Brunch was amazing
We had a great time celebrating a 21st bday. We will be back soon!
Overall it was great and I will return.
The mimosas were flowing (bottomless / cheap champagne but expected) and the food was on point! Service began great then other tables were getting their food before my table, even though they ordered later than we did. Once we got the server around she went to check on food and all got better afterwards.
Way too loud. It was like an outdoor club and that’s not what i wanted
Great covered outdoor seating. The menu has great offerings! I recommend the lamb chops! Morgan was an attentive engaging server! Had an awesome experience!
Food is delicious, atmosphere is fun and exciting.
Waiter was very attentive...and the atmosphere was very nice. Loved the live music!!
Amazing paella and super nice staff!
We enjoyed our experience, however our server was somewhat inattentive. But the food and vibe was excellent. We loved the live band.
Everything was lukewarm. Food nothing special. Really a niteclub not a restaurant
Loved the live music and dancing!
Fun environment, great drinks. It has a very social atmosphere. There is live music and dancing. I love the variety of tapas.
The food was amazing, the mojitos were amazing, just amazing.
We were very pleased with our first experience at Loca Luna. The staff is very nice and the food is fresh and delicious. We will return!
First timers at Loca Luna!!!! Food was amazing but it comes in very small portions so be aware. We went on a Saturday night, there was live music being played which we loved!!! It was a very nice vibe. However, The service at this establishment could use GREAT improvement. Our server was not attentive to our needs at all. Every time we needed something for our table, we had to flag down a random server/food runner because our server was never present. My guest and I ordered chips and queso to start off with. When the queso arrived at the table, it was half full, thick, and cold. When I asked if the food runner could warm it up, he had a look of confusion. When the food runner brought the cheese back to the table it was warm, but half full. What can 4 people do with a half bowl of queso?? Fast forward to the end of our meal, we noticed that the bussers were hounding us for the empty plates on our table. It got so bad to the point that whenever we would put our fork down, bussers would come up to the table and ask if we were done. They made us feel very uncomfortable and unwanted in the establishment. While we were checking out, the bussers began to wipe the tables down with menus still on the table, and my guest and I still sitting at the table. Imagine someone trying to clean the table, while picking up your personal items (wallet, sunglasses, and phone). I honestly wanted to enjoy my time here, but the staff at Loca Luna made it very hard to do so. If I was to ever come back, I would only come for the drinks and live music.
Your paella was too salty but I had a good time I won't have paella anymore
I’ve always enjoyed going to Loca Luna - I love the atmosphere and the food is great. The drinks are mixed nicely as well. Perfect for a date night or to do something special with a group.
Great Piedmont park venue with excellent service and food and very good following of CDC guidelines. Everything was great and they even had live music.
It was a great atmosphere, food, and dancing. They played great live music and had a DJ as well when the band took a break. Our server Bihn, was amazing and super attentive.
We will go back soon!
The food was amazing and the atmosphere was so much fun. Our waitress was really nice but she messed up food order several times.
I wanted to have a special valentine dinner for me and my wife and our 2 year old daughter. We had 8 pm reservations. We were seated promptly. Even though it was a Friday night and certainly not the most kid friendly environment, we were treated excellently. Patrons and employees alike were patient with our little one dancing around the table to the live music.
Couldn’t have asked for a better experience
Amazing! Second best Valentines date ever!!! Delicious food, amazing drinks (best I ever found in Georgia), and awesome music to dance to. I love this place to come on special occasions.
They had no clue about our reservation. In fact, they even had the audacity to tell me that the “rules” about reservations did not apply on a holiday. They also said that reservations were “first come, first serve” so that if someone else had made the same reservation earlier than us that they would get the time slot? This completely negates the entire concept of a “reservation.” No apology whatsoever. We were seated outside when we asked to be inside through our “reservation.” They also said they were “shocked” by the rush... on Valentine’s Day. In fact, the waitress said that it was a poor choice on my fault to come out to eat at a restaurant on Valentine’s Day at all.. even though we had a reservation!!! Totally weird experience. I worked as a waitress for years and have LOTS of patience at restaurants but do not feel sympathy when the staff is rude and doesn’t own the problem. Food was great. Ambiance was great.
Great food and service. Noise level ok before band starts. Menu not too large but good veggie options albeit fewer GF than they used to have, use of huge swaths of parking lot for valet forces an extra cost.
Always a great experience here. The service is always excellent.
There are lots of tapas restaurants around Atlanta and this definitely ranks as one of the better ones. Solid tapas selections with authentic flavors, that is, they don't shy away from using a lot of olive oil, salt and other seasonings to keep it true to the Spanish and Latin styles. I'm still looking for a true representation of Pulpo a la Gallega like you get in Spain, but Loca Luna's is the closest I've found so far in the U.S. As an added bonus they have great live music -- so plan on spending a good deal of time here. You'll enjoy it!
I loved it! So much fun on my birthday!
It was fine.
Some food came out great, some over cooked and lacking sauces. The music is great and the food could be too, if they paid a little more attention to detail. Was seated next to a bunch of people with hookahs??? Not my thing and that was a surprise. Overall good time, but would not go again for a special occasion (it was my birthday).
I have been a frequent visitor since 2018. This is one of my fav places to eat, relax and salsa 🎶🎵🎤
Great atmosphere- fun, energetic. Service was ok until the end but once it became more of a dance club - no server for such a long time. Food was good-not great.
We arrived early in the evening on a Wednesday. A 5:30pm reservation for what ended up being about 20👀. I came for my 35th birthday and with it being in the middle of the week, I wanted a place where I could eat good latin food, dance, and get an early start since I had work the next day. All my nieces and nephews came along with my two children and they loved the salsa lessons. Ages 3months to 68 years old had a great time. The octopus with potatoes is heavenly, the scallops were perfect. The shrimp tacos were delicious. The skinny margaritas were a hit and had us all ready for work the next morning. I had a BLAST. Thanks to our server who was STELLAR and the dance troupe was friendly and engaging! Handicap accessible and for a moment I was on a huge family vacation...
It's a cool place, probably unique in its own way in the Atlanta market. Food is good, music is extremely loud, but it's probably supposed to be that. Looking forward to going back one night for the dancing parties.
10/10. Great time on a Friday night. Octopus was outstanding!
Great food and dancing! The live band is fantastic! We love going on Wednesday nights for salsa classes and dancing too. Saturday is just a larger crowd. Great time!
Still the premier tapas restaurant in Atlanta -always a fun place to enjoy great food and drink.
Excellent tapas! Waiter was prompt and courteous. He got us out in time for our concert at the Atlanta Botanical gardens.
