Fantastic food. Lovely view.
We really loved our food. The server was really great, friendly helpful and totally on the ball!
What a great experience in all ways. Definitely will return. Thanks
The Four Seasons Lobby Lounge is a wonderful place to take someone to, for a celebration, or even a casual lunch/dinner. The service is spectacular, the food is innovative and vegan-friendly, and the ambiance is second to none. I, especially, enjoy the 1-2-3 Lunch, which gives me a salad, an entree, and a dessert, but not humongous portions of them all; I like that because I get to enjoy a 3-course lunch, without a ton of calories; besides, who doesn't want dessert?
Classy place. Feels like you are out of town on a vacation
This is such a welcoming dining experience. We are always treated so courteously and hospitably. We love the delicious food and special attention we experience at the Lobby Lounge!
Great birthday lunch. Great service
Great food and wonderful service.
Portioned just right, healthy, tasty. Beautiful hotel. Great wine selection. Just perfect
Always love the four seasons, of course, but the entree was just below expectations. Salads and desserts quite special. Noisy woman at next table, drowned out music at times. Oh well, overall lovely.
One of the slowest service I've ever experienced and the restaurant was not full. It was towards the end of the night, definitely not at a peak dinner time so I do not know why the service was so poor.
Dinner was great, as was the service, especially from our server, Nancy. Be prepared to spend a little time dining, but it’s worth it.
Great food, really nice servers. A bit slow for food to come out of the kitchen.
Hmmm ... when the Four Seasons first opened in Westlake Village the food and staff were outstanding. The building, however, looks like it belongs on an east coast university campus or metropolitan hospital. The mix of Craftsmen and Japanese styles along with the very traditional decor make the Lobby Lounge feel dated and out of place in this Westlake Village neighborhood where the architecture tends to be Spanish style tract homes.
As to the Lobby Lounge itself, it is a good room for a quiet conversation where you can linger with family, friends or business associates. The service is attentive and non-intrusive which is appreciated. The view is wedding standard nothing especially breathtaking. Unfortunately the tables and chairs are worn and tired and I noticed that our table glass was smeared and water marked. Not Four Seasons standards that my guest and I are accustomed to seeing.
The food was good, but not exceptional. The soups we ordered were favor full, but her flatbread pizza was tasty and my grilled Avocado Salad was tasty but not a show stopper.
This Four Seasons needs a make-over from start to finish. The new coffee bar at the entrance of the hotel is contemporary, but is fighting with the overall decor. If the entire hotel takes a step in this direction it would be an improvement. I would love to make this a go to destination again, but it isn't standing up to the price point, and there are far better places in the area for food and atmosphere if you want a lovely celebration restaurant or just an every day lunch.
Lovely restaurant! Friendly service, everyone had a smile and very accommodating. Best part is that there's room from one table to the next, so it can be quite private.
Excellent service and outstanding food. Live music on Saturday was phenomenal! Highly recommended!
We always enjoy a lovely dining experience here. The staff are so welcoming and accommodating. The fresh, delicious and tasty menu items are never disappointing. The Lobby Lounge is a favorite dining choice of ours!
Wonderful place to celebrate a birthday. Lunch prices are affordable and food is delicious.
Great food and service
We have returned many times and always have a grest meal. The staff is always gracious and we have seen one everytime we return. She remembers us and is very friendly. Very delicious desserts, even one that is a chocolate pudding made with avocado. It was far better than it sounds.
This was a dual birthday celebration and I knew the ambiance of the Lobby Lounge would be perfect, especially with the waterfall view.
Julio greeted as exhuberantly and directed us to a table for 2. However, I mentioned I was hoping for a waterfall view and he immediately whisked us to a much larger table without any hesitation. He checked with us periodically to make sure we were comfortable. SO NICE to have caring service.
Philip our waiter was excellent as he answered our
dining questions. Homemade wheat bread rolls for my veggie patty was a delightful surprise. Again personal service was excellent and so was the food.
