Thursday evening. The food was dreadful - we returned two plates. I will never go back
My husband and I made a reservation at Local 11ten to celebrate our anniversary. We had never eaten there and didn’t know what to expect. The restaurant is in a nice neighborhood that feels very safe. We got an easy parking spot in their parking lot (a real plus in Savannah) and found the restaurant to be very stylish and contemporary. Our waiter, Tyler, was very attentive and enjoyable. Our dinner began with a corn bisque that was delicious. From there, we both had the fish, that was perfectly cooked. We took our wine up to the roof to enjoy our dessert. The rooftop bar is totally magical, with lighted planters and string lights. We will definitely be back and we highly recommend Local 11ten for a great night out.
Great restaurant, atmosphere was active, fun and enjoyable. Food was delicious and the server we had made our dining experience wonderful. Wine list is outstanding. Just a top notch place to dine.
Fantastic, absolutely perfect in every way!!!!
My wife had a marvelous birthday dinner. Thank you!
Another wonderful evening at this Savannah gem. Warm olives shared, squash blossoms, caprese salad to begin. Followed by tasty and ample duck entree and perfectly prepared scallops. Baked Alaska dessert to share. All this and easy on site or easy street parking!
Our waiter was wonderful!
From beginning to end this was a great dining experience. Abby, the bartender, looked absolutely stunning in her green dress. She was also very helpful as I was deciding on a pre dinner cocktail.
When we sat down to dinner, our server was very knowledgeable of both the drinks and food. I had the steak dinner with asparagus. Our server recommended a red wine that paired very well with the meal.
We came in for my birthday, but I’ll be back for the next special occasion!
Interesting menu and nicely presented good dishes.
Pricy for Savannah but good for occasional dining.
This is my new favorite place to eat in Savannah. Tyler was our server and he was fantastic. Food and drinks were great, too. Great ambiance, as well.
Absolutely incredible food. Would go back—local and incredible combinations of flavor with both food and drinks.
Great restaurant. Ambiance, food, service, and drinks were top notch.
I found the summer menu choices limited compared to there’s times we visited. However, all our selections were superbly prepared. Well executed flavors. Great service-attentive not obtrusive.
Local 11ten used to be good back in the day. The food was more farm to table then. The food was average at best. We expected the catch of the day to be a local catch but not Scottish salmon. It seemed like one waiter was covering the entire restaurant with some backup support. We weren’t impressed. Wanted it to be more Local and unique.
Everything was amazing! We had the 4 course chef's taste menu with a watercress and melon salad at the beginning and a couple extra desserts at the end (because over-indulgence). The plating and presentation were fantastic and Tyler, our server, did a fantastic job at describing everything he brought to us. His service was also quite pleasant and more than capable. Each course was perfectly timed.
I would be doing the reader a disservice if I didn't mention the Baked Alaska that we had at the end. Make it a point to have one for yourself so you don't have to share.
The only downside to the evening was the loud and obnoxiously gregarious couple next to us with the woman with the loud nasally voice. Totally not the fault of the establishment.
I can't wait to go back to Savannah. I will gladly make the 3-1/2 hour drive just for another meal there.
Thank you for the great evening!
Awesome, great experience!
The food here was excellent, but overall the restaurant was a little slow in the service department.
On a Savannah get away, food was excellent love the decor of restaurant great atmosphere, wonderful start to our evening! Thanks
We eat out a lot. This was the best in my 5 years in Savannah. Don’t know why it took us this long to discovering this gem
It was great as usual.Scallops were outstanding as was all the food.Very attentive wait staff. Will return.
