What Insiders Are Saying
A Tribeca restaurant from Andrew Carmellini that belongs on your Hit List, if not your bucket list.
Lovely and delicious as always!
The experience is always wonderful. The welcome is gracious, the staff are experienced and helpful, the food is imaginative and excellent. It is relatively expensive, but good value.
Excellent table that was a good atmosphere for a meaningful work discussion. Service was A+ and food was very good.
Wonderful experience all around! Delicious food, courteous and attentive staff, and gorgeous ambiance!
Omelette seemed like it was microwaved. Need more kid friendly options. Meals came out staggered and lox came out 10 minutes After the bagel and cream cheese. Really disappointed and over priced.
The service was awkward, almost rude. The portions were small. The food was unimpressive. And the price was high. Altogether, not a good dining experience. We live nearby. But we won't be back.
Excellent food and service. Great for a business breakfast.
We were in the city for our annual Pre-Christmas trip and I searched for a while for good brunch places. We saw the reviews and I made a reservation for this place which was a considerable distance from our midtown hotel. The food was nothing special. Coffee was terrible. The service was good, not exceptional. Nothing special about this place. Should have just gone somewhere closer so we didn’t feel it was a wasted trip.
I have had better meals here in the past and have highly recommended it to friends. The service was odd and inattentive even though it was not crowded. My piece of fish was microscopic. Likely will not be going back.
Absolutely delicious food. Fresh vibrant flavors. Only downside is we felt rushed - it was clear they wanted turn the table to get another paying “fare” in.
The meal was terrific, Beet salad was beautifully presented and delicately flavored, the duck was perfectly seared and well balanced and delicious. Portions aren’t huge, but the preparation is very thoughtful.
Very good meal. Server was good not great. Liked the somm. She was very informative especially on the New York wines. Small menu.
Great. Brussels sprouts.
The food is fabulous. The wine list is great and the sommelier very knowledgeable and friendly. All the staff were lovely. We made a point of thanking the manager for the great meal and the wonderful evening.
taking a vegetarian out for an amazing dinner couldn’t be easier than bringing them to little park. it was wonderful to be able to share everything and not only were the accommodating to the vegetarian choices but they were also really great about my allergies (i have several). will absolutely come back again.
Waited for our table at the bar. Bar tender asked if we needed anything, so we ordered 2 coffees and 1 mimosa. We got the mimosa but never got our coffees.
Decided to sit at a table in the bar area instead of the restaurant so we could be seated quicker. Took forever for someone to greet us. Coffee eventually came about 10 min after sitting. Took another 5 min to track down someone for cream/milk. To order a second mimosa, we just walked to the bar ourselves because we couldn’t find the server.
French toast was undercooked. Burger was good.
Overall, negligible service. Okay food but not for the price. Wouldn’t go back for brunch ever.
Not at all what I expected and what the final check would suggest.
Online reviews just can't be trusted I guess.
The best Brussel sprouts I have ever had - delicious!
Too loud. Too dark in the room by the bar. Didn't get a good table. Were at high tops. Could barely have a conversation.
Food was phenomenal and everyone who worked there was super friendly! The Hot Tin Roof cocktail was to die for!! Everything we ordered was delicious. Highly recommend
At last, a place that not only lives up to its buzz, but exceeds it. Simple, understated room. Warm greeting at the door and even warmer at the table. And the food — sublime. The chef’s creativity never veers into showing off, somehow blending deep flavors and unexpected ingredients to arrive at haute cuisine that resonates with the joy of comfort food. Don’t go. I want there to be a free table whenever I’m craving gustatory perfection and subtle cosseting.
The thanksgiving dinner was absolutely outstanding
Consistently great food and excellent service! The menu changes per season, and each dish whether appetizer or main is presented like a work of art. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu.
The food was good, but wasn't served hot enough. For the price, we were disappointed. It's a pretty room and the service is good. The music could have been more mellow.
Went there because the head chef used to be head chef of A Voce. Had some great dishes there. The food at Little Park was pretty good but not as good as A Voce. I also found it a little surprising that the family style dishes weren’t served to us, and didn’t have serving spoons.
Overall Little Park was quite nice. The food was delicious and the cocktails were good. The service was a bit slow, and two of the three appetizers took over 30 minutes. I would return, although perhaps at a less busy time.
Good brunch in a relaxed and quiet atmosphere. Friendly and efficient staff.
Love this place. Nice local option in Tribeca/BPC with a changing/seasonal menu. If you go for brunch and can, get the oatmeal pancakes. Great bacon too!
Lovely atmosphere. Decent food. I found the giant bowls of tubers and brussel sprouts overwhelming for an appetizer. The main was lack lustre but The environment and drinks were wonderful.
Lovely dining experience. The seasonal menu is fresh, unique and fabulous. Do not miss the beet first course...amazing marriage of flavors and textures. I had the duck which was delightful and my husband had the chicken which was moist and flavorful. The Sommelier was a bit underwhelming, as was the wine list. Sadly at the end of the evening when we went to retrieve our coats our umbrella was nowhere to be found.
Thanks for a great evening!
Wonderful food: roast pork for two as main. Great dessert: best affogato ever!
Atmosphere was great: felt comfortable if you were casually in jeans or dressed more formally for a night out.
Great staff: 6:45 res (Sat: Nov 3) and we had to be somewhere else by 8:15. We informed the server and all the food came out FAST, we made our next appoinment on time
Great fresh organic farm to table food! Definitely will go again !
The food is exceptional, however my first course soup and entree pasta dish were both quite small and I left the restaurant far from full. I am not an eater that eats a lot, but I think that given the ingredients with very low fat that it would behove the restaurant to make the servings a bit larger.
We had our wedding breakfast for 9 people there the service, food and staff were fantastic
Little Park used to be one of our neighborhood gems. Sadly, it’s been going downhill.
1. The lunch menu is far too complicated/fancy and lacks basic dishes, eg a green salad.
2. The chef was kind enough to accommodate a plain pasta dish (not on menu) for our son, but it came 15 minutes after everyone else’s dish. Reason given was that anything off the menu needs to be done separately when a stove becomes available. I had never heard that before.
The space, lighting and ambience are terrific, as are the waiters. Unfortunately the breakfast and lunch menu needs a complete redesign.
Great food. We were three and split the pork for two and it was plenty and delicious. Got the brussels sprouts to start and the almond cake for dessert. Everything was great!
Pleasant ambiance with completing tasteful cuisine, to be enjoyed with friends!
It is a lovely space and my entree was good. BUT It was not very busy at all and the service was slow, uninspired and disappointing. We tried to order more drinks but could not get waiter to come over. He did finally come but then it took much too long for my glass of wine to appear. I had finished my meal by the time it arrived.
Wouldn't recommend for brunch but would come back to try dinner