Birthday cup cakes were served and enjoyed (thank goodness without the sometimes customary birthday song) Wonderful afternoon and look forward to return visit. The holiday decor in the lobby was beautiful, especially the crystal chandelier over the Christmas tree.
Our “Christmas Feast” consisted of 1/2 sandwich, small pumpkin soup, small creme brule for $22.
Were told it was a Plated menu, with flank steak options, etc. for about $35.
This was a snack menu.
For $150 my mother and I basically shared a sandwich, and my husband had 3 half-dollar sized “tacos”.
They were cleaning the room for the next service, we assumed, and felt rushed and uncomfortable.
Very disappointed. :-(
Very disappointed in the dinner and service. Used to love the Four Seasons, but the service has diminished and the food is mediocre, especially for the price. Went for Christmas Eve. The first waitress that served us just left and we had difficulty getting attention. A table next to us had two giant poodles laying on the floor. I love dogs, but not when they bark! Maybe they were"comfort" dogs!
Dinner was a buffet that was sub-par and very expensive. Was charged full child's buffet cost for one slice of pizza eaten by my child.
My dinner at Lobby Lounge was excellent with the special Mercato Italiano Italian buffet special. The selections were numerous, not too fancy but very well presented and tasty, and the service and ambience were quite nice. It was a perfect dinner evening for a final night of a 2 week stay at the excellent Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village property.
Our Anniversary dinner on 11/19/'17 (exact day) was just SUPERB. Rhonda (the FABULOUS Hostess) greeted us with a wonderful, warmth, graciousness and professionalism that was just perfection. Our initial server (Travis) wasn't feeling well so Phillip Bates took over and was EXCELLENT....... terrific personality, professionalism and attentiveness that made the evening (in addition to our OUTSTANDING dinner), even BETTER!!!! Our Anniversary evening could NOT have better. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
Bobbie & Randy
Lobby Lounge visit for lunch on our arrival was excellent! The food was delicious and enjoyed the 1,2,3 lunch combination with the tomato fennel soup, half adobe marinated chicken club, and small chocolate pudding. As customary with the entire restaurant and hotel, all servers and management were efficient and courteous. I always enjoy my daily breakfast here, but the lunch was just as fantastic and highly recommended!
Dinner was( good, all meals were enjoyed, just not wow factor use to having at 4seasons
I love the 1-2-3 Lunch Specials at the Four Seasons Lobby Restaurant. The choices are really great, especially for vegans like me.
The services is impeccable, and the view of the waterfalls is pacifying.
I love going here for business meetings.
It's the Four Seasons! If you know the name, you already know it's high-level service and above average dining. The service was amazing...as the manager checked on us a few times and even brought us a complimentary desert to try. There was live music and the atmosphere is so great! Even with music you feel like you're in your own world and can visit with your dining guests.
Adam Michaelson was a big hit on vocals and keyboards. The food was delicious as ever!
Food was great, but service was a bit slow. Quiet and perfect to talk over a business lunch.
Amazing service. Beautiful view of the waterfall and pond. Delicious food and wine. Loved the Iconoclast chardonnay, the grilled octopus flat bread, and the halibut. Will definitely be going back.
Extremely disappointing-tried to like but just not up to the class of other Four Seasons-Hostess a bit snippy-waiter nice but continuous mistakes-
We came here for Mother's Day and had great service with great food. The view is very pretty which is another reason we chose it. The tables are spaced well so you don't feel crowded at all. It's classy, but not stuffy. We will be back again, for a special event, or just a nice evening out.
We had a great time visiting friends.Everything went smoth. The dinner experience was great.
Everything was wonderful. Except, I ordered the Branzino, and it was a little piece of fish about the size of my two fingers atop a few strands of arugula. This was not a meal.
Such a fantastic Experience. ALL the food was perfect.
Our server was lovely too! I would definitely go back!
The quality of the food is not as great as you would expect from a nice hotel such as the four seasons. The steak was bland and not too exciting at all. The service seemed to be lacking as well.
Wonderful restaurant with excellent service. They couldn't have made my mother's celebration of the birthday more special. She felt like a queen! Everything was delicious!
