The food and the service make this place impeccable. There are many vegetarian options and the cheese platter is unreal. The tables are very close to each other, but on a busy evening you don't notice as there is a lot of chatter for your talk to be absorbed by. I would go, for a special occasion, or regularly when I am loaded.
3rd time st this restaurant . Food always great.
Service was simply aggressive. The whole evening staff constantly interrupting us to push us forward from cocktails to wine from meal to pudding etc ... really spoiled the evening . We were less than 2 hours from start to finish so not really doddeling!
Yeah it’s ok but not too bad but it looks good but I can’t find any more than that I have a look and then I’ll get back in the way back to you I have to go back and to check my phone to get it done and I have a think to check on the
I’m little surprised that this restaurant is in the Michelin guide. Whilst we could taste the freshness of the ingredient, there is no ‘wow’ factor that we hoped for. Many of the more comfortable tables/seats near the front of the restaurant were vacant throughout the time we dined there yet the waiter/floor manager insisted that they could not offer any to us. No one came to our table to offer menu and drinks until about 7 minutes after we seated; instead people that came after us were served first. Before we even got our food, the floor manager told us that we can only have our table until 7.30 (for another hour); based on our observation, no diners needed our table when we left at past 7.30. Not a great experience and will unlikely return.
Excellent service and good food.
Great atmosphere, good menu with concise and attractive selection however portions were tiny
Always an enjoyable experience at Little Social. Food good and menu is varied. Staff are excellent.
We had a lovely time - a very good birthday lunch.
We went to Little Social to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday. Food was delicious, atmosphere perfect and they also accomodated our request for an option of special dessert. Nice gesture also to offer a bday gift.
Excellent classic French food, with the added benefit of a very good value prix fixe. The guinea fowl was moist and tender and the creme brulee was a perfect end to the meal.
Nice for a relaxed lunch. We weren't rushed at all. Great value prix fixe for top notch food.
Attentive staff but not at all intrusive.
Overpriced and disappointing wine list. Food is good but nothing special. Generally overpriced bill.
Been here several times and it just seems to get better.
Poor service - no bread brought to the table until asked and not much by the way of checking that things were okay etc.
We had a lovely family lunch here yesterday . The service was absolutely outstanding, the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Very knowledgeable about both the food and excellent wine choices. They even provided a tasty treat for my birthday celebration.
Great ambience & delicious food. Will definitely return soon. A hidden little gem.
Service is friendly and competent.
The food is professionally prepared, quite fashionable.
A bit too 'sophisticated' for a brasserie
Tables are quite close to each other.
Above all : the noise level is astonishingly high : music and loud diners.
This may appeal to some party goers, but it makes it impossible to have a quiet conversation and concentrate on the food.
The wine list is overpriced
Lovely place for a nice meal. The wine was lovely but i question the choice of music.
Gnocchi was perfection as was the steak dish. Ingredients are fresh and the menu has delicious and innovative items. Service is impeccable. Ambiance is upscale French bistro with subtle lighting...loved it.
The food was excellent. They had a lot of vegetarian options and everything was beautifully presented and well prepared. Great service too for a nice lunch.
Lovely atmosphere. Waiters and service was friendly and unobtrusive. Food was good. Overall a very enjoyable meal. Thank you!
We were delighted to eat at Little Social. Very friendly service, great menu and most importantly delicious food. My husband loves burgers and stated that it was the best burger he’d even eaten. The herb bread was amazing too. We will definitely visit again the next time we’re in London.
Husband and I went to Little Social whilst down in London for a special birthday. Booked dinner for the Friday evening after quite a bit of deliberation, but we were certainly not disappointed. Managed to book a table easily, although the restaurant was not quiet. Great setting, cosy and candle-lit, but with tunes and a good atmosphere. Staff were attentive and friendly, but not overbearing. The food was delicious, we had 3 courses each which were all fabulous. Standout dishes were the poached egg starter and our mains - the lamb and the poached halibut. Really lovely evening and well worth a visit, loved it!
A well-created fixed price menu for a reasonable price (3 courses for £25.00) considering the freshness of ingredients and how well prepared everything was. I would recommend this place to everyone who's looking for a quiet, local, and fine dining just by Regent Street as well as any special occasions and dates.
Disappointing. Dishes failed to match the menu. A warm salad was served cold, so had to be sent back. It was as if the kitchen thought we wouldn’t notice. Poor quality desserts.
Whole experience was sublime! Wonderful food and lovely service and staff.
Fabulous as always
A pre pantomime lunch, we left plenty of time and had a leisurely meal, nice wine , staff very helpful and pleasant
Meeting with a friend
So disappointing. Been there many times before and always happy with the food and service. This time booked for lunch. Arrived and the restaurant was almost empty. In fact three people plus us. The manager (chap in a suit) was engaged in a conversation with another staff member at the check in desk and made no attempt to acknowledge us as we arrived. After standing next to him for two or three minutes another member of staff came over to greet us as she could see we were being ignored. She then attempted to get the managers attention to check us in. No luck as he also ignored her and continued his conversation. Eventually she took us in to the restaurant and basically said we could sit where we wanted. I then asked the waiter for some assistance with the wine choice. He said he didn’t know anything about wine and would ask the sommelier to come over. 20 minutes later the ‘chap in the suit’ came over as he had clearly been extremely busy! His suggestion of wine was ok but he steered us towards an expensive selection. The food arrived and it was ok at best.
I have eaten at several Jason Atherton locations across London, Dubai an New York. This was by far the worst dining experience I have had.
I hate complaining and have never written a restaurant review before but for £110 for a main course for two and a 500 ml carafe of wine this was a dreadful experience.
Simply came away rather underwhelmed
Both of us said, nothing special.
Service was attentive and lady that served us good but food wise nothing really to comment on apart from so so
Wonderful food and staff. Only complaint: The music could’ve been a bit more gentle. It was a bit American pop.
Really lovely cosy restaurant with tasty food. The desserts are the highlight.
It was a great dinner there. We have spent lovely time with our best friends. The food is sensational. Apple satin is the BEST.
You should go!!
Consistently excellent food and service. Very friendly and engaging staff. Highly recommend.
Fab meal, delicious food, knowledgeable staff and excellent wines!
Great food, great location and service! Would definitely recommend!
Rushed service and a wine list that starts at £70 a bottle doesn’t detract from the great food and cosy atmosphere.
Restaurant staff were very friendly and welcoming. Menu was interesting and seasonal. Apart from too small cheese selection we had a lovely lunch.
Great food at a great price (prix fixe).
Little brother of a Michelin Star rated restaurant.
Little social is a small, intimate and cozy restaurant. Not only that, but the food and cocktails are also outstanding. The only thing that could’ve been different was that by the time we ordered desserts none of our chosen ones were available. We ended up having whatever was left, which was a bit underwhelming. Other than that, I will definitely come back!
