We enjoyed a lovely Saturday evening at the Hop Vine, it was our first visit but had heard many positive comments from friends and family members. The first thing we noticed was the number of staff members that were on duty, waiting on, bar and kitchen was buzzing and everyone was cheerful, helpful and professional. A nice experience and a pleasant atmosphere. The food was indeed lovely, however, and this is by no means meant as a negative, just simply our experience, my wife's dish was not to her taste and she was not able to eat much of a particular item. When discussing this with the waitress and then owner, various options were offered including a no charge for that item, which was a refreshing approach to customer service and actually brought a lighthearted close to our evening. Food was good and came out quickly, Joe was helpful with reccomendations for beer, cask was good just wish there was a little more range but they said that's getting bigger soon. Overall great evening and would 100% reccomend!
